if anything, abuse SHOULD be considered in a murder trial. we have men raping and murdering women EVERY SINGLE DAY because they rejected them or looked at them the wrong way.

sometimes those men even get off scott-free, because they committed those crimes to women who were drugged or too drunk to understand what was being done to them. sometimes those men get off scott-free, because they have such a "promising future."

if anything, I, as someone who studies law, would advocate for a fucking free pass to kill your abusers.

honestly, i'm telling y'all right now, i could never, ever, prosecute someone for killing their rapist. honestly? i think that's fair game. you do you, boo.

i know that's not legally justified in the court system we have today. i do think its valid to point out that it used to be, though. i honestly think abuse is a great reason for murder.

there aren't a lot of circumstances where i would argue for murder or physical harm to be justified. but if you did it to someone who abused you, i personally believe it is and should be.

i wont ever be able to argue this in court, because i know and understand the justice system. but that is also the exact reason why i dont think the justice system is entirely just.
