Unrelated but ALSO: I have my equipment orientation at the gym tomorrow and I am battling my anxiety tooth & nail to not. postpone. a second time.
(I鈥檝e never set foot in a gym as an adult- but now with my knees doing their fucking thing I鈥檓 trying out a stationary bike regiment to build some strength back. The gym doesn鈥檛 have to be a long term solution, but I have a damn good local Y so might as well take advantage and see what that could look like alongside home exercises)
