Aoyama Yuuga: Along with being absoultely fabulous, he has a thing for femme-presenting stuff, such as dresses and skirts

Ashido Mina: Really wants a tattoo, but her quirk would just get rid of it within a day

Asui Tsuyu: Can vomit her stomach out, but doesn't like it as she did it once when she was young and couldn't figure out how to put it back until her parents got home

Bakugou Katsuki: While he won't refuse to take them, he hates showers, as he feels 'weaker' due to the water washing his sweat away

Hagakure Tooru: Has a natural affinity for pranks, and will pretend a ghost is haunting someone, via lifting objects, changing her voice to spook someone, and so on

Iida Tenya: Whenever he's on a long-rant, Tensei will place karate plates under him, and there is now a pile somewhere in a closet of broken karate plates

Jirou Kyouka: Claims that her favourite genre of music is rock, but it's truly disco. Only listens to it with headphones on, and will dance to it when she's alone

Kaminari Denki: Has really old, used devices, due to his tendency to shock when he's surprised or emotional, which would break many devices

Kouda Kouji: He can't stand bugs, as their brains are too small for him to understand or control, making them far stranger to him than to those who can't understand any animal

Midoriya Izuku: Has once gone on a two-hour rant about why All Might is the best hero, and only stopped when he passed out due to his fever

Mineta Minoru: Has a ranking of the top ten sexiest female heroes, which he has not touched since his intervention

Ojirou Mashirao: When he was starting his training with his tail, he tried to swing off horizontal poles, only to end up slamming his face into the mats

Satou Rikidou: Will go to the grave swearing he got his lips from a 'lip challenge'. He did not, he just thinks it's funny

Sero Hanta: Has accidentally used his tape to wipe... you-know-what. Will 100% do it again in the future, because he's dumb (love him though)

Uraraka Ochako: Massive tom-boy and super vulgar after growing up with construction workers. But, due to how women are seen in the heroics industry, she hides it and acts all cute and innocent

Yaoyorozu Momo: Like Shouto, she really wants to try fast food, but rather than not being able to, she's simply scared of what she'd be eating, and has no idea where to start

Yes actually! I started compiling a mental list for a no quirk au series! Big surprise, I haven't started it! But this is what I came up with in regards to my fic(s).

Iida: Business man, in line to succeed his father as CEO

Momo: Chemist, maybe working in pharmaceuticals

Bakugou: owns and runs a restaurant, occasionally models for his parents clothes line

Midoryia: runs an animal sanctuary/adoption center that he inherited from Toshinori

Todoroki: also in business, also in line to succeed his father, but hates it

Uraraka: construction worker, set to inherit her family's business

Tsu: natural resource management or conservationist (I haven't decided yet)

Jirou: musician, in line to inherit her family's record label

Mina: pet groomer

Kiri: co owns a gym with Tetsu

"Sero?!"

His name escapes your lips, filled with surprise and disbelief. As you confront him, his expression shifts from guilt to a mixture of defensiveness and desperation. He quickly explains that his intentions were not to sabotage the defenses or steal supplies, but rather to construct a rudimentary alarm system for the safety of the shelter.

"I really didn't mean any harm," he stammers, his eyes darting around nervously. "I just wanted to see if it would work, you know? It wasn't supposed to cause all this chaos."

The worker who witnessed the scene bursts into the room, panic etched across their face. "It was you! You were stealing and messing with our defenses!"

Todoroki steps forward, his voice calm and measured. "Woah there, hold on, let's hear him out first before we begin to panic."

As tensions rise, Todoroki takes it upon himself to diffuse the situation. He speaks to the worker, reassuring them to remain calm. He then turns his attention back to Sero, trying to understand the motivation behind his actions.

Sero's voice trembles as he explains, "I didn't want to bring attention to myself. You and your speeches, everyone looking up to you... I just wanted to do something nice, something useful, without the spotlight on me."

"What are you trying to say?" you ask, unable to help feeling a pang of self-reflection at his words. "Do I come off like some kind of bitch for trying to help everyone?" you ask hesitantly.

Sero's gaze softens, his voice filled with a mix of honesty and empathy. "Well, I mean, it doesn't mean you don't have good intentions," he says, dancing around the truth. "It just... different ways of doing things, you know?"

Before the conversation can progress further, the worker who witnessed the scene bursts out of the tent, shouting accusations against Sero of stealing and bad-mouthing you. Todoroki exchanges a quick glance with you and rushes out, determined to calm the worker down once again.

Turning back to Sero, you take a deep breath and gather your thoughts. "Sero, you need to go out there and explain yourself to the others," you say firmly. "Let them know that you weren't trying to do anything bad. We can't let misunderstandings tear us apart."

Sero groans, a mix of frustration and regret evident in his voice. "Do I really have to? It's gonna be a mess."

"Yes, you do," you sigh before stepping out of the tent. There, you address the crowd directly, explaining that Sero was only trying to help build something, not trying to do anything bad.

One voice then speaks out, "So if we steal bread because we're starving, it's okay?"

You meet their gaze, unwavering in your conviction. "No, it's not okay. But Sero will face his consequences, and we'll work towards a better understanding. We must find ways to survive and rebuild without compromising our integrity."

As you address the crowd, explaining the circumstances and emphasizing the importance of unity, Todoroki watches you, his eyes flickering with surprise and curiosity. Only after your speech, do you turn to Sero and extend an offer. "Sero, from now on, you'll work closely with me. Together, we'll ensure that we rebuild trust and move forward."

Sero's expression shifts into a mix of gratitude and worry. He nods, acknowledging that the opportunity will be better than anything the crowd would have extended to him. As you shake his hand, a mixture of frustration and determination bubbles within you.

"You're such an idiot," you remark as the two of you walk away from the crowd, your voice laced with both annoyance and concern. "But I'm going to make sure you don't screw up again. You have a smart brain, Sero. Use it in a better way."

Sero mutters an apology, his eyes downcast. You roll your eyes. "Save the apologies. Just show me through your actions that you've learned your lesson."

As you and Sero walk back towards your office, a murmur begins to spread through the crowd watching you walk off. It doesn't take long for the tension to escalate, and suddenly, objects are being hurled in Sero's direction. His expression shifts from surprise to anger, ready to retaliate.

Reacting swiftly, you step in between Sero and the crowd, shielding him from everything being thrown. With a firm grip on his arm, you waste no time and swiftly guide him away from the people. Together, you sprint towards the safety of your office, the sounds of disapproval echoing behind you.

Once inside, you close the door, the chaotic noise of the outside world fading away. Sero's breathing is heavy, his grip on his own fists tightening. You turn to face him, your expression a mixture of concern and determination.

"Stay calm, Sero," you urge, your voice firm but soothing. "Let them throw their anger out there. We're here to focus on what's important and make things right. Don't let their anger get you in an even worse position than you're already in."

Sero's gaze meets yours, his anger slowly subsiding as he takes in your words. The tension in his body eases, and he nods in agreement, acknowledging the need for restraint and resilience.

"Find somewhere to sit and get comfortable," you hum as you look out the small window in the room, scanning the scene unfolding outside. "I have a bad feeling you're going to be in here for a while until Todoroki and the others manage to calm them down again."

Sero nods, his face etched with exhaustion and frustration. He finds a chair nearby, sighs heavily, and sinks into it, leaning his head back against the wall. Closing his eyes, he lets out a deep breath.

Leaning against the desk, you observe Sero, his features softened in the quiet moment. His normally carefree demeanor has been overshadowed by the weight of the situation, and you can't help but feel a sense of empathy towards him.

"It's going to be alright, Sero," you say softly, breaking the silence. "We'll figure this out together. And once this storm passes, things will get better."

Sero opens his eyes, meeting your gaze with a mix of gratitude and uncertainty. He appreciates your reassurance, knowing that you are extending a hand to help him navigate the challenges he faces.

"Thanks," he mumbles, a hint of vulnerability in his voice. "I... I didn't expect you to have my back like this."

A warm smile tugs at the corners of your lips as you reply, "We're in this together, Sero. We may have our differences, but we're all striving for the same goal—to rebuild and protect what's left. And that means supporting each other, even when things get tough."

Sero's shoulders relax, a glimmer of hope shining in his eyes. In that moment, the weight of his mistakes feels a little lighter, knowing that he has someone who believes in his potential for growth and redemption.

"Well I installed the bars on the back wheel, in case." Izuku offers with a shrug. He figured Kaachan would figure out his own ride. Tipping his head down, the star-shaped glasses on his head slide down over his eyes. Then he settles an All Might cap over his wild hair, before looking to Katsuki.

"Like these?" He points to ridiculous sunglasses, "Shouto got them for me, said they bring out my eyes." Grinning at the joke, Izuku adds. "By the way my phone is at like ten percent, so I hope you got more battery than me." Charging his phone, as much as his friends get on his case for it, never takes priority for him. If he remembers great, if not it's gunna be dead for several days.

"Let's gooo!" He pushes off with his foot, standing from the seat to pedal out of the dorm gates. It's not until he gets a good speed that he sits and let's black whip take hold of the bars while he pulls out his phone for a second. He's got the direction lady speaking in his earbud. Luckily the ride through the city is rather tame, weaving through the crowds of people isn't too difficult considering it's the middle of the day. Izuku keeps pace with Kaachan when he can, making light conversation here and there.

When they arrive to the hill, he stops from across the street with the beginnings of a frown. Lifting his sunglasses in hopes they're playing games, he sees nothing. The entire hill is gone! Was there some kind of villain attack? He hasn't checked social media in a few days. Construction and clean up workers are steadily moving about. Izuku puts a foot on the ground as he continues to look around. Biting his lip to hold back his disappointment, he dejectedly sits on his bike.

"The hill was here two weeks ago!" This bites. Izuku looks around the area. He begins to pedal, slow and careful, and works his way around the block. Yeah...it looks like there was some kind of fight. He puts out a foot to steady himself and his bike, before leaning forward on the bars.

"Well this is a bust. If you wanna head back you can..." He won't waste Kaachan's time. "I heard there's a cool arcade place around here from Sero and Kaminari," he brings up thoughtfully," they mentioned taking a few first place slots. I think I'll go check that out."

katsuki takes no time to gather what he wanted to bring along. it includes his wallet, phone, and keychain with a couple of keys attached to it, just in case. his wear's shifted from a plain black skull shirt and sweats to something a little nicer to be out in, too ; plain white shirt, dark unbuttoned collar shirt on top, a pair of perfectly comfortable black jeans, then black and orange sneakers to add colour.

he checks his phone when it buzzes, and he can't hide his grin the moment crimson spots the typo. with an item tucked under arm, he types back, one-handed :

the blond is at the front in minutes. his eyes drift to the bike - trying to hide the amused smirk from seeing the all might theme - before looking right back to izuku. he raises a brow. ❛ hah ? fuck that, i got my own way. ❜

with that, he chucks the item under his arm onto the ground ; a skateboard, grip tape worked into a design similar to the x on his hero costume and an explosion customisation on the deck. it'd been a hot minute since he skateboarded. he never had the time, and it was overridden by other hobbies he preferred, like his mountain hiking or his drumming.

It had been about two weeks since you had been stood up by your former friends at the bar. In that time a lot of surprising new changes had happened. Your former friends had tried to pick up where they left off like it was nothing and instead of taking them back like you always had you told them off about their behavior and blocked them. As soon as you had finished blocking them a weight that had seemed to be wrapped around your heart just disappeared. You had gone into work and started to set clear boundaries for your coworkers and how they interacted with you. Your boss, a man of few words and tired eyes had taken you to the side and congratulated you on the change in the way you held yourself. Through these changes you were in steady contact with Hanta. You talked about your days, played some simple get to know you question games and had quickly fallen into a pattern of sharing whatever meme or video had made you laugh that day in hope that it would do the same for the other.

It was Tuesday and you were enjoying your lunch while chatting with Hanta when a burst of confidence hit you. You invited him to hang at the bar again for that Friday night. Seeing that he was typing for 10 seconds had you ready to throw your phone across the table in fear. Right as you were ready to throw it into the sun his message popped up in your chat. 

Hanta 🤤: I'd love to but I actually have my son that night.

Your brain was going nuts as you read the message. He had a son and that could only mean one thing. Hanta had just jumped up on the sexy meter from hot bad boy construction worker to bad boy DILF construction worker. You were losing it, trying so hard not to squeal. While you were taking deep breaths and begging your pussy to shush so that you could at least be a proper friend to the man who had saved your night and motivated you the last two weeks he sent another message.

Hanta🤤: would you like to come have a pizza and movie night with us?

The unholy noise that came out of your throat at the invitation had a coworker who was passing by stop to stare at you. After a moment of intense internal freak outside you messaged back much more calmly than you actually were.

Oh man not only was he complimenting you but he talked about you to his son so soon after meeting you. Your eyes became a little misty at the thought that such a genuine and kind person had become your friend after all your bad luck with friendships the last few years. Immediately you agreed and your Friday night plans were set. Not for drinking but definitely for something you regularly enjoy. The following three days seemed to drag on as you counted the hours till your movie night with Hanta and his son. 

When Friday came you grabbed a few of your favorite movie snacks on the way home from work. You dropped the bags at the entrance when you arrived home to make sure you didn't forget them on the way out. You rushed through a shower being as thorough as you could. Your nerves were getting the best of you, making it take four tries before you were able to properly braid your hair. When you were finally dressed into your best looking set of comfy clothes you slid on your sneakers and made the short walk to Hanta's apartment. It was only 5:50 so you were a little early and took your time walking up the two flights of stairs instead of taking the elevator. 

At 5:57 you knocked on the door, internally freaking out at the prospect of being in a hot guy's apartment and meeting his son for the first time all in one night. You had expected the door to be answered by Hanta but instead it was opened by a young boy no more than 11. He looked you up and down before smiling and pulling your hand to lead you into the home. 

"You must be my dad's friend! He was right, you're really pretty! If I had known I would have stayed with my mom this weekend so he could take you on a real date instead of being a dork."

The sound of heavy footfalls echoed through the apartment at the end of the young boy's statement. Hanta ran into the living room shirtless and barefoot in only a pair of tight black joggers. Your breath caught at the sight of him, your pussy she started to drool like a dog in front of a Tbone steak. The man looked so fucking good you might just have to start a new religion. His eyes turned on his son with pure annoyance. 

"Emilio Seiji Sero! niño demonio de mi saco de bolas deja de exponerme a mi amiga antes de que se vaya pensando que soy un perdedor! el tío Bakugou nunca más te verá."

You giggled at his words only really catching the words demon child and ball sac. He stopped ranting at the sound of your voice looking a little dazed. He greeted you before running back to his room. He came back out a moment later with a white tshirt and an arm full of blankets. Hanta dropped the blankets on the couch before grabbing the bags from your hand and pushing you to sit on the couch. He then proceeded to pick up his son like a suitcase and carry him off to the kitchen. 

Still sitting on the couch you thought of the interaction you had just seen. It was very sweet and it seems like he was even more of a good father then you had thought before. A few moments later he came back into the room and sat down next to you. Hanta still wasn't looking at you but was instead arranging blankets. You could see that he was a little bit red so you knew he was blushing. Giving his shirt a little tug you got his attention. When he turned to you the blush highlighting his cheeks became obvious.

"Sorry about Emilio, he lives to embarrass me sometimes. He's getting ready for bed so we can enjoy the movie without a time crunch. The pizza should be here any minute."

You smiled as you too chatted a bit. It was nerve wracking to hold it together on the outside but it seemed like you were doing a good job. Eventually you handed him the bag of snacks when you remembered you were even holding them. It's not surprising seeing as you had gotten to see him in his shirtless glory before.

In a setting where quirks exist but pro heroes aren’t a thing, what do you imagine the future careers of the 1A students would be?

I mean you wouldn't have to remove heroes just to have the kids pick out different jobs. It's not like they could use their Quirks in their jobs any way. Even if they could, that wouldn’t do much to change my opinon. Regardless, I've covered Izuku and Bakugou before, so they won't be included here.

Sato/Koda/Ojiro: All these are pretty obvious, as they're all natural extensions of their talents. Sato becomes a baker, Koda becomes a veterinarian, and Ojiro becomes a marital arts teacher.

Sero: As weird as it sounds, I think he could be an interior designer. If his room and costume are anything to go by, he has a real eye for aesthetics and can apply that very well to his environment.

Denki: Maybe something in advertising? It would take advantage of his natural extroversion and make him seem at least aware enough of modern trends to talk about them. Barring that, a streamer.

Mineta: Not much to work with here. I guess a programmer? It would let him apply his intelligence and problem solving skills without having to interact with a lot of people.

Aoyama: I wanted to say model given his tendency to attract attention, but I think fashion designer might fit better. If anything, his bizarre fashion might be considered Avant garde in the right circles.

Shoji: Not quite a hero, but I do think he'd still be some civil servant, like a police officer or fireman. He's naturally self sacrificing and good hearted, but has a knack at keeping himself calm and in control.

Tokoyami: I could see him being some kind of famous personality. I could see him as the kind of guy talking about horror movies or streaming online with an extremely gothic aesthetic.

Hagakure: I could see her as some kind of lifestyle expert, like a life coach or guidance counselor. She just has a naturally peppy and positive attitude that I think could help bring out the best in people.

Jiro: Definitely something related to music. While she obviously has the talent to be a musician, I could see her doing more technical music work like her father did.

Kirishima: Personal trainer, without question. Not only because he's someone who exercises a lot, but because he's good at stirring people into action in a positive way.

Mina: Some kind of high energy entertainer. Dancer, influencer, Internet personality. Something that relies on the user getting and keeping the attention of a lot of people.

Shoto: He's a tricky one. He doesn't exactly have any obvious talents or traits for me to work off of. Maybe a model? He's one of the few guys in the series who's ever been noted to be handsome, so I guess that fits.

Uraraka: I get that she could work for her father's construction company, but I think she might be good in some kind of sales job. Not only because of how bubbly and friendly she can be, but also how competitive and motivated she is in the right situations.

Iida: I could easily see him in any of those prestigious jobs that take a lot of schooling, like being a doctor. Given his disposition towards justice and rules in general, I'm thinking lawyer. Specifically, a defense attorney. A police officer might be on the table as well.

Momo: Given her immense intelligence, I feel like she could really be anything. Out of them all, I think she would be in some form of corporate leadership, like a CEO. That or a college level professor given her ability to tutor even the most inexperienced of students.

Tsuyu: While lifeguard is an obvious pick, I think that daycare worker, elementary school teacher, or maybe some kind of therapist might fit. She's patient, sweet, and empathic to people's problems but knows when to wrangle other people in. Plus she has experience with her own siblings.

A/N: Shoutout to wilykat05 on TikTok for saying what were all thinking. Denki is OP. And she pointed out that lightning is 50,000 degrees and since Denki is physically immune to lightning he should be immune to any temperatures below. Including Shoto's fire. So if you're like why isn't he using his fire? It's because they figured out during training that it just doesn't work or restrain him in any way other than obstructing vision.

I guess a little late in the game to say but this is canon divergent. Abaddon is the other maximum security prison they made specifically to break up the remnants of the LOV and AFO. Also there are slight spoilers.

I stayed conscious, but barely. None of the electricity touched me or Eijirou but the noise and blowback alone was enough to send us flying. Everything spun as the ringing in my ears drowned out the world around me. I struggled to stand up amongst the debris, helping up Eijirou who was holding his head. Sero was out cold and Todoroki was blasted back the furthest, struggling to get up behind us. Denki stood amongst the rubble, his eyes shone with unshed tears at the devastation.

I'm sure he was thinking of all the other workers who were probably milling about the agency beforehand. Their likelihood of survival. Police sirens wailed in the distance as those alive under the rubble cried out for help. People from the surrounding area started coming around to check the noise. I gritted my teeth and blasted myself forward, flinging him as hard as I could towards a hole that led to the underground training area. He landed on top of the hole before I blasted him through. I kept blasting from side to side to slow the descent and disorient him. Once we were a few feet from the ground I threw him away from me before he could hit me with another shock.

"Kats!" Eijirou yelled from the hole above.

"Get Plain Face and save the damn citizens!" I yelled back at him, not taking my eyes off Denki who was slowly getting up.

A cool blast washed from behind as Todoroki entered my peripheral to stand beside me. When Denki lifted his head, his whole face showed his devastation, tears running freely down his eyes. I gritted my teeth together. I couldn't tell if he was free of Hosei's control yet. Denki's hands gripped his hair as he fought himself. He charged up and released an attack with a strangled cry, this time both of us dodged the blast. Todoroki shot waves of ice at Denki which he easily broke with quick strikes of lightning. The whole air crackled with electricity as our hair stood on end. Any longer and we're gonna become living lightning rods. Denki kept holding his head, trying to calm down but failing. He yelled as he sent out another blast of electricity that made us fly back. My body spasmed for a moment before I could gain any semblance of control. He was breathing heavily, sobbing as his body started charging up for another big attack. If it's 1 million volts, we're not surviving another time. My eyes widened. This is a training ground. We have rubber insulation blankets specifically for Denki.

If the lightning messes with his head...

I looked over to Todoroki. "IcyHot! Distract him" I yelled at him as I dashed towards the supply closet.

Todoroki dashed towards Denki attempting to freeze him before he could properly charge up for the attack. Denki sent shot after shot of lightning into his ice, Todoroki barely able to keep up. I grabbed an insulation blanket and dashed to Todoroki who conveniently created a giant wave of ice. He looked at the blanket in my hands, eyes lighting up at my plan.

"Make a path for me." I ordered and Todoroki nodded.

He took his left hand and torched a narrow pathway pointing upward out of his ice. I bunched up the fabric in my hands to ensure I didn't accidentally burn any holes in it and blasted my way through the narrow hole. Just when I breached the ice wave, Denki blasted away all the ice. This won't work if I didn't catch him by surprise. Todoroki used ice to stabilize himself enough to throw another wave of ice at Denki quickly followed by scorching fire. The resulting steam gave me enough cover to get close enough to Denki to smother him in the blanket.

"Oi Dunce Face! Go all out!" I yelled as I blasted myself back.

Seconds later a loud crackle sounded from the blanket, ripping it to shreds. Lightning ran up and down Denki as he dropped to his knees on the floor. I held back, waiting for him to attack when I heard him sobbing as he put his head down on the ground. I guess Hosei didn't count on the lightning affecting his brain enough to break control.

"I'm so sorry." He choked out, just above the silence as his body shook. "I didn't ...I-" He sobbed.

My hands clenched as I approached him. I put a hesitant hand on his back, he shuddered and recoiled slightly from the touch.

"You don't get it." He said softly. "I really fucked up." He sobbed.

I tried to think of what he meant. Then it hit me. Y/N was in the recovery room unconscious when this whole thing started. My body hollowed out as the world spun, my hand froze. He sucked in shaky breaths trying to calm himself down enough to tell me what he meant. I could barely hear him over the sound of me beginning to hyperventilate.

No...No way...

"First, I was supposed to attack the agency. Hosei and Y/N will head to Abbadon as a backup plan in case the main one failed. Right now, they should be in a warehouse somewhere awaiting news." Denki said, his voice shaking.

She's alive. I shouldn't be relieved but she's alive. Breathing. Committing felonies sure, but alive .

Denki's hand clenched into fists on the ground. "The main plan being Deku breaks out AFO and gives him One for All."

That bubble of relief burst. If Deku hands over One for All we're doomed, more than doomed. It's pretty damn bad if the LOV get out too. Shit. I put my hand to my chin considering the options. Unlike Denki, we didn't really have a cheat code to short-circuiting Y/N or the nerd. Even if we bring Denki along, he's exhausted and can only be in one location. Which means we would have to split up and attempt to do it by force or stall until whoever brought Denki arrives at the other scene. The one with the best chance at waking up Deku is me, hands down. I looked at Denki who's still trying to calm himself down.

But Y/N...

I think about how gaunt she looked, the fear and pain in her eyes. I breathed in, stuffing down my emotions to think critically. Hands down Todoroki would be more effective against her. I glanced at Todoroki who probably wanted to sprint towards Deku. But he realized the same thing I did. I sighed, resigning myself.

"Todoroki...take care of Y/N" I said through gritted teeth. He nodded, using ice to launch himself back through the hole.

I turned toward Denki who stopped sobbing and was now silent and still. I took his arm and pulled him up. He turned his head away from me and my demeanor softened. Given that he's always been cautious about hurting people with his quirk, this was a low blow. I'm starting to think that was Hosei's specialty.

"Help me get Deku back." I said. "Please."

His head snapped up as the last word left my mouth. His eyes wide as what I said sunk in. We both know he wouldn't be much help in the rescue effort aside from extra hands. Plus even a little electricity might make waking up Deku easier. His face settled into a determined look as he wiped away his tears.

"Okay." He said, looking for me to lead the way.

I grunted in response and picked Denki up. I blasted us both out of the hole and into the parking lot. I didn't miss the way his demeanor darkened at the crumpled pile of concrete that used to be our agency. I landed in front of some pros who wanted to know what happened. Denki opened his mouth.

"Our agency got blown up as a diversion. " I said. "The person who is responsible is named Hosei. We believe that he has plans to involve the League of Villains. Keep the lines open." I barked out

I took Denki, who drudged behind me, not meeting my eyes until we got into my car.

"Why did you cover for me?" He asked softly.

"I told the truth." I replied, starting the car.

"Not that I did it." He pointed out.

"Denki." I said firmly, then looked at him. "We got a mission to do. Focus on that."

I didn't wait for his response as I sped off towards Tartarus. I turned on the sirens on my car as I weaved in and out of traffic. I had Denki check for any Deku sightings on the popular hero spotting apps. There were none. Meaning he was probably driving there. Eventually we reached the halfway checkpoint. I got out of the car to check with the guards there but found them beaten up and unconscious. I ran back to the car and sped past the gate.

Why would he knock the guards out if he already had permission?

I pushed my car to the limit trying to catch up, praying Deku hasn't reached Tartarus yet. It doesn't matter what caused it, if he touched that place it's over. His hero career would be done. I saw his car in the distance, willing my car to keep up.

"Denki, get the tires!"

Please don't die.

Denki, angled his fingers, shooting a blast of lightning to the tires of Deku's car, causing them to explode. I slowed down as his car skid and twisted around, eventually losing balance and flipping. I saw a lithe body surrounded by green lightning jump out just before the car entered it's first flip. I quickly got out of the car along with Denki. After several flips, the car lay totaled down the road as Deku landed in front of us. Denki slipped something in my back pocket. I touched my back pocket, recognizing the shape. Pretty smart for Denki. I glanced over to the once sleek vehicle that now lay in ruins.

Fuck now I gotta buy him a car.

He looked up, his eyes relieved while his body dropped to a fighting stance. Not giving us a chance to breathe, he dashed forward, leg outstretched to kick Denki. I blasted Deku, sending him flying into the concrete wall lining the steep hill beside us. I put Denki behind me and dropped to a stance. This isn't gonna be as easy especially since I'm already winded from almost getting fucking electrocuted. Deku glanced at Denki and I could see him putting the pieces together. Then he dashed off towards Tartarus.

"Deku!" I yelled, blasting my way after him.

He jumped and blasted an air shot, which I dodged then recovered. Denki didn't get as lucky. I glanced back and saw him get up, dashing after us. I gritted my teeth, sending a huge blast behind me and rocketed ahead, my knees connecting with his back. We both landed hard on the ground and I tumbled and rolled to a stop in front of him.

"Snap out of it you shitty nerd!" I yelled between heaving breaths.

Deku stood up, eyes showing his internal struggle. His body shook but regardless he kept moving forward. I glanced behind him and saw Denki was still out of range. Deku raised his leg, confusing me before I realized a little too late what he was doing. He kicked the ground, causing huge deep cracks to form, destabilizing my footing. He used that to try to dash forward. Just before he could, I grabbed his hoodie, hooking the object Denki gave me in it and slammed him back on the ground. He rolled back into a stand, carefully looking for any weak spots.

I saw sweat pouring down Deku's brow as his body trembled. That's why the fight is easy, he's using all his mental strength to hold back. It pissed me off but given the circumstances I'm grateful for it. His eyes looked horrified for a split second before he rushed forward, right fist raised. I moved my arms in front of my face to block and felt a foot connect with my chin, throwing my head back. I looked down to see his left leg lowering before he turned into his next kick. I blocked, arms crossed and palms out to block then blast him at the same time. A wicked smile crossed his features as he quickly shifted poses, grabbed my wrists, violently uncrossing my arms and kicked me in the chest. He held me in place via my arms as he kicked my face and stomach in rapid succession.

Instinctually, I shot blasts out of my palms to get him to let go but all it did was severely burn his hands. I saw the pain in his eyes and realized he wouldn't let go unless he couldn't use his hands anymore. I stopped the other blasts before they came out. I angled my hand downward to see if I could get him to raise his arms, giving me an opening. He noticed and changed tactics. He let go of one hand by pulling me close with the other and aimed a punch at my face. I ducked and he kneed my chin, this time my vision spiraled. He let go of my other hand and grabbed my shoulders, continuously kneeing me with over half his strength in the chest. Blood flew out of my mouth.

"Let go dammit..!" I heard him grunt to himself before a hard fist slammed into the side of my head, sending me flying a few feet from him.

I put my palms downward sending myself up just before Deku kicked a crater in the spot I was just in. My momentum ended and I tumbled, landing against the concrete wall. I struggled to stand, my vision still blurry. Every time I breathed it felt like a bullet was lodged in my chest. I could focus just enough to see his eyes focused on Tartarus but his body moved towards me. This didn't line up with what Denki said. I thought back to horror on his face. Then it clicked. Low blows. I dodged as a blast of air came at me, continuously moving even though my body was screaming at me. Repeated craters forming a split second after I move.

The new objective was to kill me.

The next air blast was directed ahead of me, I blasted back, then upwards, barely avoiding Deku's fist. He looked up, finger in position and my hand moved to help blast me out of the way, but I wasn't gonna make it. Suddenly I heard crackling and Deku's body shook violently with the force of lightning that struck him. The pointer I slipped in Deku's hoodie acted as a lightning rod. Deku's eyes rolled to the back of his head before he passed out and collapsed. I landed on the ground, holding my chest, every breath causing enough pain to make me want to pass out.

"Took you long enough Dunce Face." I panted.

"Sorry, I had to make sure he wasn't connected to you. And that I was close enough to make it count." He said, picking up Deku's body.

That explains the hand grabbing thing.

"Let's get in the car and head to Abaddon." I said, limping forward.

"Katsuki, I don't think you can-" Denki started, voice strained under Deku's weight.

"I have to. We have to." I grunted, willing myself to walk faster.

We got to the car and Denki rushed forward to the driver's side. Quickly shoving Deku in the back of the car. He looked at me, determined.

"You have to rest, at least during the drive." He said.

I huffed and climbed into the passenger seat, clicking on a seatbelt then tilting the chair back. I grabbed the first aid kit in my car and started administering aid on myself as Denki turned the car around. My ribs were definitely bruised. I haven't been able to see straight since I got kicked in the chin. I sucked in another deep breath, feeling massive amounts of pain. Scratch that, my ribs were probably cracked. I dug around the first aid kit and picked up a needle. Specifically, Eri's emergency needles.

She realized that if her quirk could be used to reverse the quirk gene, it could also be used to reverse damage like a potion. We found a humane way to recreate Overhaul's research. With her having the patent on both the storage and extraction method as well as the product, she was officially one of the richest teenagers in the world. As she should be after the shit he pulled. I stuck the needle in my arm and felt my body rewinding to the state it was before this battle. My breaths were no longer painful, my body wasn't as ready to give out. I briefly thought about using another one but decided against it. This shit's was expensive as hell to get.

We peeled through the highway, siren on, driving all the way back to the agency. I tried to contact Shoto but he didn't pick up, which is worrying to say the least. I heard stirring in the backseat and a groan. Deku sat up, holding his head and all the events that just happened flooded to him. He looked at me, who stared at him, waiting for his next move. He started tearing up, lower lip quivering. I rolled my eyes.

Here we go.

"Kacchan I'm so so-" Deku sputtered.

"Shut it." I cut him off, handing him the first aid kid. I pointed to the needles in the pouch. "For your hands."

Deku winced as if he just noticed his hands look like the main course of a barbecue. He stared at the first aid kit sadly and I huffed. I took one of the needles out of the bag and poked him with it, watching his hands heal themselves. His eyes still looked haunted. When his hands finished rewinding, he closed them into tight fists.

"Kacchan....I'm sorry. About everything." Deku said, his voice somber.

"How long were you under his control?" I asked, trying to keep my voice neutral.

"Since the second interview with the store owners." He said softly. "When we got there it wasn't the owners, it was Hosei. He got us then."

"Then what are you apologizing for? You didn't do anything." I grunted, looking out the window.

"I still hurt you. I still hurt her. I caused this." His voice grew sadder with each statement.

I turned around and flicked his forehead. He put a palm over the red spot and looked at me with unshed tears.

"Just like I told Dunce Face. We got a mission. Let's focus on that." I said before turning back around towards the front.

I glanced at Deku in the mirror who turned towards the window, silent. I looked over to Denki whose grip on the steering turned his knuckles white. Hosei knew how to get them where it hurt. Denki sighed, his face contorted into a sad disgusted expression.

"My direct orders were to cause as much devastation as possible." He said softly. "If a hero still stood, I was to blast them. Until I couldn't anymore." He swallowed hard.

So the more help that came, the worse things would've gotten. Seems blasting him into the training room was a good idea.

I watched Denki relive decimating the agency. Hearing the people who cried out for help. Knowing that if he wasn't stopped he'd kill every hero in the city until he was ordered to stop or died. And having to watch as the same people who looked to him for protection begin to fear him. He may be a simple guy but he was proud of what he could do for others as a hero. He always had a heart that cared for others, even during our school days. This was probably going to haunt him for a long time.

"Deku's orders were to go to Tartarus and eliminate half the people he encountered, not counting AFO." Denki continued.

I glanced at Deku. Every other person. Meaning there would be some left to say what the symbol of peace had done. Some left to bring more reinforcements to kill. The guards weren't dead but based on how sweaty Deku was when we reached him, he'd been fighting himself the entire time. Not to mention the end goal, which would result in AFO's rule. And a permanent end to hero society and to Deku's dreams of being a hero. His worst nightmare.

"I felt a shift in my head when I saw you Kacchan." Deku spoke up, still staring out the window. "The second I realized I didn't want to hurt you I felt like I had to."

His hands wrung together. His face was conflicted like he didn't want to say it. A part of me didn't want him to say it. Whatever it was.

"Kacchan. We were practice." He looked at me and I felt my heart sink. "Before it was simple orders. But about a week and a half back, he realized he could control how we felt. And how we react to those feelings after repeated sessions. He would take Y/N away for hours at a time."

Why didn't you save me?

Y/N's words played in my head again. So it wasn't her saying that. Doesn't stop the fact it hurts like hell. I squeezed my hands into fists. What's the worst thing? Her loving him? He chased her all over Japan didn't he? Her insulting me? Honestly nothing can do more psychic damage than the All Might dick jokes. I still thought about asking him (against my better judgement) everytime I visit.

What the hell would I be walking into?

"Kacchan, I just need you to be prepared. He loves hitting where it hurts." Deku said quietly. "I was supposed to report when I had the job done. We've got about an hour or two before he gets suspicious."

We rode in silence, each in our own heads as we saw the roads change from plains and ocean to large buildings. Shoto got back, telling me his location. I told Denki and we sped off. After about 15 more minutes we parked the car, rushing to the scene. Ice and fires everywhere along with haphazard concrete pieces flung every which way. Shoto was viciously fighting against Y/N trying to gain some distance but quickly realizing it wasn't working. Shoto would fire ice, Y/N shattered it with concrete and used it to reinforce her fists. He used fire to melt the ice but the concrete would still be there. She broke off a chunk of the concrete fists and separates it into pebbles, preparing to riddle Todoroki and the surrounding area with holes. At that distance, any ice he threw wouldn't be thick enough to stop it.

"Y/N!" I yelled out and she turned towards me.

That's when I realized what the worst scenario was. What would hurt me the most. It wasn't that she would forget me like I thought. Or that she was utterly and completely a mindless puppet. Or even that she was forced to love the man who hurt her so badly. It was undeniably this. The worst case scenario.

One. When she turned towards me, her eyes were so full of hate and disgust, I physically recoiled in it's gaze.

Two. She, in no way, was being mind controlled by Hosei.

Here is my full summary for the Boku No Hero Academia HEROES RISING movie! I originally posted it as a thread on Twitter, but here’s a more cohesive version for easy reading! Enjoy~

MOVIE SUMMARY

The movie starts off with Rock Lock, Endeavor, and another Pro-Hero in an epic car chase going after Spinner, Dabi, and Mr. Compress in a truck. They're transporting some important item somewhere, and there is a SICKASS fight between Endeavor and Dabi.

Endeavor uses his flamethrower and blasts it at Dabi, who scoffs at him but throws his blue fire at Endeavor. The blast from Endeavor is stronger though, and Dabi and co. give up as they turn to mud (via Twice's quirk). The truck then reels off the cliff.

Hawks is on the scene to check the damage of the truck. He wonders what exactly they were trying to deliver as the truck was heavily damaged by the fire. Later, we see Nine regroup with Slice, Mummy, and Chimera as he tells them they will soon leave.

After the opening scenes with the villains, we have a short recap of "society consists of 80% of the population with super powers" etc. etc. After the short narration, we immediately dive into scenes of the Class A members helping out on Nabu Island.

The first scene is two girls getting hit on by two guys, but Mineta helps save the girls by sticking the guys to the floor with his mogimogi balls. The girls see Ojiro and think that he's the one who saved him, but Ojiro blushes and says no it's not me!

Shoji is helping out at the beach as a lifesaver, and he spots a kid in trouble. Tsuyu dives into the water to help grab him, and then Satou rows the boat to save the boy. Tokoyami and Sero are also helping out at the beach.

Todoroki is helping the shaved ice stand make ice, and the shaved ice guy asks Todoroki to make more ice, and Todoroki creates a giant boulder of ice and says, "You can use this, right?" The shaved ice stand maker looks at him like wtf lol.

Next scene is Ashido, Ochako, Aoyama, Hagakure, Kaminari, and Deku sitting around in the Hero Agency headquarters on the island. Ashido is taking calls and dispatching Class A members to help out people around the island. They're all in hero costumes.

Bakugou and Kirishima are sitting in their own tatami room, and Bakugou is reading a magazine while lying down on the floor. Kirishima sits across from him. Ochako calls across the room and asks if anyone can help someone find a lost kid.

Kirishima offers to go, but Bakugou says to him in a light tone, "do you think your quirk would be effective to help pinpoint a lost boy?" and Kirishima looks at Bakugou like "Hmm actually..." Jirou volunteers instead and says her quirk would be helpful.

Deku narrates "so why exactly are we at the island? well..." There is a flashback to the Hero Committee saying that villains are getting stronger, and they need to train students to be prepared for anything. Aizawa tells Class A they need to do hero work.

Flash forward back to more montage of Class A members helping out with people around the island. Ashido and Aoyama are helping construction workers clear rubble, Kaminari is using his electricity to help power a farming tractor.

Kirishima is helping move cargo on a truck with the truck driver's wife and baby thanking him. He does his hardening pose and gestures "No problem!" but the hardening scares the baby, making the baby cry LOL.

Yaoyorozu helps repair a motorcycle. Deku, Ochako, and Jirou finding the "missing boy" at a playground. Deku approaches the boy but his sister comes to "save him" from the heroes. The kids then scurry away, leaving Deku, Ochako, & Jirou like wtf was that?

As the Class A members are helping around the island, All Might is back at U.A. and worries about whether they will be okay. Cut back to the kids at the island, and they're wearing their casual clothes now. They're super tired from the day's work.

The Class A members mention how this kind of hero work is still hard, even though they're not fighting anyone. However, the island citizens are thankful, and they bring a bunch of food for the kids to eat at the Hero Agency.

Bakugou and Kirishima are lounging in the tatami room together, and Bakugou mentions this kind of work is boring. Kirishima has his face on the table and looks at Bakugou like ;) as he says "Well, there's no villains here, so that's why."

Kaminari, Sero, Ojiro come and tell Kirishima to join them at the onsen bath and says that Bakugou can't go because he has to patrol the grounds since he didn't do any hero work all day long. Bakugou complains, but the guys leave him be.

As Bakugou is patrolling, Deku is outside training his quirk, and he thinks about OFA and how he can train himself to be able to use this power that All Might has given him. There is a brief scene where they show all the predecessors and silhouettes.

One of the silhouettes looks basically like Bakugou with burning red eyes, surrounded by a red aura. The other silhouette is drawn surrounded by a purple aura with their hair blowing in the wind. It is this exact scene from the manga, but clearer.

As Deku is training, Bakugou sees him and asks him if he's made that quirk his own yet. Deku says he's getting there, and Bakugou says, "You think you can surpass ME even with that quirk perfected? Just try."

Suddenly, Katsuma comes hurriedly to Deku and says that a villain has appeared. Deku is about to help but Bakugou pushes him aside and grabs the kid, telling him to take him to where the villain is.

The next scene shows Hawks in a committee meeting. The Hero Committee mentions that the League of Villains managed to get a hold of perhaps the quirk nullifying bullet as there have been cases of people getting their quirks stolen.

They ask Hawks if he had heard anything about this, but Hawks said that he doesn't think that these incidents are from the quirk bullet. He thinks it's something else.

Next scene is Toga, Dabi, Mr. Compress, Spinner, and Shigaraki chilling at a rundown shack in the middle of nowhere. They complain to Shigaraki asking him what they're supposed to do. Shigaraki said that the Doctor has something for him.

Cut to Katsuma & Maholo's Dad on a business trip in Kyushu. He suddenly gets attacked by Nine, and Nine takes his quirk. The dad has a cell regeneration quirk. Nine suffers from some kind of ailment that causes his body to freeze up. He needs this quirk.

When Nine takes the Dad's quirk, he uses it to power up and calls lightning down to destroy parts of the city. He then freezes up as he realizes that the Dad's quirk cell regeneration isn't compatible with him. He then sees a video recording of the kids.

Nine then decides to aim for the kids as one of them must have a quirk that is similar to the Dad that might be compatible with his body. Nine is Blood Type B, so he needs someone that can help him regenerate his cells with the correct blood type.

We go back to Bakugou carrying Katsuma and asking him where the damn villain is. They then see a gigantic monster size Praying Mantis wrecking havoc on the side of the hill. Bakugou blasts off to fight the monster but then suddenly stops.

He realizes that the monster is a hologram, and Maholo's quirk is creating holograms of anything she wants. He could tell that the monster was fake because there was no shadow beneath the monster.

Bakugou is furious as he shouts to the girl if she's trying to make fun of him? He tells her that he's aiming to be Number 1 and doesn't need stupid kids to play pranks on him.

As he lunges at the girl, Deku holds him back, and Bakugou gets angry and wrestles Deku on the floor as Katsuma and Maholo scurry off.

The kids end up in a sugar cane field as they look at the stars. Maholo complains that she hates heroes because they're all talk. Katsuma says that they're good heroes though, but Maholo said that the best hero in her heart is their father.

Next scene is back in Kyushu where Hawks is looking at the damage to the city that was caused by Nine earlier that day. He wonders what exactly is going on.

Next day at the island, Ashido gets a call from an island citizen to help out. She dispatches Hagakure and Aoyama, and she tells Mineta that the girl sounded really cute on the phone. Mineta then says he's down to go help too.

Deku wants to go too, but as he leaves the Hero Agency building, he sees Katsuma approach him. Katsuma comes to apologize for the problems they made for him and Bakugou the previous day.

Bakugou also listens to Katsuma's apology as he is outside standing on the veranda and eating a popsicle. He listens to Katsuma explain that he wanted to prove to his sister that Heroes were good people who do come to the rescue when people are in need.

Deku tells Katsuma that it's no problem as his own goal is to become a great hero who can help save people. Bakugou listens carefully to their conversation, and Deku notes that Katsuma has an Edgeshot pin on his bag. He asks Katsuma if he likes heroes.

Katsuma says that he really admires Heroes, but Maholo just worries about him. Deku has a flashback of when his mom told him that she was always so worried about him because heroes put themselves in danger all the time.

Deku asks Katsuma, "What kind of hero do you want to be, Katsuma?" He then explains why he himself wants to be a hero. Bakugou stands at the veranda and listens the whole time, and when they're done talking, Bakugou realizes his ice cream melted away.

The neighbor sees Katsuma leave Deku & comes to him to explain that Katsuma and Maholo live alone with their father on the island. Their mother passed away when they were very young, and Maholo is very protective of her brother since Dad's always working

Suddenly, at the harbor, a boat rams into the pier at full speed. The boat topples over, and Nine, Chimera, Mummy, and Slice emerge on the top of the boat. Nine instructs them to do whatever they need to do in order to find the two kids.

Maholo and Katsuma are returning to their house when Nine appears out of nowhere and literally OBLITERATES their house by striking lightning out of thin air to destroy the home. Maholo then tries to call the Hero Agency to ask for help.

As she calls the Hero Agency, the phone line gets cut off. The Class A members then check their phones and sees that even their cellphone reception is down. We then see that Chimera destroyed the island's telephone and communication tower.

At the harbor, Mineta, Hagakure, and Aoyama just finished helping a couple out with a missing bag. Mineta scoffs to the side saying that Ashido tricked him into coming because the girl was actually taken. Suddenly, they see villains coming up the road.

The villain Mummy uses his bindings and turns anything, even inanimate objects into moving zombies. Aoyama uses his beam to blast away at Mummy's weird zombies, but he just keeps making more.

At the beach, Tsuyu is trying to evacuate all the beach goers as Chimera approaches dauntingly. Ojiro takes the initiative and attacks chimera. He tells Tokoyami to go back to the Hero Agency to ask for help since everyone's cellphones aren't working.

Tokoyami makes it back to the Hero Agency, and he says villains are near the harbor and beach. They need back-up. Iida dispatches everyone. Teams are

Bakugou, Kirishima, & Kaminari

Yaoyorozu, Jirou, & Ashido

Koda & Ochako

Iida, Todoroki, Sero, & Tokoyami

Aoyama is at his limit as he continues to fight Mummy, but thankfully, Bakugou blasts an explosion aimed towards Mummy to throw him off. Behind Bakugou, Kirishima comes rushing in and says "RED RIOT IS HERE!" Kaminari releases electricity too.

Ashido comes to Aoyama's aid and helps him up. She, Jirou, and Yaoyorozu bring the others to safety as well as direct the citizens to the safehold.

Mummy continues to attack Bakugou, Kirishima, and Kaminari. Mummy finds an opening and tries to hit Bakugou, but Kirishima jumps in front of him and deflects the attack but gets caught himself. Bakugou then gets bounded, and Kirishima yells "Bakugou!"

Ojiro continues to fight Chimera at the beach and pulls some pretty cool moves on him. Good thing back up comes from Todoroki rushing in with Iida as well as Tokoyami having Dark Shadow drop him and Satou onto Chimera.

As Satou drops in and tries using his Sugar Rush attack move on Chimera, there is a BEAUTIFUL shot of him and Chimera fist to fist fighting against the sunset mid-air. It was such a dynamic shot. Totally not necessary but beautiful to see lol.

Back at Katsuma and Maholo's destroyed house (I realized that Nine destroys the house after, not before the beach fights). Nine can glance at a person and know what their stats, and he figures out that Katsuma is the one with the cell regeneration quirk.

Nine tells Katsuma and Maholo that he will not kill them, but that they should follow him because he needs something from them. Deku then comes to the rescue though and rushes them through the forest.

Nine then slowly walks to Deku and says, "get out of the way. If you're in my way, I will kill you." Deku then uses full cowl, but Nine is able to block him with a barrier. Nine also shoots energy from his fingers, and Deku thinks that he's like AFO.

Back at the battle with Mummy, Bakugou is completely controlled by Mummy, but he is trying to resist. Mummy is making Bakugou attack Kirishima and Kaminari against his will, and Kirishima tries to desperately call out to Bakugou.

Mummy then wraps both Kirishima and Kaminari, and Kaminari says, "Kirishima, what should we do!?" Mummy then says to them that they either surrender or watch as Bakugou kills them. As he says this, Bakugou's red eye shines, and he creates a huge explosion.

Bakugou is able to blast away the bindings and he completely OBLITERATES Mummy as he pins him against a wall and maniacally uses an explosion that is directed right at Mummy's face. Mummy passes out, and afterwards, they regroup with the others.

Kirishima and Kaminari stay with the rest, but Bakugou blasts off. Jirou asks where he's going, and Bakugou says he needs to fight the other villains on the island.

Next scene is Chimera fighting Todoroki, but Chimera is just too strong. Sero uses his tape to wrap around Todoroki as he saves him from Chimera's blow. Chimera can also breathe fire, and the guys find themselves outmatched by him.

Deku continues to fight Nine and uses Delaware Smash, but Nine uses a barrier to deflect his attack. Deku wonders to himself just how many quirks does Nine even have!? He then tries to use One For All 20% Full Cowl. Nine muses that Deku has a great power.

Nine then grabs Deku's head and tries to steal the quirk from him. Deku then thinks to himself that if Nine can steal quirks, that's exactly like AFO. Suddenly, an image of the OFA vestiges appears including the silhouettes. They appear in line like this:

The OFA users prevent OFA from being stolen. Deku then realizes that the kids are still here, even though he told them to run -_-;; Nine then shoots Deku with his quirk and heavily injures him. The kids are too scared to move.

As Nine approaches Deku, who's badly injured, he's about to deliver a finishing blow but Bakugou flies in to save Deku. Bakugou attacks Nine, and Deku says "Kacchan! Watch out this guy has more than one quirk and can steal quirks!"

Bakugou then says that he just has to keep fighting him then, right? However, Nine pulls out another quirk that looks like Blue Eyes White Dragon (no joke) that pins down Bakugou. Deku tells himself to try to move as Bakugou blasts an explosion to him.

Deku wills himself to move and they try to fight him, but Nine is too powerful. He pins both of them to the ground and tries to go after the kids, but Deku and Bakugou each hold one of Nine's legs to stop him.

Nine gets super annoyed at them and calls forth a HUGE blast of lightning that zaps Deku and Bakugou completely unconscious. However, since he used his quirk too much, his body freezes up, and he falls to the ground. Slice comes to help him.

Nine tells Slice to get the kids, but as she tries to approach them, Koda calls forth a huge flock of crows to block her path. Shouji then rushes in and carries the kids off while Ochako taps Deku and Bakugou, & Tsuyu carries them together with her tongue.

The kids all escape and meanwhile, Chimera also retreats from where Todoroki, Sero, and co. were fighting him at the beach. The Class A members regroup at a shelter where the rest of the island citizens are currently staying at due to the villain attack.

It's raining, and Nine is sleeping on a bed somewhere on the island, trying to recover as Slice watches over him. Chimera comes into the room and asks where's Mummy, and they realize that Mummy was captured.

There is a flashback to when Nine was without his artifical quirks. He had a very weak body, but he wanted to get stronger and saved Chimera even though everyone hated Chimera due to his appearance.

Chimera says that he is thankful that Nine saved him that day. Also, side note, Nine looked super hot when he was younger and without a mask lol.

Flashback continues to when Nine gets experimented on by Dr. Ujiko. He tells him that he can steal up to nine quirks. Flash forward and Nine wakes up and says that he has to get the cell regeneration quirk that Katsuma has to help his body.

Ochako goes into the room where other civilians are being healed by people with healing quirks. She asks how is Deku and Bakugou doing. They're both completely unconscious as the healers try to help, but they're not doctors so their efforts aren't working.

Katsuma then comes into the room and says that he can help heal Deku and Bakugou. He explains that his quirk speeds up cell regeneration and can also boost one's power. He tries his hardest to heal Deku and Bakugou, to the point where he almost passes out.

The rest of Class A are resting in a break room in the shelter and are trying to figure out what to do with the villains. Deku enters the room with Katsuma, and Ochako says "Deku!" surprised he's completely healed.

Katsuma then tells everyone that the villains are after him, so he can just give himself up to save everyone the trouble of being attacked. However, Deku says that he will never let that happen as he will protect Katsuma and the rest of the citizens.

Bakugou then walks into the room slowly, and Kirishima looks up and says "Bakugou!" while looking relieved. Bakugou heard Deku's words of wanting to protect the citizens. He glances at Deku as they both recall All Might's words "win & save, save & win."

Bakugou then does this pose and says that what they gotta do is just fight these damn villains. Everyone else agrees, and Yaoyorozu & Iida lead the others in a PLUS ULTRA! cheer. Deku then devises a plan on how to capture the villains.

The plan is to lure the villains to the furthest corner of the island where ancient castle ruins are. Koda, Satou, and Hagakure will lead the island's citizens and livestock into a cave to hide. Meanwhile, the rest of the Class A will fight the villains.

(Just random commentary, but can I just mention how hilarious it is to ask the INVISIBLE GIRL to lead the citizens into a dark cave? Like, WHAT IS LOGIC???")

The Class A members then prepare for a large battle as the sun rises. This is the epic scene here where they stand together.

As according to plan, the villains approach exactly down the path that Deku predicted. Shouji is the one in charge of guarding the children while Jirou and Ojiro are nearby as the lookout. Each Class A member is stationed in different locations.

The first attack is by Yaoyorozu and Aoyama. Yaoyorozu pulls out her twin cannons, and Aoyama uses a super powerful navel beam that holds off the villains for a while. The blast is so strong that it causes the ground beneath the villains to break.

Slice then falls down into a cave below, but Chimera and Nine are able to evade the attack and go separate ways. Ochako, Sero, and Mineta work together to barrage Nine with thousands of falling rocks. This action combination looked really cool.

Meanwhile, Slice finds herself in a cave where Tokoyami and Ashido battle her together. Chimera is at another area where he's near a waterfall. As he steps into the water to cross the river, Todoroki turns the entire waterfall and river into ice.

Tsuyu captures Chimera with her tongue and pulls him further into the river where Todoroki tries freezing him. Iida, Todoroki, Kirishima, and Tsuyu then ready themselves as Chimera struggles to get out of his icy bonds.

Nine keeps attacking Sero and Ochako, and they try over and over to stop him with the barrage of rocks flung at him. Ochako is overusing her quirk, and Sero grabs her before she falls down and uses his tape to swing to higher ground.

Ochako then goes to a huge wall of thousands of rocks and uses her Zero Gravity on all of them. She falls to the ground, exhausted, but tries to still fight. Yaoyorozu and Aoyama also fight Nine as they throw attacks at him.

Deku and Bakugou then join Aoyama, Yaoyorozu, Sero, Mineta, and Ochako in the fight against Nine. Bakugou is in the air as Deku jumps high up and grabs his hand while Bakugou spins Deku, and the momentum helps them deal a super cool combo move together.

Meanwhile in the cave, Slice continues to fight Tokoyami, but suddenly she feels the cave stalactites falling as she realizes Ashido is using her acid to loosen the spikes on the ceiling. Ashido then unleashes a bunch of acid and burns off Slice's hair.

With her hair now short, Slice is still able to use them as small spears that she unleashes at Ashido all at once. Ashido is able to evade most of them, but three spears stab her thigh and causes her to fall down side of the cave.

Tokoyami yells, "ASHIDO!" as she plummets to the bottom of the cave. He approaches her and sees that she's very badly injured and bleeding, and his eyes go crazy as he loses it and Dark Shadow explodes out of him. He turns to Slice and says, "YOU BASTARD!"

Deku and Bakugou continue to fight Nine, and Nine keeps using his various quirks to hold them off. The scene then cuts to Iida fighting Chimera. He kicks Chimera, then Kirishima follows up with Red Gauntlet. Their attacks look weak, and Chimera laughs.

However suddenly, Chimera freezes up and Todoroki slowly approaches him as he explains that Kirishima and Iida were only distracting Chimera as they put Tsuyu's poison on his body, effectively stopping his body from moving.

Chimera says not to underestimate him, and he evolves into a crazy animal fusion. Kirishima says, "Woah what is he, Amajiki-senpai!?" Chimera then blasts energy all around him from his mouth, and Tsuyu uses her tongue to wrap around Kirishima to save him.

Iida then grabs Todoroki to push him out of the way from Chimera's energy beam. We then cut to a scene of Shouji protecting the kids as Nine continues to fight Deku and Bakugou but effectively advances towards the kids. Nine destroys Bakugou's gauntlet.

Sero tries to help and attack Nine, but Nine easily throws him aside. Bakugou shouts, "SERO!!" as he falls to the ground. Nine then throws Ochako into the air as well, and Deku quickly rushes into the air and catches her, holding her in his arms.

As he holds Ochako, she murmurs まだ....まだ... "not yet...I can still do more..." but then passes out. Deku then lays her gently on the ground. Nine then approaches Deku and Bakugou but freezes up as his cells have some issue when he overuses his quirk.

Todoroki then devises a plan to fight Chimera. He tells everyone of the plan, and Iida springs to action, trying to distract Chimera. Todoroki then holds Kirishima by the waist as he speeds them forward towards Chimera while sliding on his ice.

As Todoroki wraps his arms around Kirishima, Kirishima says, "Heh, this kind of reminds me of Kamino." Then Todoroki tells Kirishima to harden, and Kirishima uses Unbreakable. Chimera blasts Kirishima with his energy beam, and this scene is SICKKKK!!!!!

While holding Kirishima in front of him as a shield, Todoroki tries to push forward as Kirishima withstands Chimera's energy beam. However, his energy beam causes Kirishima's sleeves to rip, but Chimera finally exhausts his beam and needs to recharge.

As Chimera pauses for a moment, Kirishima falls to the ground, but Todoroki then gets close enough to lunge himself on top of Chimera as he sticks his hand down his throat and gruesomely freezes Chimera's entire body inside out with ice.

Todoroki then also passes out and his thoughts before he loses consciousness is "Midoriya...Bakugou...it's up to you guys now." Chimera, along with Todoroki, Kirishima, Tsuyu, and Iida, are all defeated.

Shouji continues to protect the kids even though nine is advancing towards them still. Meanwhile, Hawks visits the children's father in the hospital. The Dad explains to him that his son has the similar quirk to him.

The difference between Katsuma's cell regeneration quirk and his Dad's quirk is that his Dad's quirk can only help people with Blood Type A. However, Katsuma's quirk can help other blood types too. Hawks then realizes that the villains are at the island.

Hawks calls the other Pro-Heroes and tells them that they need to head to Nabu Island right away as the people there are all in danger, including Class A. He flies to the island first.

Note that it takes around 1 hour for a jet plane to fly from Kyushu to Okinawa (where this Nabu Island is supposedly located), so Hawks flying there is quite a feat lol.

Ojiro and Jirou tell Shouji to project the kids as they go forth and fight Nine. However, Nine is weakened by the constant attacks from Deku, Bakugou, and the earlier ones from the other Class A members.

Shouji holds the kids close to him as he blocks them from Nine's attacks. He takes on all of Nine's attacks and is heavily injured, and he tells the kids to run away.

However, Nine is able to catch Maholo before they can escape, and he tells Katsuma "If you value your sister's life, then come with me." Katsuma is about to give himself up but Deku comes to the rescue and uses SMASH against Nine.

Nine tosses Maholo to the side, but Bakugou is able to capture her before she falls the ground. Bakugou then tells her, "See I told you, I'm going to be the Number 1 Hero. That's why I'm strong!" He puts her down, and proceeds to fight Nine along with Deku.

Deku and Bakugou look like they are getting the upper hand as they throw explosion after smash attacks at Nine. However, Nine uses the purple fluid he carries on his back and makes himself super powered and indestructible. He then creates fire pillars.

He brings down lightning from the sky, and Deku tries using OFA 100% against him. Deku uses a Detroit Smash and Bakugou uses Howitzer Impact against Nine. They hold their attacks as long as they can, and this causes their costumes to get tattered.

Shouji, even in his beaten state, still manages to hold onto the kids to protect them. Bakugou and Deku then look up at Nine as their attacks were rendered useless against him.

Nine then goes onto a short cliche villain monologue about wanting to create a perfect society where only those with powerful quirks live in and those who are weak are eliminated. Deku and Bakugou look at him in disbelief.

Nine uses his blue eyes white dragon move and captures both Deku and Bakugou in its grasp. All hope looks like it's lost, but Maholo and Katsuma cry out to them saying, "Big Brother Deku! Bakugou!!! Don't give up!!!!!!"

Deku then tells Bakugou that in order to continue this fight, there's only one thing they can do. Bakugou makes this face as he hears Deku say this as he knows that in order to fight, he needs to have One For All. He looks regretful with this decision.

Deku and Bakugou both recall All Might's words to them about being heroes who can save and win, win and save. Deku reaches his bloody finger out to Bakugou, and Bakugou extends his finger as well. They miss at first, but they finally make contact.

They touch fingers for a few seconds as OFA is transferred into Bakugou, then they grasp hands firmly like this stock image. The OFA transfer is now complete as Deku wills it to be.

Bakugou asks Deku if he is even still capable of using OFA, and Deku explains that during All Might's fight against All For One, he still was able to use OFA as he was holding onto the flickering embers of the quirk.

Bakugou asks Deku if this is okay, and Deku says it's the only way. They then power themselves up using OFA, and they legit look like Goku and Vegeta as Super Saiyan, even with their hair standing up like this. Bakugou has orange energy, Deku with green.

Might+ U starts playing in this scene where Deku and Bakugou throw punch and explosion one after another at Nine. There is no sound effects or speech during this entire montage as the only music playing is Might+u.

The visuals of this scene are INSANE. Like holy shit the SAKUGA!!!!!! IS OUT OF THIS WORLD!!!!!!! There was this one scene where Super Saiyan Bakugou walks into the side of a mountain and completely melts the ENTIRE MOUNTAIN and throws it at Nine.

As they attack Nine, there is a flashback of when they are children, and Bakugou stands in front of a T.V. and says wow how cool is All Might?? There is also a flashback of Deku as a kid crying in front of his computer screen saying to his Mom AM is so cool

Both of them admire All Might, and the final few attacks are Deku and Bakugou perfectly mirroring each other, doing attacks in sync. They then prepare their finishing blow and do DETROIT SMASH into the air, clearing away the powerful storm to blue skies.

But wait! That wasn't the last move! The fight actually continues in silence with Might+u still playing in the background. Deku has a line over the montage that says "This, this is what One For All is capable of."

Bakugou prepares his final explosion and Deku prepares a finishing kick to Nine, and as they unleash their powerful attacks, Deku says "Thank you and goodbye, One For All" as he passes out, which is this scene in the trailer.

Before passing out and during the part where Deku recalls what One For All means, what One For All is capable of, there is a montage of all of Class A passed out from their own respective fights.

I missed a scene with Tokoyami and Ashido. As Dark Shadow goes crazy, he captures Slice but also causes the cave to fall down on them. Tokoyami shields Ashido with his body, and after Deku & Bakugou's fight, we see Hawks pulling Tokoyami from the rubble.

Hawks asks Tokoyami if he's alive, and Tokoyami says, "Hawks, why are you here??" Hawks then says that he's not the only one who's here as help has arrived.

We then see All Might kneeling next to Deku & Bakugou, who are lying on the ground passed out. All Might cradles Deku in his arms and says he did well. Deku asks if Bakugou is okay. All Might says "Always putting others in front of yourself, yes he's fine."

Deku then starts crying as he apologizes to All Might as he gave away such a great power entrusted with him by All Might. This is the scene where he says "I'm sorry, All Might. I'm sorry..."

All Might says Deku is brave and deserving of OFA, and then miraculously, Deku's body glows with the power of OFA coursing through his veins once more. All Might says it's a miracle, but perhaps the Predecessors willed it for Deku to hold this power.

All Might then thanks his master Nana as well as the predecessors for returning OFA back to Deku. He then holds Deku hand with one hand and in the other, holds Bakugou's hand as he cries.

The ending scene shows everyone being helped out by the Pro-Heroes. I originally thought that the scene took place in an infirmary, but it was actually on site where everyone was passed out.

Although the scene is also silent, we see Endeavor hugging Todoroki tightly as he cries comedically while he says "SHOUTOOOO!!!!!!" there is also a scene of Kaminari and Sero doing a fist bump as they are being held up by the pro-heroes.

 Ashido is being helped out on a stretcher, Tokoyami watches over her closely as she smiles at him, Ryukyu helps Tsuyu and Ochako, and the other students are escorted by the pro-heroes.

Hawks watches as Chimera and Slice are put into custody. He then wonders what Shigaraki has planned. We then see Nine was blasted away to an island surrounded by flowers. Shigaraki appears in front of him, and Nine says he needs more time.

Nine reaches out saying that he hasn't perfected the society yet, and there needs to be someone who can guide everyone. Shigaraki puts his hand on Nine's face and says, "Yes, someone. That someone is me. Good work and goodnight Nine." He disintegrates him.

The next scene is Bakugou waking up in the infirmary next to Recovery Girl. Deku narrates that Bakugou for some reason had no recollection of ever using OFA (how convenient lol), and Bakugou complains that his arms hurt like hell.

Katsuma accidentally sees Recovery Girl kissing Bakugou, and she blushes in embarrassment LOL. Deku tells Katsuma that he will be a great hero. The kids then are reunited with their father and are very happy to see him.

Class A board the boat as they are ready to go home, and Bakugou is at the top of the stern. He sees Deku and asks him if it's okay to leave without saying bye to the kids. Deku says it's fine. However, they then see the kids running to the pier.

The kids wave to Class A and say "Big Brother Deku, Bakugou, Everyone!!! Thank you so much!!" and Class A waves back at them. Katsuma then waves to Deku and says "Big Brother Deku! I'll be a hero just like you!" and Deku says U.A. is waiting for him!

Deku then waves back at Katsuma and Maholo and Bakugou puts his hand up and sort of waves. The last scene is Katsuma's smiling face as he looks on with hope, inspired by the heroes who helped change his life.

You and Todoroki had kept the bet going for almost a week now. The both of you were way too competitive. To any normal eye it would look as if you two had gotten into a fight. The both of you didn’t talk to each other and if you did there would be a lot of tension behind the conversations. The truth was much different than it seemed.

You tried to trick him into saying your first name so much he doesn’t talk to you anymore. If you asked for something he would point to it. If the both of you hung out he would let you talk the whole time. If you FaceTimed him he would text you throughout the whole call. He wanted to win those noodles.

You couldn’t lose though! You had to stay strong so you could somehow have him cook a meal for you. You were both too stubborn to back down or call a truce.

You had been standing by Todoroki’s desk, communicating with him the same way you had been the past week. Ranting about how much homework you had to do for each class. As you were talking though you felt someone tap your shoulder.

You turned around to see it was Mina looking very excited. “(Y/n)! Guess what! A certain place opened can you guess what it is!?”

“Uhm….New Movie theater?”

“Nope!”

“Amusement park?”

“I wish!”

“A cat cafe!?”

She made a buzzer sound. “Ok fine I’ll tell you, they opened up the cute spa I’ve been talking about!” She winked. “But that’s not even the best part!”

“There’s more!?” You exclaimed.

She nodded, “Yes and they said the students from UA can come in before anyone else! So I booked us an appointment after school!”

You gave her a tight hug and jumped with her in excitement. Going to UA did have some other advantages. A spa with the girls would be such a fun experience and way to spend more time with them! You found it important to keep up with your relationships even with how much training you guys had to do.

You began to ramble on with excitement, “Yes it’ll be us girls hanging out! This sounds great! I’ll tell Tsuyu cause she doesn’t have a phone and I’m not sure how Hagakure would get one but it wouldn’t hurt-”

Mina shook her head letting go of the hug, “Nope won’t only be us girls! I invited our whole class!” She looked over your shoulder, “Which means you’re invited Todoroki!”

You felt your mouth drop. Considering that this was Mina, this twist shouldn't be surprising. She didn’t think about how chaotic the whole class of 1A in a spa would be. You shivered at the thought.

Mina hopped away to tell another person about the good news. You turned around to Todoroki, “You should go, it’ll be a fun experience with the class.”

He nodded in response making you smile. As soon as the bell rang you felt the day breeze by. You guys had training today, so going to the spa right after school felt perfect. As time passed on you decided to sit with the Baku squad for lunch.

Mina patted for a spot to sit right next to her. Bakugou had gotten into an argument with Kirishima about something.

You leaned over to Kaminari, “What is he yelling about now?”

He shook his head, “Kirishima is trying to convince him to go to the spa after school. He keeps saying he doesn’t want to go cause Midoriya will be there.”

Kirishima looked over to you all, “Come on guys, help me out here!”

“What the hell are you talking about? I’m not gonna be in the same room as that nerd.” Bakugou continued on like this to Kirishima.

“Oh c’mon It’ll be fun! It’s supposed to be a relaxing event!” You pleaded.

“Hell no! I don’t want a bunch of extras touching up on me.”

You rolled your eyes, “Bakugou that’s their job. I promise you none of the people working there will try to hit on you.”

“Man I wish one of the workers would hit on me though,” Kaminari sighed, falling onto your shoulder. You laughed, patting his head.

“Jeez it’s like you’ve never relaxed a day in your life!” Mina chimed in.

Bakugou launched from his seat and placed his hands on the table leaning forward. “The hell’d you say? Only weirdos do stuff like that to relax!”

“Wait a minute! Have you never gone to a spa before!?” Mina exclaimed, covering her mouth. Bakugou scoffed, now getting into an argument with Mina and Kirishima.

You felt surprised at the fact that Bakugou had never stepped foot into a spa. This was going to be a lot of fun. His impact on the class was so large he needed to come to this event. Same applied for Midoriya and Todoroki of course, but they were way easier to convince.

The bell rang for lunch to end and you gave them a thumbs up and said ‘good luck’. You hoped they would be able to convince the angry diva. Your mission for the spa was to get at least 1 good group picture with everyone in the class.

With all the training and studying you guys had to do, this would be a well deserved break. You sighed at the thought of getting your nails painted and getting a refreshing face mask. You couldn’t wait for the day to end.

By the time school ended you and your friends rushed out of class as fast as your legs allowed you to move. You ran with Mina and Ochaco, laughing the whole way down the halls. You guys had been talking about going to that cute spa when it was in construction. Based on the exterior alone, it already looked like a fancy spa.

You had told Todoroki beforehand to meet you guys up at the location. He agreed he would bring Midoriya with him. You hoped you could get Todoroki to sit next to you. You needed to figure out how to get him to do that without seeming desperate for his attention.

You girls had arrived very much out of breath. You all stood outside the store trying to catch your breath before going in. Mina walked up to the door to see a sign on the door that read their opening hours.

“Aw no way!” Mina exclaimed.

You and Ochaco both turned your head to look up at her. “What’s wrong?” Ochaco asked.

“The sign says they don’t open till 30 minutes from now! What are we supposed to do till then?”

You sighed. “We can wait for everyone else to come then. I’m guessing Bakugou will come late if Kirishima does end up convincing him.”

The girls nodded at your response. You all sat in front of the store and talked for a while. A few kids passed by asking to take a picture with you guys. People recognized the UA uniform everywhere at this point. Mina checked the time to see that only a couple of minutes had gone by.

Mina leaned her head back letting out an exasperated sigh, “(y/n) can you check in on where everyone is right now?”

You nodded, pulling out your phone to message each of your group chats.

You covered your mouth to hold back from laughing. Good news: they convinced Bakugou to come. Bad news: All your dummy friends were going to be racing each other. You explained the situation to the girls and they both started laughing.

Ochaco smiled, “Oh jeez I can imagine Izuku trying so hard to win. Aw it’d be so cute!“

Your eyes widened in shock, “Wait! When did you start calling him by his first name!?”

“Oh right! I forgot to tell you guys.” She looked between the both of you, ”We asked each other out at the same time yesterday!”

You and Mina both gasped. Mina started to shake Ochaco back and forth, “How did this happen! Tell me woman, tell me!”

She laughed, already flustered, “Well I went outside to look at the sunset, and I saw that he was there! So we began talking about our feelings and then it slipped out that I liked him.” She looked away blushing. “And then he told me he liked me too!”

“No way that’s so cute Ochaco! I can’t believe he asked you out before I could though.” You whined pinching her cheek.

She laughed pushing Mina and you away from her. You continued to ask more questions about their relationship. As you all talked you then heard rumbling from behind the building. You rolled your eyes and put your face into your hands. These idiots were actually running.

You could hear shouts and laughter from down the block, lots of running footsteps as well. Mina dragged you two to the side of the building to get a good view of them running down.

You moved your hands away from your face to see Bakugou bolting through the front of the crowd. With Kirishima, Kaminari, and Sero following behind him. Then it was Todoroki, Midoriya and Iida running side by side. Other boys of the class were running quite fast behind them as well. It appeared that none of the boys were using their quirks.

Mina held her hand out as the boys ran past for a high five. Ochaco cheered on for Midoriya to win. You couldn’t stop yourself from laughing at how ridiculous this whole situation was. You joined the best class.

The boys slowed to a stop when they went past the spa. Bakugou had won and started to walk back with Kirishima’s arm around his shoulder. Kaminari gloomed on how he lost to Kirishima.

You couldn’t help but smile when you saw Todoroki walking back. He started walking to you guys with Midoriya, he also had the cutest smile on his face. Although both the boys didn’t win they looked like they enjoyed running around the town.

You ran up to them, with the girls following behind you, “Good job guys, you both did really good!”

Midoriya gave his thanks as Todoroki nodded. Ochaco began to talk about how cute Midoriya looked while running. Causing the poor boy to go red.

Mina looked back at Todoroki, “I don’t think I’ve ever seen you smile that much Todorki! Was it fun?”

He smiled, “It wasn’t important but still felt nice.”

“Wow I never thought you’d be the type of person to like that kind of stuff!”

He shrugged, “I don’t think I ever told anyone what I did and didn’t like.”

“You're just full of surprises Todroki! I hope we get to know each other some more before the year ends.”

“I’m sure we can hang out often if the year continues to go this smoothly.” He smiled.

You felt giddy hearing his voice again. Not something you expected to miss. As embarrassing as it was to say, you wanted to hear more of his voice.

“Aww I’m happy you're having fun with the class!” She patted your shoulder. “I’m going to go say hi to the boys.”

You nodded and then looked back to Todoroki. You decided to hold his hand as you walked. Any other sane person would take it as you flirting with them. Todoroki on the other hand, only saw it as a friendly action.

“I’m happy you’re having fun too. Hopefully we can make more memories.” You laughed.

He nodded, looking down at your hands.

You began to walk closer to the spa, “And hey!” You turned around to whisper, “Did you know that Midoriya and Ochaco are dating!?”

He didn’t respond. He looked dazed.

You began to talk slower. “I just find it so crazy! Like they were both crushing for each other so hard and now they’re together! How does that happen!?”

He shrugged.

You looked at him with furrowed brows. This whole conversation felt weird to you. He didn’t say a single word to you but went into full detail when talking to Mina. You knew that he didn’t want to talk so he didn’t say your name but… you shook the thoughts out of your head. No time to feel annoyed, just enjoy the moment to come.

“Well anyways, i'm happy you’re feeling good with everyone here. I really think your social skills have gotten so much better. I’m really proud of you!”

He looked down at you for a moment. Then looked away, taking his hand out of your grip.

He didn’t even nod this time.

“Woah, what’s your problem?”

He still didn’t respond.

You scoffed, if he wanted to be that way, fine. Him being silent when you wanted to support him put a sour taste in your mouth. You didn’t understand why he started acting like that. Mina didn’t say anything weird to him and you didn’t either.

The doors finally opened up, two women stood outside the place and bowed to everyone. All the students bowed back and began to walk in one by one. You saw Jiro and the girls as they were coming down to where the spa was. Ignoring your initial plans on sitting with Todoroki, you decided to go in with them.

The interior was huge enough to fit more than your class. The massage chairs had large spacings' between each other. A large selection of face creams, masks, nail polish, essential oils, and flower petals lined the walls. The place smelled like lavender and relaxing instrumental music played in the background.

The girls all picked out nail polishes and face masks for each other. While the boys already began to sit at the massage chairs. Bakugou complained about how he didn’t need any of this stuff but only came because they wanted him to.

“(Y/n)! Should I choose red or purple?” Hagakure asked, raising the nail polishes to what you assumed as her face. You pointed to whichever nail polish, you felt too lost in your thoughts to pay attention.

You all began getting settled into some massage chairs. You sat as far as you could from Todoroki, not wanting to deal with his issues right now. Tsuyu was to your right and Mina to your left. Uraraka sat across from you with Midoriya by her side. They both sat there with red faces as Midoriya rested his hand atop of hers.

‘If he wasn’t so dense we’d be like them already.’ You thought.

Your eyes shot wide open, no way did you have a jealous thought of your friend and her boyfriend! You needed to calm down. You patted your cheeks trying to focus on something else.

You focused your eyes onto the workers setting a few more things up before starting. You shifted your attention to Kaminari and Kirishima laughing.

‘If he wasn’t being so stubborn we would be laughing like that too.’ You thought not noticing the scowl forming on your face.

You groaned, hiding your face into your hands. Why were you jealous of your friends talking and laughing? He shouldn’t be making you feel so weird.

Mina poked your shoulder, making you look up to meet her gaze. “Hey did something happen between you two?” She looked over to Todorkoki, then back to you. “I thought you said you were going to sit next to him.”

You loudly exhaled, “Yeah we were supposed to. Then he started acting all weird, I don’t even know why!”

Mina pursed her lips, “Oh no! Did I say something that made him uncomfortable?”

You shook your head. “Nah I doubt he would be mad at you. He would tell me if that were the case.”

Mina nodded, looking away in thought. You still didn’t know what made him have an attitude. You didn’t do anything new, you’ve always held his hand randomly.

Mina then made a sound of exclamation. She looked at you before covering her mouth to hide her giggle. “I’ll make sure you have fun today.” She hopped out of her seat and skipped to the other side of the room. It appeared as though she was talking to someone.

You rolled your eyes deciding to go back onto your phone. You had no idea what she got up for. After a minute of scrolling on your phone you felt Mina sit back in the chair. You turned off your phone and turned to look at her, “Did you accidentally leave your phone with-” you quickly covered your mouth when you saw Todoroki in her place.

You looked to where Mina actually was and saw her lean forward and wave back to you. You slowly turned around and sunk back into your chair.

Todoroki sat next to you in silence. This silence felt different from the comfortable one you two often shared. You felt very uneasy sitting next to him. What did she say to make him come over?

The workers began to get started with massaging everyone’s feet. Tsuyu was in a deep conversation with Momo, so talking to her was a no. You weren’t sure if he would be ready to talk to you yet. So you decided to talk to Ochaco.

You glanced away from your phone, “Hey Ochaco, what do you think we're gonna do after this?”

“Oh right!” Ochaco leaned over to look at Mina. “Mina did have something planned for us after the spa. Did she tell you?”

You shook your head. “No… what did she say?”

Ochaco shrugged. “I thought you knew! She told me it would be a surprise.”

You and her both cringed at the last ‘surprise’ Mina threw for you all. Surprises from Mina were usually a hazardous situation. You and Ochaco began talking about all the times Mina threw surprises. The both of you laughed and face palmed at all the stories.

Talking to her felt nice, but the tension between you and him felt harder to ignore. It seemed that Midoriya felt the tension too.

“Ah well how have you been Todoroki?” Midoriya asked.

Todoroki glanced up at him and shrugged. Midoriya looked at you with concern. You shrugged responding to his silent, “what’s wrong with him?”. It seemed that the only people in class who could diagnose him were Midoriya and you. So if he wasn’t talking to either of you it felt like a code: red.

Ochaco seemed to notice the awkward silence. “Midoriya did you tell Shoto that we’re dating now?”

You gasped, “Since when did you start calling him Shoto?”

There was a moment of silence.

You felt all eyes on you. “Oh no! I’m so sorry (Y/n), I didn’t mean to make you say it I swear!” Ochacho rambled.

You cocked your head, “What do you mean? What did I say?”

Midoriya pointed towards Todoroki, “I think you lost the bet (y/l/n)....”

You slapped your hands over your mouth in surprise. “No way….”

You whined covering your face into your hands. How did you lose the bet so quickly. It hadn’t even been a full week. As you were being miserable about your loss, you felt him shift in his chair.

You looked up and saw him looking away trying to cover the smile on his mouth. You flicked his arm. “I can still see you smiling dummy.”

He waved you off, “I told you, I knew it would be sometime soon.”

“I knew it would be sometime soon blah blah, shut up” you mimed.

He flashed a smile, making you smile back. “Well, I guess I can say your name freely now.” You leaned closer to him. “Shoto Todoroki.”

He pushed your face away which made you laugh. It seemed that his mood was better now. You happily wiggled in your seat; as much as you could without annoying the woman painting your nails. “It sounds so nice though. Listen, Shoto, Shoto, Shoto, Shoto-”

He winced every time you said his name, “You’re going to make it lose meaning.” You shook your head, “No It’s still really meaningful to me.”

He stared at you and then shook his head turning away. You felt confused. Is he still mad? Why does his mood shift so much? You sighed sinking into the chair. The two of you could discuss this later. For the meantime you decided to just relax and let the workers give you a face mask.

By the time everyone was done night rolled in. You decided on taking the group photo another time. It didn’t feel right to take it just yet. Chatter filled the streets as you all began walking home. Classmates showed off their nails and skin to each other. The spa gave out complimentary face masks for everyone to take home.

Once you reached the dorms you decided to change into your pajamas and watch a movie before falling asleep. You heard a few notifications go off your phone as you brushed your teeth. You checked it out and saw Mina texting the group chats.

Of course he left you on read. He was being so confusing, the whole day didn’t make any sense. You thought after making him laugh you fixed everything. What made him so moody all of a sudden? You decided to clear your mind and go downstairs before Mina got fussy.

By the time you got downstairs a few friends were there. Most of the girls were there, except for Momo and Ochaco. The boys didn’t show up yet, except for Mineta of course but he doesn’t count. The girls threw him out before he did anything gross.

You threw yourself onto the couch after handing over your cords and laptop to Mina. “Why are boys so confusing?”

Mina continued setting up the TV, looking at all the wires behind the screen. “I don’t know…. where do I plug this in?” You got up and plugged it in the right place for her. “Thanks, what’s wrong? I heard you and Todoroki made amends or something.”

You paced around the couch, “That’s what I thought! I don’t understand what’s making him so confusing.”

Jiro shook her head in the kitchen while she poured some cereal. “Well he sucks.” She pointed her spoon towards you. “You shouldn’t have to put up with that.”

You nodded walking over to the freezer for a popsicle. She did have a point though. You didn’t have to deal with all the problems he gave you. You could walk away! But your feelings would never allow you to do that. You cared for him too much to leave.

You ate your ice cream while waiting for the others to show up. Hopefully the movie they decided to watch would clear your mind. You didn’t feel like thinking about how to fix the problem all day.

After a few minutes of waiting most of the boys along with Momo showed up. You talked to Momo for a while before hearing Mina finally announce that she would start the movie. Ochaco, Midoriya, and Todoroki still haven't shown up. Maybe they would show up later into the movie?

……

40 minutes later and you threw all hopes for them showing up out the window. You looked around the room to see everyone completely engaged with the screen. Some kids popped popcorn or ate snacks. Kaminari kept falling asleep on your shoulder. You pushed him off whenever he started to drool, making him wake up each time. The 700th time he did it you decided to take a break.

You wiggled yourself out from between Kaminari and Kirishima, watching your step for anyone sitting on the floor. You successfully slid out the room without getting asked any questions. You decided to get some fresh air on the school roof. Weather said there would be a high chance of seeing a shooting star. So you had something to look forward to.

You snuck onto the roof through a secret entrance you and your friends found a while ago. You carefully went up the stairs to prevent any noise. Once getting to the roof you felt awestruck. The sky looked straight from a movie. It wasn’t pitch black, purple and blue hues filled the sky. The stars clustered together in the distance. The moon was full and bright.

You leaned yourself on the railing and decided to stay out here. Maybe until you got cold. Which wouldn’t be long considering you only had your pajamas on. You checked for the time the shooting star would show up. You felt a chill down your spine when you heard footsteps. You quickly spun around to see the intruder.

The surprise on your face when you saw Todoroki stayed. You didn’t know what to say, he didn’t look ready to talk though. So you turned back around and acted like he wasn’t standing right next to you.

You cleared your throat, not looking at him, “Hi.”

He paused, looking at you from his peripheral. “Hi.”

You both stood there in the quietness. The silence didn’t feel as terrible as the one in the spa.

You hoped you could clear the air. “We don’t have to talk about what happened right now. I’m just waiting for the shooting stars.”

He didn’t react. He looked deep in thought.

You brought your attention back to the phone, trying to find what time the stars were coming. You really didn’t want to miss seeing a shooting star.

You froze when you heard your name come from his mouth. You turned your head to look at him.

“Wha-What?”

He continued to look at his intertwined hands on the railing. “We should talk about today. We’re both here so we have to.”

You nodded, “Ok, Sure.” You put your phone away and scooted closer to him.

“I’m sorry. I was being rude.” he paused glancing to see if you were listening.

You had other words go through your brain, but decided to pick the most PG, “Yeah, you were being a brat.”

He nodded. “Something like that. I was talking to Izuku and Uraraka. They said you thought I was mad at you.” He looked at you.

You nodded, “Yeah...You weren’t? I thought I said something wrong.” He shook his head, looking to the ground again.

“I wasn't mad at you. Not mad at anyone other than myself. I didn’t feel like I deserved you when you said you were proud of me.” He fiddled with his fingers. “And when you held my hand I felt really guilty. Why me of all people? I wanted you to focus on people who were better.”

You felt at a loss of words.

“I thought it would be better for you and Izuku if I didn’t bother you both so much. I wanted to push you away like I did in the beginning.” He continued.

You shook your head, his thinking did not align with yours. “Shoto… I never once thought of you as a bother. I actually enjoy being around you and calling you and stuff.” You held out your hand, not grabbing it without permission this time. “If anything i'd love to hang out with you more.”

He flickered his eyes between your hand and his. “Uraraka told me you’d say something like that too. She told me to go apologize to both of you.” He hesitated, slowly giving you his hand.

You placed your other hand atop his. You definitely needed to thank her later. “I’ve told you this a lot but I’ll say it again. I do care about you. We all do.” You began to play with the pads of his fingers. “I mean Shoto I think I like-“

He pulled his hand out of yours and pointed at the sky. You quickly turned your head, almost missing the shooting star. You made your wish before the star went away. You looked up at him doing the same thing.

He thankfully interrupted you before you could confess. Right now wasn’t the best time to confess your feelings for him. You knew he didn’t know how to interpret people caring for him correctly. So his line of thinking probably made the most sense to him. You wanted to break him out of that mindset, but confessing your feelings now would give him a heart attack.

“You wanna go back inside? They’re watching ratatouille. Your favorite.” You said sarcastically.

He gave a small smile, “Yeah. When are you planning on making the soba?” You mentally cringed and slapped his arm repeatedly, “Stop bringing that up! I’ll make your food stop talking about my loss!”

He laughed back at you. You began walking until you felt him intertwine his hand with yours. Your eyes widened and you looked up at him. He didn’t notice you and continued walking. He always did something to make your BPM go high.

The both of you snuck back into the main room. The movie was still going, so no one took notice of you two. You quietly prepared some snacks for the both of you, while Shoto continued talking about something that made you laugh. The silence you two had shared for most of the day disappeared. You felt comfortable with him again.

The both of you squeezed onto the couch as best as possible. You were basically leaned up on his side, it felt extremely uncomfortable. What you did not expect, however, was for him to move his arm and wrap it around you. You felt your brain malfunction as you were basically cuddled into his chest. That’s what is happening. You two are cuddling right now.

You didn’t know what to do. Whenever he touched you you felt as if you would die. You looked up, his eyes were glued onto the movie and his heart beat didn’t go up either. He really saw this as a friendly gesture. You tried to focus on the movie as best as possible. You heard a few yawns around the room, making you copy.

As the movie continued you felt yourself go in and out of consciousness. “Goodnight (y/n)” you felt a small kiss on your head. You fell asleep before you could react.

He Knows How To Work It

Chapter 1

SERO x fem reader

No triggers

You sighed as you took a sip of your room temperature rum and coke. It was Friday night and you were sitting alone at a bar. The original plan was to meet up with a few of your friends but the women had ditched you. They had even gone so far as to post on social media about the club across town they had gone to instead. Part of you wanted to cry and throw a fit, but the more reasonable part of you took the lead and had you chuckling darkly. 

"Well good riddens to bad rubbish." 

The words slipped from your mouth barely audible you thought until your ears caught deep,smooth laugh from nearby. You turned quickly to see who it was only to have to crane your neck to see their face. It was a tall man with inky black hair that fell just a bit past his shoulders and warm dark eyes. He smiled widely at you before sliding into the booth to sit across from you. 

"Rough night chica?"

His tone is friendly and nothing about his expression or body language is setting off alarms so you smile back and just nod your head. You wish you had just stayed home at this point seeing as even a stranger in a bar could already tell something was wrong. He kept his relaxed smile and hummed thoughtfully at your acknowledgement. Shrugging off his coat to get more comfortable he folded his now bare tattoo covered arms on the table leaning forward a bit to focus on you. The tattoos were beautiful, mesmerizing even so much so that you almost missed what the stranger said next.

"I was just looking for some conversation anyway so if you don't mind I'll listen to your woes." 

You were a little shocked at his words, unsure if that was something you should do. But thinking back on what landed you in this situation in the first place you decided it couldn't hurt any more than being ditched on a Friday night. So you went over the situation with him even detailing how they were posting a steady stream of selfies at the club they had gone to. 

"Honestly I really should have seen this coming. They haven't been as good of friends for a while now but I just turned a blind eye to it thinking all would be good if we could just have a girls night like we used to."

You sighed again feeling a little pathetic but also a bit lighter than you had in ages. When you dared to glance up at your new bar friend you saw him frowning, his formerly smiling eyes filled with an unrecognizable emotion. Just when you were about to apologize for dumping your silly problems on him he reached forward slowly and grabbed your hand, lacing his fingers through your own. He held your gaze and began to speak, never letting go of your hand as he did. 

" my abuela always used to tell me something that stuck with me to this day so now I'll pass it on to you. Puedes escojer tus amigos como Rosas para un ramo, pero la famila se crece en grietas inesperadas como dientes de leon. Which basically means Friends can be picked like Rose's for a bouquet but family grows in unexpected cracks like dandelions." 

You thought about those words as you looked at the big, caramel skinned hand holding yours. This man had been more kind to you in thirty minutes than most of your friends had been in three years. You smiled up at him and squeezed his hand. His words did exactly what they were meant to and eased your heart. You took a deep breath and thanked him before giggling nervously and asking his name. He laughed, releasing his hold to rub his hand down his face. The smile that split his face had you noticing just how handsome your new bar friend really was. 

"Of course I'm fool enough to sit here giving you advice and never introduce myself or even ask your name. Hola niña bonita I'm Sero Hanta it's a pleasure to drink with you."

You introduced yourself more than happy to make a new friend even if it was only for tonight. The two of you continued to drink and get to know each other. Sero was a construction worker who worked for  Dynamight inc. He specialized in renovating older buildings to bring them up to the modern code requirements but was always up for the town jobs that were outsourced to his company. He regaled you with crazy, silly stories about his coworkers and boss who had all been friends since high school. You were laughing loud and long at some of the antics his electrician friend would pull on the job when you both heard the bartender yell for last call. Paying your tabs the both of you left to stand outside and talk for just a while more under the street light. Sero hadn't driven to the bar so he started to order an uber when you suggested sharing as you hadn't driven either. As you told him your address to add the stop to the trip he began to laugh. You were concerned until he showed you the map view on the app. 

" Well damn chica we live on the same block this is perfect. I might have found a new bar buddy tonight, that is if you don't mind hanging with a blue collar guy for a beer now and again." 

You giggled and agreed that he had definitely found a new bar buddy and so had you. The ride in the uber was quite but comfortably so. The two of you exchanged lines so you could chat and plan your next bar night. As you got closer to home you thanked him for turning what could have been a terribly lonely night into a relaxing fun one. He chuckled gently and patted the top of your head,reminding you of your size difference once more. His smile was warm and open as he continued to pat your head. The sight of it made your heart do a little flip. Right as you were probably going to say something awkward and break the moment your uber pulled up in front of your apartment building. You said your goodbye as you got out. Hanta's parting words made you blush all the way from your ears to your chest. 

"Until we meet again hermosa doncella de vino y licores."

Yeah you were definitely about to start crushing on the hot construction worker/new bar buddy. You walked into your building getting onto your elevator slightly tipsy and more than a little bit giddy over the schoolgirl thoughts you were having of holding his hand or resting your head on his shoulder while listening to his stories. You shook your head trying to throw those thoughts from your mind, you were a grown adult for god's sake. After letting yourself into your apartment you got ready for bed and checked your phone. Ten new notifications from your ex friends posting about what a great night they had and how they could wait to do it again. Just as your heart began to sink a new line notification popped up. It was a message from Hanta, telling you to have a good night sleep and to drink some water to stave off a hangover. You almost cried as you messaged back with well wishes of your own. That night you fell asleep with a smile on your face and a name on your lips.
