睽違了兩年，我又來到了穴居， 但不同的是，慕名而來的人多了不少， 大概五六坪大小的作餐跟內用空間， 在營業時間開始後， 就有客人陸陸續續的來用餐， 店內的空間一下子就塞滿了人， 但其實如果無法內用的話， 其實也可以外帶， 走到遠百附近的小公園坐著吃， 只是在夏天， 即使有樹蔭還是有點熱啊！ 不然就是得在現場候位。 ［ 黑拿鐵 ］ 這一道的名字讓我覺得很特別， 光看名字我還不知道是什麼東西，
但肯定的是一定有拿鐵的成分， 看了一下旁邊的解說， 才知道是由 頂級德國可可＋穴居拿鐵 所組成的一道單品。 光看成分可以大致想到他呈現的味道， 但是最重要的還是喝了之後才知道。 他雖然菜單上有標示說是微糖， 但喝起來其實還好， 沒有很明顯的甜度。 一入口時最先感受到的是咖啡純粹的苦味， 滑下喉嚨時則是帶有厚度的可可苦香氣， 最後留在嘴裡的則是帶微微可可的咖啡苦香， 而牛奶的味道不明顯，
我想是為了怕干擾咖啡跟可可的味道， 畢竟牛奶乳香味道左右了拿鐵所呈現的口感跟質感， 濃郁的奶香可以增加拿鐵的厚度， 但有可能壓過咖啡豆的味道 相對的咖啡豆的選擇可能就要選擇中深焙或是有明顯個性的豆子， 但如果是奶味較為清爽的話， 則可以選擇淺中焙的豆子， 端看想呈現的口感， 是整體清爽， 還是想多喝到一點的咖啡香， 端看咖啡師的選擇。 但這道既要能夠喝到咖啡跟頂級可可的香氣， 所以牛奶部分的比例， 就得斟酌再斟酌， 以免搶過了這兩個主角的味道， 但又要作為兩個味道中間潤滑劑跟過渡， 還有調和兩種味道， 在我喝起來的感覺， 是舒服的， 既可以喝的咖啡香跟可可香， 而且互不搶味， 而是出來不一樣的層次堆疊， 而且口感是清爽的。 ［ 海神夾心麵包 － 乾酪西西里番茄 ］ 吧表面有著明顯的刻花花紋， 除了增加賣相， 還有經過烘烤之後， 會出現更為明顯的口感跟香氣。 他入口後， 最先出來的是番茄的味道跟酸香氣， 接著才是起司鹹味跟乳香， 他們的起司不是比較好買到那種起司片， 感覺比較像是莫札瑞拉起司， 因為他加熱後會軟化， 但是當溫度降下來後他會變得有韌性， 像是橡皮糖一樣的口感， 搭上外酥內軟的麵包後， 增加了不同的口感層次， 然後搭上番茄的酸味， 吃起來不會膩口， 帶有微微的飽足感。 這兩道搭在一起很適合作為不喜歡吃甜食的人的下午茶， 是個有清爽但也帶有微濃厚味道的組合。 而且很方便拿著邊做事邊吃！ ［ 阿芳奶茶 ］ 其實這天來穴居最主要的目的就是為了把他帶回家， 就是這罐印有他們Lgo的玻璃罐裝奶茶， 除了相對環保之外， 拿回去購買的話， 還可以打折， 不然放在家裡也是個好看的擺飾品！ 他喝起來的茶味偏濃， 應該是無糖或是微微糖， 茶種感覺是偏比較古早味的那種， 尾韻帶有一點點的苦澀味， 奶味算是有， 而且喝得出來， 只是因為茶味太明顯， 導致奶味比較不出色， 但是結束那股尾韻的苦澀味之後， 嘴巴反而充滿了茶香！ 我覺得很適合搭配味道清爽的麵包或吐司， 下次來穴居的話， 可以���阿芳搭配他們的吐司系列！ 我帶走這罐的阿芳奶茶， 是提前向他們訂購的， 至於要提前幾天或是等開團就得向他們詢問， 畢竟玻璃罐上有印刷上他們自家Logo， 也是需要時間跟廠商交貨什麼的， 像我這天去， 就遇到很多人來取貨， 甚至看到有人就是阿芳大富翁， 一次帶走了十罐吧！ 覺得可以開趴了！ 但沒有預訂還是可以買， 只是就沒有罐裝的選擇！ #穴居 #台南火車站後站 #車站美食 #自家烘豆 #特色咖啡店 #特色小店 #台南咖啡 #下午茶 #吐司 #麵包 #北極是吃貨 #黑拿鐵 #latte #cocoalatte #bread #breadwithcheeseandtomato #afternoon #阿芳奶茶 #海神夾心麵包 #poptainan #pop台南 #coffeeaholic #coffeelover #bread #toast #pourovercoffee #milktea #blacklatte （在 穴居） https://www.instagram.com/p/CV_uzuhv_Ym/?utm_medium=tumblr
