A couple little vintage boxes I use for some trinkets (a wooden box made in Poland and a red alabaster box), and some of the things I keep in them. My favorite has to be the broken watch my partner found in a target parking lot.

Haven't posted any new creek finds in a while! The creek hasn't flooded much this summer and the gravel bars are super overgrown with weeds so it's been harder to find things lately but I've still managed to cart home a few sacks full of fossils and tumbled glass. Here are a few recent treasures!

A really unusual star-shaped crinoid (never found one like that here before!), a super cute tiny yellow tile, an old toy car, a deer toe bone, a raccoon tibia, the first whole jar I've ever found down there (it's not very old sadly lol), a "2" from someone's house or mailbox, hagstones, and loads of great fossils and colorful bits of tumbled glass and pottery.

Biotrophication is now funding on Kickstarter!! It's one of the games I've been the most excited for and haven't seen a post about on tumblr yet so!

One player plays a human who has resisted becoming a compliant biotrophy and the other player plays an alien who questions the ideology behind conquering humanity and creating human biotrophies in the first place. As their relationship develops over three acts, the two might find common ground, disagreements, grudges and even love… or everything will fall apart.

I've had a chance to read through the game and it's really good. There's biting involved. You may know the creator, Darling Demon Eclipse, from the other very good game Sapphicworld.

I want a TV show that just plays for like, 15-30 minutes every morning. It's just videos of crows (and other corvids) being weird and cute and whatever other adjectives you'd use.
