This is my art blog and yet I haven’t posted art in ages, so, in an attempt to bring it back, I doodled the ending of a conversation I had with a friend. They had asked me if I was weirded out or awkward when people bought condoms and I have to say: No. I was never weirded out, because I’d love people to stay safe! However, I will say, the one time I was awkward was when I was ringing up this couple that came in and they had candy, chocolates, candles, the whole skadoo and of course condoms. The guy said it was their wedding anniversary and I was very happy for them. I didn’t notice the condoms until I just grabbed up the box and stared at it. 42 Condoms. The double pack. And all my brain had to say to that was. “Ah. Sex.” The guy across from me looked like he was having the greatest high of his life and his wife looked like she was having a fucking crisis on what the weather was like tomorrow or if she fed the cat or not. That was just. The strangest thing. 3 very different emotions at the counter and now whenever I see condoms I think of that couple and I am so sorry that they’re now that idea, but I hope they had a good anniversary.

I’ve read the comic like. 3 times now and my friends have now also gotten into it after my constant struggle of wanting to praise it and no one knowing what I’m talking about.

Usually we have a challenge when we all end up liking something and I’ll explain that on the next post lmao. The next post’ll be about the guy standing behind him.

But like we always do, my friends and I, whenever we ultimately get into something new, we immediately just give ourselves a challenge of whether to make an OC or just draw one of our characters/new character in the style.

More often than not, I’ve drawing an “OC” for something and never used it other to just draw them,,,

I’m too nervous to claim actual OCs for canon/published shit. I’m a coward.

I haven’t worked on Oliver’s World for a while. It was a project I started a long time ago, but since have just left it to doodles. If anything, I might just reuse the characters for something else.

I made these characters/story before I read The Property of Hate, and after doing so, I’m hoping to try and redesign TV Head / Blinky. He doesn’t look exactly, but the dripping stuff/TV head reminds me too much of RGB now and I don’t want that to stick, ya know?

And the story itself is kinda similar in the sense of a child having to save a world full of monsters. Then again, Undertale is kinda like that too.

Ah well. We’ll have to see.
