I know I haven't mentioned it in a while but I'm still red-stringing about the symbolism of tea vs coffee btw. Alice found a tape recorder and now Sam’s bringing her tea. She's been introduced to the Archives' universe. She's upset and goes to make herself coffee instead. She refuses to be drawn in and finds refuge in the comforting and familiar instead.

Nimoytacular/Capsule 7/LNNAF Fan Club Newsletters | Unknown, approx. 1967

I've had these very early fanzine pages saved for a while now, but have been unable to find the source again... It was before I knew I'd start posting and restoring them, and I'm much more careful about saving sources now. Thanks to @the-stars-our-destination, I've gotten as close as I think I'll get with these posts. Date is approximate, but has to be between the second and third season when letter writing campaigns were started to save the show. Thanks to these fans, we have a third season to cherish 💜

notes:

Tumblr’s customize page is very buggy and when you first install the theme, you have to toggle the toggle options on and off to get them to work properly.

if you’re a gif/graphics maker and you want your images to show up exactly 540px wide, pick the 570px post size option to account for the post padding.

sidebar link icons are from feather icons. if you want to change them, go to this site, find the name of the new icon you want, and enter it in the requisite text field in the customization panel.

Eternithaus - a cc-free lot for Oasis Springs

When I was working on Baumgarten Estates I looked into other buildings the architect Paul Baumgarten did and found this gem (2), which I accidentally stumbled across during my visit to Berlin last October. Of course, I had to recreate it in the Sims and I am so happy with the result. It certainly looks different from the original, but it's a gorgeous mid-century house that fits quite perfectly into Oasis Springs.

Eternithaus is a 30x20 unfurnished lot placed in the Mirage Canyon neighbourhood of Oasis Springs, specifically on the Futures Past museum lot. It is designed as a residential rental lot, but I've uploaded it as a normal residential building to the gallery, in case you're not actively playing with the For Rent pack/gameplay yet.

It has a total of 4 rental units, which are all on the smaller side, perfect for a couple without children or a single sim.

Uses items from the following packs: For Rent, High School Years, Snowy Escape, Eco Lifestyle, Discover University, Island Living, Get Famous, Cats and Dogs, City Living, Get To Work, Werewolves, Strangerville, Jungle Adventure, Dine Out, Spa Day, Tiny Living & Desert Luxe.
