When you say that Kallamar and Shamura have inextricably linked lore... would you like to share your points with the class? You have intrigued me.
Okay so this is gonna be a bit jumbled
-Silk Cradle's true color is dark blue, the color of Pestilence. The color/presence that haunts it rn is cyan, the Icegore's (and Kallamar's) colors. So while Anchordeep is the place Kallamar holds attachment to, it sounds like Silk Cradle was just as much "his" too. And as much as Midas' cave is clearly alluding to Kallamar (unless we're thinking that Shamura is secretly a greedy, gluttonous bottomfeeder), that space is still just as much Shamura's.
-also the Gilded Temple aesthetic has a diluted version of the filter Silk Cradle has affecting it. Red things appear orange.
-spiders in-game have the unique trait of being thieves. So its sounding like Shamura, our resident spider, was a thief. All of the decorations associated with Smugglers Sanctuary/Anchordeep are stolen. ((There's also the implication that they're meant to be viewed within Silk Cradle, because the crystals are described as blue. When they're clearly not. And they turn pink at night.))
-a Necromancer is someone who communes with ghosts to gain unobtainable knowledge and to know the future. Sounds right up Shamura's alley right? Ghosts and the afterlife are even coded as purple. Yet all signs point to Kallamar being the Necromancer........ unless the idea is that the descriptions for the "Necromancer's Curse" is describing an individual. I.e. Kallamar is Shamura's curse. Because Kallamar is undeniably the Divine Blight in both a literal and metaphorical sense.
And if he's the Divine Blight, then he has to be the other two things too. Death's Attendant and a Touch of the Revenant. Cause it's "curse" singular.
-Warracka is either Shamura or Kallamar, but there's not enough surrounding info to say which one. "War racka" isn't a name, it's a description. War sheep. Which could mean a follower of the War God (Shamura pre ascension or Kallamar at any point) OR it could mean someone naturally obedient during the war (or otherwise allowed themselves to be led easily) which would be Kallamar. The obedience part particularly points to Kallamar.
-In direct relation to the above, the Fanatic is also either Shamura or Kallamar. If you've followed me for awhile, you'll know I think Shamura is the Fanatic—to put it lightly lmao. But there's a decent amount of evidence to suggest that Kallamar may be the Fanatic (so he's my second guess). And the cherry on the cake is that the Fanatic and Warracka are also linked. They're each others counterparts within Law & Order. The section headed with "Teach them the true meaning of obedience." Bringing us full circle.
as you can see i was put on this earth to suffer

Cotl but the lambs body slowly rots as time passes. The crown gives the illusion that nothing is wrong. Or maybe instead of just rotting, the lamb becomes more cat like?
Like a 'glamour' or illusion to hide the physical changes wearing a crown causes. I have always liked the idea of characters be irreversibly 'changed' by magical artifacts, it's something outside of their control but can be stopped, if they stopped using said artifact, which they usually can't for story/personal reasons. Like the Nowhere King from Centaurworld.
I must answer you question with another question with other question? Why a cat? Because of TOWW?

I was wondering if your Lamb can climb walls like mountain goats? Would come in handy when prying on his followers. Or giving Nari a heart attack!

My Lamb can't but with help they would try to get past Mystic Seller, and instantly fail to no ones surprise

I really like the Shamura headcanons could you do Shamgoat headcanons?
Thank you! And sure!
//slapping my own hand with a ruler to keep from turning this into a 3-page essay about what I think Goat actually is to Shamura
They interact with each other like feral cats. Hissing and biting included. Their version of PDA is manhandling each other and play-fighting. Neither of them do it with the intent to harm, they just find it to be the most satisfying way to express themselves and be near each other. This extends to their verbal interactions too. Sarcasm and scathing remarks are their love language :3
Shamura is thrilled more by the idea of having someone more than anything. Whether they were the vessel that did the usurping or the God that got usurped, the Goat is theirs and they are the Goat's. It was made so by way of being Master and Vessel. Do they love Goat? Or is it simply infatuation? Lust, even? Does Goat even love them? As far as they're concerned, it doesn't matter. They see it as an unbreakable bond. A betrayed master is still a master. Attempting to put a label on their relationship beyond this flusters them greatly.
Shamura calls them by name (Goat) normally, but calls them by their title (Vessel, War/Conquest, etc) when they're displeased. They don't even have to be displeased with Goat specifically. if Shamura's in a bad mood, Goat doesn't get a name. And they've barely got a name in the first place. Sometimes they'll call Goat by their title just to mess with them, cause they know that Goat knows they do that when they're upset.
Goat is their number one enabler. Whether they're being silly or serious or some strange mix of the two, Goat's right there by their side. Some ideas are questionable, while some ideas are great—of the caliber everyone expects of the undefeated* God of War. Some ideas are outright bad, and their siblings would let them know as such. Shamura's reaction to this varied greatly. But Goat would never cause them such distress. Shamura thinks certain Followers are conspiring against them? They must be, Goat's already getting the tools needed to re-educate them. Shamura wants to build a Summer resort on the beach during low tide? Those structures won't be there come morning but sure, Goat will assist. Shamura craves the flesh of a God? Who is Goat to tell them no? Shamura wants Goat's flesh? Well.... they suppose Shamura can have that too.
Goat knows all of Shamura's favorite places to receive scritches. Both in and out of spider-centaur form. Including the spots that just make them melt into Goat's hands. Despite being one of the few non-violent ways they interact with each other, Goat still uses it like a weapon. Shamura insists that it's "cheating" and "dishonorable" when Goat takes advantage of said weakness in spars and the like.
Goat has only ever known the Shamura afflicted with madness. Shamura's been insane for as long as they've been sane, after all. When/if they finally meet Follower-Shamura, they're rather shell shocked—and a little off-put—because they're so used to Shamura acting a certain way. Goat starts trying to provoke them, because that's usually how they get Shamura's attention, but it just hurts their feelings at best and puts them on edge (because they think they're being threatened) at worst.

Bishop of War is done, they are no where near ready for questioning, but The Lamb and Narinder are open and waiting!
(My Shamura uses any pronouns, but mainly uses they/them)

Have you thought for the nar design that he might keep some if the chain from his imprisonment and he only allows lamb to remove them when he trusts them?
That's an interesting thought but no I don't think Narinder would want the chains left on him at ALL. He's been stuck with them on him for 1,000 years!
I think it would take a lot of trust for him to allow the Lamb to touch him at all.
I imagine he'd be rather pissed that his vessel thinks they can be anywhere near him after betraying him .
Most likely what will happen in this au is Narinder refusing to talk to or see the lamb for a long time, unsure how long, but long enough.
