Looking back at @brittle-doughie 's Incorrect Quote Cookie Jar, I've decided to bring them to life with the power of Cookie Comic Creator!

Pure Vanilla headcanons; He jacked and has a sleeper build.

PV is very capable of very powerful magic casting, but he deliberately chose his powers to heal and protect. Because of this power not used for any powerful casting than making his healing more powerful, this magic is building up in his own body causing it to make him physically stronger than he looks. So he trains in private to be able to control his strength, and this also makes the manner of how he moves more gentle, like he's touching fragile glass.

Before Dark Flour War: Since he doesn't really need to travel outside his kingdom all that much like he used to, finding wisdom and knowledge around the world, unless there's important kingly duties or a celebration, he just works out in his quarters to pass the time or just to take his mind off of things that he often forgets to eat even though he swore to himself to be healthy for his people. (He hasn't told anyone about these habits.)

After a long time of suppressing this excess power, he was able to sheild his friends and hold against/counter Dark Enchantress Cookie even when his Soul Jam was taken away from him.

His remaining power also made him able to protect and preseve his entire kindom by making it stuck in a moment in time AND make it float in the sky. (It's why it's called Timeless Kingdom.)

His robe is also made of his built up magic making the Ancients be the only other people who can(but barely) carry them.
