Makes appreciate the fact that I took typography back in community college, cause much of what I've learned can be applied to analyzing these logo studies.

NEW LOGO JUST DROPPED!!!! My amazing friend @/julietran.jpg on insta helped me out and turned my logo into something so fun and professional looking! Process stuff under the cut!

It took me a while to made this...

That is my very first try in making a graffiti! Even thpugh the process was very fun it was also exhausting because I was overthinking ALL THE TIME. I wanted to make pretty TMNT logo on a graffiti but also showing some details relatable to characters so it will look... alive? Like there's a meaning here? At the end of the day I'm pretty satisfied with result even thpugh it took me more than a week to make it.

About the design :

Kazuha is a gentle character with an anemo vision, a simple font with little wavy lines feels just right for him

A very important part of his character design is the "maple leaf," so i decided to turn th "z" letter into a small branch with the associated leaf 🍁

Same thing for the submark & pattern

Reusing shapes from the main logo is an essential part of creating a well-balanced design !
