#boyfriend update #!!#i know its been ages since the last one #first things first bc it goes hand in hand #i pretty much completed elden ring incl dlc (on his pc!!)#the literal ONLY boss im missing is consort radahn #i beat literally every other boss in this game #did the ranni ending which i loooved btw #but i also havent really been playing the past couple weeks bc stardew 1.6 came out for switch and my bf was pretty sick #i got him addicted to stardew hes at like 220hrs and nearing perfection and hes been playing since early November only hahaha #he bought an entire reading lamp for his apartment! so i could have good light to read on his couch 🥺🥺#hes picking me up from work today to drive me to pick up furniture thats ready for pick up #we got tge photos of us from tge wedding we attended in august and yall we look cuteeee #he organised me a (used) ps5 (which i paid obvs) from one of his friends but then he was just like im gomna buy you the pretty controller #that you've wanted just bc i can!!#personal #in my head im already planning the gift im getting him for our one year anniversary next year hehe #context for ps5 is that theres plans for us to build me my own gaming pc but that's obviously expensive and i just moved and am still in the #process of buying all the furniture and have other expenses so its hard to dave up but it was always the plan to get anotger gaming console #besides my switch once i moved to play all the games ive been missing out as a Nintendo girlie #so the used one is honestly such a great deal and i got some games with it as well and bought some #and then i can always decide if i wanna keep or sell it again once i do get tge gaming pc #anywayyyyyy #this relationship is the best thing to ever happen to me ngl

#this is me just screaming into the void #but this week has been hard. like one of the hardest weeks I've had to get through in the longest time #tues was my great grandma's 12th anniversary of her passing #wed I got the news that a friend passed away suddenly #thurs was my late father's birthday #fri was that friend's funeral but I can't go #and there's a whole host of other things going on in my family now that I cannot put out into the internet just yet #personally I'm just so so tired #I am not spiralling. At least I don't feel like I am. but it's been so hard #I cannot turn to my family because of whatever's going on right now #I can't really turn to my friends just yet because my emotions are still percolating #my only consolation and also burden is that I will be away for a wedding soon and after that my last big trip for 2024 #I feel so spread thin right now #I actually sat in the car with my sausage McMuffin crying to Hao's Haicheng and Woozi's What Kind of Future this morning #it's the first time I cried like that in a long while because I rarely let myself get to that point #idek why I am writing this #I think I just wanted to scream into the void for a bit #gab irl #thing is with the friend that just passed; he was part of the party crowd I used to run with #we are all kinda spread all over now -- some moved back to their own countries; some married and moved; some with kids...#we haven't partied together since before the pandemic #we kept talking about wanting to link up soon and catch up #I had even been thinking about him lately #and now he is gone and I do not have the place to pour my grief and my regrets into

it's true that no one picks their sobriety date but my one year sobriety birthday just happens to be this Friday October 13th and like. It literally couldnt be more on brand for me. Like nothing could ever top that. It's too perfect it's almost stressing me out. Like what can I even do to celebrate how could I ever do that justice. One of my black cats' birthdays is Halloween and I celebrated that by getting a tattoo on her 1st bday of her standing beside a jack o lantern so like how am I gonna figure out how to up the ante for this one
