some good things that happened in tennis yesterday (i’m trying to cope):

coco won easily for the first time in forever, she had a double breadstick and only made 4 double faults

leylah fernandez bageled someone

infact, all the canadians are doing well

ons won her match

iga won, so naomiga is officially returning from the war on wednesday

jannik tennis is back

so is daniil and he had a his ballet shoes

ben won :) (he did have to do his losing the first set shenanigans)

frances won for the first time in a million years

monfils actually succeeded in taking out an abuser

So sorry for the lack of art lately:( if you followed for the art then I am SO SORRY

things have been hard, both ballet and personal life related. so I hope you will except this doodle of me I did in between rehearsals hahahdhshahah

This happens all the time. I’m really stinkin short and my directors hate it 🥰 (not really, it gets them out of the “using the same costumes for 15 years” funk)

I’m not insecure about my height. It’s kind of like me being really pale or my freckles, I think it’s kind of unique it’s something I find endearing about myself. Teasing comment don’t really bother me anymore because I don’t find it to be a displeasing quality. It’s just me:) (I will say, when I was wearing a white dress and my friend said “coco it matches your skin!” It was kinda funny)

and when this happens it’s really funny HHAAHAHAH I got purposely casted as smaller roles before purely because of my height 💀

MY KNEE IS KILLING ME!!! I have rehearsals tonight and I really don’t wanna explain to my director that I CANT MOVE

It’s really good it’s muscular, so it’s not my knee problem on my OTHER leg (yes I have two bad knees.) so it’s not something to worried about it just hurts..

physical therapy went well! Got my leg all taped up and it’s feeling better now!! AAAAAAAAA MAYBE I WONT FALL APART AT REHEARSAL NOW 💛💛🥰

I get so many compliments for my dancing, but they should really be giving all the praise to my physical therapist and my chiropractor. Wouldn’t be here without them. They are the true goats here not me 🫡

we will just see how nutcracker rehearsal goes… it’s 4 hours today which isn’t terrible since alot of it will just be helping with costume struggles and assisting on stage for the little ones. We’re rehearsing at the stage WITH the costumes so that’s fun! It’s cool to see all the pretty costumes in all. Just hope my knee doesn’t fail me Hhahajahahahahahhaah 💔💔💔

“Alright I’ll buy two pairs of pointe shoes. One for class and rehearsing, and one for the shows I have that I’ll just break in a little before. Simple enough.”

“but wait. what if I use them for my all day rehearsals and they soften out too fast and I don’t have the money for jet glue to make them last longer? Then I’ll have to use my second pair for rehearsing, so then they’ll die (get too soft) and I’ll have no shoes for the show… okay. I’ll just buy a third pair. Simple enough.”

“But wait…. What if during my unnecessary amount of stage time for shows kills my third pair? What then? Then I’ll have no shoes left to dance in. Stuck with no pointe shoes or jet glue I’ll be shot on site by my director! Okay. Okay… I’ll just get a forth pair. Simple.. enough. Right?”
