But before he got half a step, Malfoy threw his basket to the ground and stalked over, grabbing Harry’s shirt to haul him into a deep, biting kiss. Tearing away when Harry began kissing him back, Malfoy stared at him, eyes burning, lips twisting into a scowl. “I like your ridiculous hair, Potter,” he spat, low and raw. “I like far too many ridiculous things about you, and far more than I should, more fool me. we got a lot done around the house today! it took two Home Depot trips, the first of which was longer than necessary bc Peyton was looking at tools, but I had told him he could buy some, so I can't begrudge him the time. ultimately the set he wanted ended up being out of stock, so I set up notifications and we're gonna hope it goes back in stock before the good sale on it ends bc that man does deserve tools

among the things we got done today were: Paige made a delicious breakfast, Peyton patched the hole into the attic (unfortunately we believe that we have trapped the squirrel into the attic instead of out of it, but Harley is bringing some humane traps tomorrow, so hopefully we can get it out and release it), I swept the deck (it needs a pressure wash but it does look a little better now), Paige deep cleaned the bathroom, Karilyn fixed the leak under the kitchen sink, I went to the storage unit and got the rest of the kitchen stuff and the bedroom stuff so we finally have nightstands now (I also packed it all so securely in the bed of the truck that I didn't need to put a single ratchet strap on it, so I was proud of that), Peyton fixed the gutter downspout that fell earlier this week, I cleaned the garage door and door frame with a magic eraser, we met one of our neighbors, Harley cleaned the windows of the sunroom very thoroughly, Karilyn started on fixing the outdoor spigot and replacing it with a frost-free one (that job needs to be finished tomorrow), I burned boxes, Peyton replaced the deadbolt on the back door with a passage bolt so we don't need a key on the inside, and I made chicken Alfredo stuffed shells for dinner

overall, a productive day, and another one to come tomorrow. Harley and Karilyn have gone home for the night, but they shall be returning tomorrow to complete the frost-free spigot installation. I plan to tackle the holes in the garage ceiling tomorrow, and then hopefully we can get the rest of the bedroom set up and unpack our clothes and the remainder of the bathroom supplies. it's starting to feel like a house, slowly but surely
