i know a lot of people tend to define dani/ellie's "obsession" as the ocean to go with danny's space obsession but tbh i feel like as dani gets older she's going to do a lot to separate herself from her identity as danny's "clone" and become her own person

like, that's why i love that the fandom has adopted the "ellie" nickname so much for her. i so wish the show went on for longer with more competent writers or the comic could expand on this maybe but i think finding her own identity and voice would be such a powerful narrative. you're made for one thing but you don't wanna do that, so now what do you do?

(tbh that kind of identity exploration is probably too anit-christian for b*tch h*rtman so i'm glad he didn't get to touch it)

it's canon that dani goes off and travels the world, so why not have her obsession be traveling? she's got a huge case of wanderlust. she likes the outdoors, she likes hiking and camping and is a huge granola girl. like, i think that kinda just fits her a bit more, in my opinion. traveling/exploration.

Charles was just trying to find the bathroom in the VIP section of the club, but he kept walking into the wall while trying to find the door. He didn't understand why these clubs thought it was 'cool' and 'unique' to hide the doors when most if their VIPs were going to be drunk or so drugged up that easy access was neccessary. He grumbled, feeling around the wall until he found something that felt like a handle. He managed to press the door open a little, celebrating a little in his drunken mind for getting it right before he stopped. His mouth dropped open a little at the sight before him. There was only so much that Charles could see through the small crack that he had created with the door but it was enough to make out Lando sitting on the egde of the sink. His legs wrapped around someones waist as he made with a guy that Charles didn't recognise until they pulled back from the kiss for a second. Charles was quick to close the door. His need to pee was forgotten in the shock of catching Lando and Martin Garrix making out in the bathroom as he made his way back to the booth. He collapsed down beside Pierre, grabbing for the first drink he could reach and drowning it before he looked at everyone and blurted out: "Lando is hooking up with Martin Garrix in the bathroom" Charles expected everyone to be just as shocked as he felt, but even Pierre, who lived for gossip, looked at Charles as if he had just told him that Lewis had seven world championships. They all looked at him as if he was the last person to figure it out, even George looked at him with pity when Charles turned to him, but it was Max that spoke first. "And water is wet", Max snorted as he rolled his eye with a grin, "It's old news" "It is?", Charles gasped, mouth dropping open a little, "Am I the last to know?" "Oh Charles" Pierre laughed, throwing an arm around his shoulder, "Yes, we all knew. We've been gossiping about them for weeks" "Honestly Charles, they're fairly obvious, mate", George snorted as Alex nodded along side him, "Lando is partically a walking heart eye emoji whenever Maritn is around" "And Martin is not much better", Daniel grinned, reaching for a shot and clinking it off Max's when he held it up, "They're also not subtle about where they hook up, like, at all. Why do you think Piastri is getting plastered right now?" Oscar, in reponse to being mentioned, just lifted a lazy middle finger in their direction. Logan was trying to pry a drink from Oscar's hand but the young Aussie wasn't budging and just stared at the ceiling as he spoke. "I've heard things" That made Charles choke on his own drink. Pierre thumped him on the back as the rest of them burst into laughter at Oscar's words before Max was looking back at Charles. "So yeah, it's not new but just don't like, tell them you know? They think they're hiding it really well, and it's kinda funny", Max grinned and Charles could only nodd along because he was a little too drunk to protest it. And hey, if Martin and Lando were happy, what harm was there in pretending that they didn't know what was happening in the VIP bathroom?

amnesic starscream au: seekerlings (and terrifying scientists)

It took some convincing(read: begging) for sentinel to agree to let starscream help with the twins training, after a lot of push n pull, it was ultimately preceptor and wheeljack that caused him to agree, plus, it is a good way to see how seekers train their young and their interactions with them go.

Upon their arrival , everything was going smoothly, starscream and the twins clicked instantly, it like a reunion between a mother and her kids, starscream quickly took a liking to wheeljack and his chill and smooth attitude, quickly earning a laugh at the short autobots scientist shenanigans and his poking of ratchet, jazz is cool bot! He has style and very fun to hang around with!

Starscream didn't like preceptor, when he first saw he.......zoned out, had a look in his optics

A fearful, hateful look

During their stay, starscream didn't let the twins out of his sight if percy was in the room, eyeing him like a predator, he had no issue with wheeljack or jazz, but preceptor put him on edge, like he would try hurt them...

It confused everyone, when prowl attempted to question his dislike of preceptor, he got "he hurt them before for a experiment, what to say that he wouldn't try again?" There was a dangerous egde to his voice

Emotionless Perceptor will always hurt my feelings in the best way. I like to think that, if he still had his emotions he wouldn't have hurt the babies, but as it stands now? He'd do anything the autobot high council told him to, including experimenting on sparklings. Starscream is right to be wary of him, wary of all autobots involved with the government tbh

I like that Wheeljack is chill tho 🥺 and Jazz! They're generally nice guys, and hopefully wouldn't just look the other way if the council tried to do more experiments with the jet twins or, worse, kidnap Starscream back to Cybertron to force more flyers out of him

Though 🤔 that would be very interesting and angsty

Superman and Lois AU idea:

Clark dies instead of Martha.

Instead of Martha having a stroke, Clark is killed in a fight as Superman in the pilot. The family decides to spend the rest of the boys’ summer holidays at the Farm, so they can be with Martha. Shortly later, Jordan developes powers and they decide to remain at the farm with Martha. 

It would be cool to see Martha guiding Lois through raising teen sons who are grieving their dad and dealing with developing superpowers, and the two of them working together to take care of the boys, while Martha is trying to keep the farm afloat, and Lois tries to be a reporter in Smallville, and take down Morgan Egde, Ally and Intergang. 

JHI would have a bigger role as the main superhero. 

Lana and Martha would replace Clark as Lois’ main source of support. She would also lean on Sam much more.

Jordan and Jon would be dealing with learning a huge secret about their dad after he dies, and realizing he wasn’t always away simply a because he was workaholic who continuely prioratized work over his family, but because lives were at stake. 

The boys having lost their dad creates an additional bond between them and Nat, even though it’s awkward for her. 

The boys would still have a lot of the similiar problems that they have in canon, but at the same time, their dad’s death would cause them to grow up faster in certain ways, so while it would make them emotional and lead them to do stupid things, there might be certain things that they handle in a more mature fashion than in canon. 

In season two, Lois tells Lana Clark’s secret, because they have grown close, and she is tired of hiding everything her family goes through from her. Lana is hurt, that the friend she has been grieving kept such a big part of his life from her, and that Lois kept so much about her deceased best friend from her, especially since they bonded while mourning him together.
