Waterloo, were today sentenced to four years in Portsmouth penitentiary for illegal possession of copper plates intended to resemble a $10 banknote. Frank Weyman brother of Joe, was sentenced to two years less a day in the Ontario Reformatory on similar charges.

[AL: Politsky or Bolitsky was 30, married, from Kitchener of Polish extraction, and was a printer by trade. He was convict #2896 and worked in the print shop,  but was transferred to Collin’s Bay Penitentiary April 1934 as #695 and released on parole February 1935. Weyman was 27, single, from Poland direct, and a tire-maker. He was convict #2895 at Kingston Penitentiary, transferred to Collins Bay Penitentiary May 1933, becoming convict #556, and was paroled May 1935.]
