Moon 105

Frostfreckle was bitten by a snake and died. The entire clan notices that Freezespots seems to take the news in an unusually poor way. Freezespots can't let any cat know that they are the one who will be suffering most of any. They cannot confide in their kits, they cannot confide in their fellow medicine cats, they cannot confide in their leader. They must suffer this ultimate heartbreak alone. Maybe this was Starclan's punishment...

The clan grieves deeply for the patient and wise Frostfreckle. They will be remembered by most as a cat they could all talk to about their problems and feelings. A cat that always knew what to say and when to say it. A cat that loved and was loved. They will be missed.

Pepperbuzz's lungs are feeling much clearer and they are ready to hunt once more.

Sharphare's leg was injured by a twoleg trap.

Wolverinepeak was worried that their advanced age would result in complications during their pregnancy but they were thankfully able to deliver two healthy kits safely. Crestkit and Emberkit.

Dewpaw, Deltapaw, and Sablepaw have been made apprentices under Flaxstripe, Hilltalon, and Primwave.

Mantisears and Swiftspark have become mates!

Eggsong was attacked by a dog while out on patrol. they came out of the fight with a bite wound.

Frecklecry has found and adopted a three moon old kit named Mole. They are given the new name Molekit and welcomed into the clan.

Clamtrail was not only almost dragged out to sea but they also caught whitecough. The medicine cats are scrambling to keep this cat alive and breathing.

Garlicclaw caught greencough. They whine and lament from their nest that they can't go see their kits like this. Honeymurk has snapped at them more than once to stop and that complaining does nothing but annoy the cats around them to which Garlicclaw huffs and says, "My kits would enjoy my whining..." thus staring the whole cycle over again.

Quietmask's leg has become swollen with infection to the point where Honeymurk considers traveling to one of the other clans for advice.

Riverpaw and Heavypaw have become warriors named Riverfin and Heavydawn. They are celebrated for their courage and strong will.

Pumpkinpaw, Runningpaw, and Blizzardpaw have been made apprentices and were given to Oddspots, Sneezedazzle, and Conchblaze!

Frecklecry was caught in a twoleg trap and has been lost!

A kittypet was found wandering Starlingclan territory when a patrol found them and confronted them. Instead of being scared by these thin and scarred wildcats like most kittypets are, this cat happily pranced up to the patrol and asked to join. The cats reluctantly led the friendly kitty to camp where Hopstar allowed them to become a warrior named Peachwhisker.

Peachwhisker was immediately injured on their first hunting patrol by a fox. As Jumblepaw treated the former kittypet they brought up how they were wild now and injuries like this happen regularly. And that no cat would blame them if they decided to go back to their twoleg. "Are you kidding me? No way I'm going back! That was the most fun I've had in ages! And I fought it off! By myself!" The cats outside listening in almost purred with amusement. Maybe this kitty was tougher than they first thought.

Cragshadow's tail stump has become infected. Honeymurk scolds them about proper washing technique and needing to pay more attention to their missing tail.

Redocean caught whitecough.

Crookedbracken has a new scar from a now-healed injury.

Garlicclaw died from Greencough.

Petunianight caught greencough and had their leg injured by a twoleg trap.

Quietmask's infection is only getting worse.

Weaselpaw and Hyacinthpaw have become full warriors with their new names. Weaselcrash and Hyacinthquill. They are both celebrated for their observance.

Pondfrost saved Pumpkinpaw after they fell into a river.

Eggsong's bite wound has left a scar on their pelt.

Sharphare's leg will unfortunately never be the same but at least it's still functioning.

Petunianight's greencough has turned into whitecough.

Riversand was bitten by a snake but survived!

Molepaw has been named an apprentice and given to Duckflow to train.

Bearpaw has proven themselves to be an exceptional warrior so they are named Bearrain in honor of their risk-taking.

In the process of driving off a dog, Dewpaw got a torn ear.

Ratdrizzle and Rabbitsoar died in an unexpected flood.

Cragshadow died of their infected wound.

Whisperpeak is expecting kits!

Oddspots has caught whitecough.

Clamtrail's lungs are feeling much better.

Splashtooth's leg was caught in a twoleg trap and was injured.

The end of a short story

Kerstelshade, rippleshadow, bigkit, crestkit, roachkit, valentino, rudolph, branchfrecle clayjoy and crabshimmer all died in a greencough outbreak.

Crabshimmer could not hold on anymore and let herself get consumed by the darkness. As she sat in a place that felt like nowhere, a sudden light made her feel safe. An orange ticked cat apperard. "Daplledspots!" Crabshimmer went to hug her littermate, "I'm dead now, arn't I?" Dappled answerd:"dead is such a cruel word." As Crabs fur filled with stars he continued, "Don't be afraid, come join us, it's all fine"

Cranepaw earns the warrior name Craneshade.

Beesechurgerleaf has 2 kittens. Sweetkit - Brown rosette molly with copper eyes and long fur, insecure, quick to make peace. Crestkit - Brown tabby tom with copper eyes and long fur, charming, quick to make peace.

Snowshadow, Quesadilla, and Honeyspider recover.

A Pythonclan apprentice is at the border, begging to join. Brindlepaw - Gray rosette and white molly with cyan eyes and long fur, 8 moons, insecure, lover of stories, apprenticed to Lichenspeck.

A patrol attempts to rescue a cat from some twolegs, but Auburngale is injured and they have to retreat.

Moon 97

Ravenfleck dies from yellowcough, and Salmon and Storktangle join Starclan. Springsprout is grief stricken over Storktangle's lost future.

Ottercinder and Boo recover, but Sorrelbloom's tail is mangled by a dog.

Dewglade meets a lone healer, who asks to join the clan. Sleekshadow - Black molly with blue eyes and long fur, 110 moons, daring, lore master, good fighter.

Mudpaw and Cliffpaw earn their warrior names - Mudfern and Cliffhowl.

Burrowheart retires.

Fennelspeckle joins Starclan.

Sloenight and Shiveringstripe recover. Shiveringstripe immediately injures her leg in a twoleg trap.

Vinepath and Oakstripe become mates!

Weevilstar seems oblivious to Falconfade glaring at her from across the camp. She forgot their anniversary >:(

Peatwish and Limebird gather herbs, and Limebird falls out of a tree. Peatwish catches Limebird, and they laugh about it.

Ploverbone goes to visit Snowbuzz in the nursery with their new litter of 6 kits, on a completely innocent mission to deliver food to the new parent. Alas, neither survive the next event for Bleakbadger to learn the truth of his kits' birth, and neither do half of the kits . . . (those that died I cannot change their name due to challenge rules)

Dancingkit loudly complains as Runningleaf pulls them over to quickly groom their pelt. They manage to wriggle away an scurry to the front of the crowd for their ceremony, where they are renamed Dancingpaw and apprenticed to Heronplume

Needlekit runs to the front of the crowd, eager to get their new name, When they're called Needlepaw for the first time, Raccoonrock and Runningleaf's voices can be heard the loudest. They are apprenticed to Stonemound

The FlightClan medicine cat apprentice comes asking for dandelion and we provide Quivershine hopes for a small litter and moves into the nursery Swampwhistle is unsure how many kits they will have and moves into the nursery Pigeondart awakes with one less leg than they went to slee with. Admittedly, it's more of a relief than anything. Ther dead, frostbitten flesh no linger had any feeling left anyway

Highstripe sits in the crowd, chest puffed out in pride as they watch Maplepaw be named Maplelaurel, and honored for their strategy. They consider themself lucky to have been able to train such an amazing young cat, and look forward to seeing the warrior they become

Cinderstar rests their muzzle on Irisgleam's head and declares them to be a full warrior of PikaClan, honoring their commitment

Cinderstar sees two kits from LionClan playing close to the border. As Cinderstar crosses the border with Oriolespeck to grab the kits by their scrufff, a LionClan patrol appeares, furious. Oriolespeck gently drops the kit and attempts to explain but is immediately killed and Cinderstar is chased back over the border

Oriolespeck died and is sent to the Dark Forest for the murder of Mottlepaw when they were both apprentices

Starlingstar collapses in the midst of camp, losing their remaining lives to old age. They've lost their last life and has traveled to StarClan

It doesn't feel real as Moss stares at Starlingstar's body blankly and is grief-stricken Mulberrydust and Cloveflower grieve but are not stricken (I'm so sad Starlingstar was my favorite leader and I feel like her actual leadership was a little mid but she did get a good 5 years of leadership in ig so that's good. Just shocking cause she still had 8 lives left)

Pondseeker died from head damage

Ceremonies

Cinderstar has become the new leader of the Clan. They vow that they will protect the Clan, even at the cost of their nine lives

Cinderstar chooses her own son Airecho to take over as deputy

Cloveflower sits in the crowd, chest puffed out in prode as they watch Firepaw be named Firehorn, and honored for their daring. They consider themself lucky to have been able to train such an amazing young cat, and look forward to seeing the warrior they become

Blotchjay gives Shiningpaw a friendly nudge wen the leader calls the young cat's name. They watch with pride as Shiningpaw steps forward to receive their new name, Shiningfrost, and are honored for their heart of gold

With their litter of 3 kits mewling at their belly, Raccoonrock's long pregnancy has finally given them and Runningleaf the expansion to their family they've been hoping and waiting for
