Another amazing dinner last night thanks to Chris Vogt. This time we had seasoned chicken on a bed of flavored rice with a side salad made with home made croutons!! Boy did those crotons make the salad!! I just love how the pressure is off me to make meals as I have no talent in the kitchen, lol. Now for me to learn how to do all the things Chris does, haha. So grateful to have him around and helping out. Especially during these stressful times! It makes the social distancing and isolation more bearable for both Gramp and me, as well as Pearl. It feels more like we are a full family again, and helps us to not focus on all the loss we have had to face in the last few months.
