It's been a while since I have done a creative night edit like this. These are actual light trails from passing cars going through Joshua Tree National Park in the evening. I took multiple shots with long shutter speeds to capture the movement of the taillights, blended the images, and then edited them with color.

Adobes terms of service is insane they don’t claim “ownership” but they do have the right to use it as they want. Most importantly here- “create derivative works” means they can train AI off of it as that counts as “improving the software” — and subliscensing it means they can give it to another company who trains AI who might do god knows what with it.

Please be careful when accepting the new TOS of any service you use. The above terms were the general ones for all of Creative Cloud so it applies to both art and written content (there’s another section that says they can use Machine Learning on any written content within any application).

Also do not accept these terms while trying to uninstall, even for 30 seconds! Once you accept, Adobe can use it.
