What a great way to the end the year 2k19 ! Before and after the fight "State Boxing Championship" Went in strong took some hard shots, landed few 🥊 at the end lost in semifimals. Got some valuable experience which gave me the opportunity to know myself well, both my strength and weakness. Got to work on my mistakes. And I know I will come back strong. Wow what a great day 29-Sep-2019. My first fighting experience in 6 th State Pro - Amateur Muay thai championship 2019. Secured silver medal in the men's senior 51-54kg bantamweight category. Even though I didn't perform well to my satisfaction it was a great experience. Still need to learn and train a lot. I am very thankful to @oldchiefsavage for giving to me the wonderful opportunity to train @combatkineticsmma and helping me to make my dream into reality. Keep your hands on the ground with your fingers pointed towards your body. Slowly bend your elbows and press them towards your belly. 3. Keep your abdomen firm. To do this, place your head on the ground, and work up the quality in your stomach. Now stretch your legs out, in a way that your knees are straight and your feet are facing the floor. 4.Keep your shoulder bones strong and pushed into your back. Fix your glutes, lift your head and point your head straight. 5. Now, move your body weight forward and raise your legs from the ground. Lift your body by your hands keeping it parallel to the ground. 6.
