I purchased this in Nashville at Coach Summit and I'm just now getting around to taking it out of the package along with all of the other goodies I purchased for my challenge group this month. This watch has an interchangeable face, they also have Insanity Max 30 and 21 Day Fix. They should be up on the website later in the year. It's super soft with a comfy fit ⌚ #insanitymax30 #shakeology #21DFX #watch #coachsummit2015

It's been about 2 weeks now since I went to #coachsummit2015 in Nashville. The initial excitement has worn off some, but the drive and determination to continue becoming the best me I can be certainly has not. Part of that is my story, my why. And this part today is really tough to share - but I am going to because it's a part of my positive future as well. I've struggled with truly embracing my body ever since I realized how far gone I had allowed myself to get. I know, it sounds like it should be the opposite - embrace my body more now that I have reached a point where I am not just healthy but also fit. It's not that easy or simple. I am not saying I dislike myself or am not proud of what I have accomplished. Nor do I look in the mirror and rip myself apart. But I do hold certain fears - like wearing a bathing suit. I honestly have not worn a bathing suit in public in 3 years. And in those 3 years I have been in the best shape of my life! The fear of the old me has somehow held me back from this, though. And I recognize that it's something that should and will change. Each year at summit they hold the Beachbody Classic. In an essence, it's a fitness competition. This past year one of my fellow coaches @thefitandfreemama participated and faced her fear of being on stage in a bathing suit. It was hugely inspiring! So now, my team has encouraged myself to do the same and I will also be participating next year for the sole reason of facing my fear and working towards embracing the body I have now and believing that it is not the same as what I had before. That it is strong, fit and just straight up awesome. So this is my public confirmation that I am going to do this! My number one goal from this is to face that fear and be able to walk confidently in this body that has helped me finish five marathons, that can do head stands now, has flipped industrial tires and can do push ups like a boss, whether I am wearing skinny jeans and a tank top or just a plain old bathing suit. Thanks Team Pure Synergy for always helping me dig deeper to just rock this life fully. #seekatfaceherfears #stillrunningthough #focusedonawesome

You vs. you baby, who’s winning? Don’t compare yourself to anyone but yourself … You vs. you child, who's successful? 💪🏻 Do not evaluate your self to anybody however your self ❤️🏃 All of us have totally different paths & methods of getting there ✌🏻️ Excited for my first day of #CoachSummit2015 😻 Needed to crush a exercise earlier than the insanity 💖 Let's do that. #fitfam #run #exercise #fitspo #motivation

TeamBeachbody Coach Summit 2015: Recap and Reflection
I’ve been back from Nashville for a few days and have had some time to think about this year’s Coach Summit. While I could go on and on about different things that happened, I’d like to touch on one thing that really stood out to me this year...
“Something to believe in. Something to belong to. Something to become.”
Looking back on my life, there was never a time that I felt like I truly fit in. In middle and high school, I always felt like I didn’t belong and struggled to truly be myself. I thought going to art school would be different but it wasn’t. Same thing again as I found myself in a graphic design industry that wasn’t what I had hoped it would be (yes, that’s why I work from home!). Outside of close friends and family, I started to think I’d never truly belong somewhere.
Then Beachbody came along. When I won a Beachbody cruise from my coach Jessica, everything changed. From the moment I stepped on that ship, I felt a shift. I remember crying because I was so overwhelmed with emotion. I walked around not knowing a soul and felt more at ease than I ever have before. The other supportive coaches, the happy people working on themselves, the attitude of helping others, the focus of health... it was so clear to me that this is what had been missing.
I felt it again at Summit this year... Imagine smiling at people and they smile back! Weird, right?! Imagine feeling like you matter... that you are helping people each and every day. Imagine feeling inspired. Imagine feeling an indescribable energy working out in a room of thousands of people who all are just like you... pushing themselves to be the best they can be. Imagine seeing people you’ve helped come with you because they too want to experience this for themselves. Imagine dancing around and taking goofy pictures without ever worrying what people think. Imagine being the best version of yourself.
I watched my coach Jessica walk across the stage this year as a brand new millionaire. In four years, she’s made over a million dollars. All because she started this little thing called coaching and dared to dream what seemed impossible. (It’s not!)
If you’re looking for “Something to believe in. Something to belong to. Something to become.” --> comment below or message me at [email protected]. I’m building a team of people who want to be happier, healthier, and more fulfilled in life. I think you’ll fit right in. Let’s design a life we love!
Hope :)

This week has been kind of crazy. I basically have had a crazy two weeks actually. Between racing out of town in Utica to work to traveling to Nashville for #coachsummit2015 then working my first ever overnights and having to wait to sleep yesterday after work - to say my body needed rest is an understatement. So this morning I planned to run my 10 miles since I can't join my group tomorrow but I passed out long before setting any alarms. Sometimes your body needs rest and that is ok!! Old me would be kicking herself. New me says, it's all good, just get up early tomorrow and get it done before Super Saturday! It's not all bad anyways - I get to throw in a Max 30 workout then instead (and probably some Cize too - I'm hooked on all the different routines). After all - just one week ago today I was with this guys live maxing out! #bekindtoyourself #restwhenneeded #maxedout #flashbackfriday #weekendmotivation
