In my opinion squats and cardio are the best when it comes to core training. Although we feel it primarily in our legs the cores main function is to help maintain a neutral back when performing a squat so a lot of our strength is coming from our core as well when doing a squat. If you want to perfect your form work on strengthening your core as well as hip mobility.
