Watching Louis descend into rage filled madness while plotting the demise of the coven, seeing him enter the theatre and soaking it with gasoline while the troupe slept, him reclaiming Claudia’s dress and her journals, his rage igniting the room, getting to listen to the coven scream as they’re burned to death or hacked apart or both, Eglee and Celeste caught completely by surprise and exploding in flames on their bikes, Louis baiting Santiago and not just cutting his head off (which I hope he felt every agonizing second of) but kicking it away like a fucking soccer ball

You know, I just have one question in relation to Interview with the Vampire. Did anyone maim and kill Bruce?

Because hear me out, these vampires, murder is their middle name. And then when it comes to Louis, Lestat and Claudia specifically, they're family-oriented vampires on top of that. They're protective of each other.

So now, here we have Claudia, Louis' and Lestat's daughter, who has been raped by this bastard of a vampire and you want to tell me none of these murderous, family-oriented vampires conspired to maim and kill him? Really? I don't buy it.

FRANKEN KYLE WITH A YOUNG WIZARD ☆

You were a young man, fresh out of college only to find out you were a wizard. But not like most, which made you chuckle. Unlike other wizards, you still had good enough chances with the ladies of the coven.

You walk towards the gates, on your way to a new life. As you sat your stuff on the bed, you bask yourself in the window’s morning apricity. Your hair glowed in the winter sun’s bittersweet kisses, his skin looking like savory ivory to the Frankenstein behind him.

“Euraghh..” Kyle groaned, stumbling slightly but holding his balance somewhat, his finger tips graze your hair, much to your alarm. You turn around quickly, grabbing the zombie’s wrist. “Aughh!” Kyle exclaimed, making you jump, losing your grip instantly on his wrist. Kyle held his own wrist, looking at you like a hurt puppy. “Oh my God, sir, are you alright?” You ask, urging for his forgiveness. “I’m so sorry,” you tell him. He tilts his head, “S-sah… So—rreh?” He mumbled, looking at you puzzled. Zoe rushes in the room, “Kyle! Where are you- Oh, shit.” Zoe rushed to get him. “Was he bothering you? I’m sorry, he can’t really talk, he, um-“

You then interrupt.

“No, he’s okay… He was just curious, and the scars explain some of his story to me.” You explain, a soft smile. “Actually, you can always… leave him with me. Just to help him learn,” You wanted to help him, he seemed sweet to you. She nods, “Wow, yeah, sure!” She actually seemed excited, it was really pretty on her.

“But we should leave you to get settled; you must have tons of unpacking, I guarantee.” She chuckled, understanding what it must be like for you to leave everything behind and go somewhere entirely new. A freshly packaged start. But once Zoe grabbed Kyle’s hand, Kyle latched onto you, whimpering. He didn’t want to leave you and it melted your heart.

“Let him stay, please?” You asked her, with a laugh, caressing his shoulder. Zoe smiled, shrugging, “‘Don’t see why not.. if he ever is too much for you-“

“He’s not.” You laugh softly, helped Kyle set down softly, your attention fully on him now. Zoe snickered, shutting the door with a warm, supporting smile.

After a while, you just held him as he stared off into your eyes. You caressed him comfortingly, and he just looked up with you with admiration. His hand in yours, his other in your hair. “Preh… P-pretty..” He sputtered, his soft doe-like eyes creasing softly as he smiled.

“Pretty, b-boyy..” He struggled to say.

No wait I know we’re all mad how the only thing we got at the end of kingdom of ash was “we’ll see” but guys!!! It makes sense that Manon would say this????

I dunno I was driving to work and thinking about and it just— all made sense:

Manon has just experienced a monumental loss to the point where she didn’t know how to be anymore. She was in a daze and just… not able to process anything (her grieving will be brutal it will rip at her and she will shut down and just go on autopilot she will NOT be okay)

Anyway! After that anguish, she’s fully aware that Dorian is a human. No matter how much they love each other, there will be a time where he will grow too old.

That is another loss she will not be able to come back from. She knows this, and despite her feelings towards him, she needs to think about it. The end will not change, she can’t make him immortal and it’s all about putting herself through that pain again.

This time however, it’s in her control. She can end things with him and spare herself that loss. But also, even if they’re not together, she knows that he’s there. Still around. His death will hurt just the same.

So to Manon, it is a lot to think about especially at the wake of losing her family. She isn’t thinking right and is consumed by her grief that it led to that line of thinking.

So her response makes sense to me because she’s isn’t just going to embrace being with Dorian knowing that he too will have a similar fate 60-70 years down the line.

I wish to see a ranked list of your 5-10 favorite supporting (Non-Ripley) characters across the Alien movies

Multiple characters in Prometheus would be their own ranking.. my favorites are David, Shaw, Janek, and Meredith Vickers (WHAT a name; you get her whole character with that one huh)

Bishop in Aliens- offered them cornbread and then died. Like Jesus.

Parker in Alien- self-explanatory. No one needs justify Parker being their third favorite Alien character it's a given

Call in Alien Resurrection- suffers and is dying from Joss Whedon dialogue* but I like her so much; intentionally delightful while still being interesting which is hard to pull off

Charles Dance Clemens in Alien^3- I genuinely like him and he exemplifies the best thing about (most of) these movies, i.e. 'we will show you the world's stupidest bullshit and hire Shakespearean actors to do it'

Kane in Alien- RIP!

Ash in Alien- ^_^

Gediman in Alien: Resurrection- played by Brad Dourif at his most Brad Dourif and thus immune to Whedon dialogue; such a funny and great concept for a character

Burke in Aliens- you know I love the slimy 'suit' in action movies

Andy in Alien: Romulus- I'm sorry they did All That to him but plot-wise an excellent addition to the team

*I actually like a lot of the characters in 4 but they are similarly afflicted and did not make it to this list unscathed
