sometimes i just watch old c!clingyduo clips and want to curl up into a ball and cry. i think about the animatics and the fanart and that stupid bench and those stupid discs, pogtopia, the exile, the compasses. tubbo thinking tommy's dead, but then he comes back. twice. and those silly dreams of flying to the moon and healing together. i'm so ill over them and i don't know if i will ever stop being obsessed its a PROBLEM

I love the idea of Tommy just being really clumsy but trying to help lol. Gives him love: by making him a crime fighter lol

Now we love good ol Gotham city. Who ideally would fit commissioner Gordon and his daughter Barbara? I’d love to think we’d get someone to fit batgirl here at some point lol.

And honestly I love the idea of Dream as like the Ridler but better. He’s really crafty and just word games! But like that could also be Quackity because again: mind games lol but he’s the joker. Idk these 2 villains could really be either character I think

Also is Techno like the standard Bruce Wayne in this with the tragic backstory and is a billion still? I wanna know his origins lol

And and and is Techno definitely batman or are you sticking with Technos boar theme lore wise? I’m curious :3

YES love him. i feel that kinda sums up part of his character cause techno just always says "why are you like this" when tommy is running around techno's house stealing stuff and breaking things LMAO

also wilbur himself has said tommy breaks everything he touches. so mini-giant tommy for the WIN

hmm well i might make some changes with the significance of barbara in this au just to fit techno's character, especially with batman's attraction to her. also i want to play around with the whole c!techno being used as a weapon trait,,, i could technically have gordon be schlatt and barbara be tubbo, which would then solidify dream as superman,,,,

god damn it's hard mushing two fandoms together cause usually i just make a new setting for my aus but i have to keep traits from two characters :')

i could see tubbo as batgirl, kind of? just techno taking tubbo under his wing for a bit, like he did with tommy. this could also offer some clingyduo bonding. and some angst if i follow lore iykyk :3

and YEAH the riddler & the penguin are the two people i'd like to have figured out,,, i'm thinking maybe having jack be one of them, but i'm not entirely sure what c!jack is to c!techno and vice versa, but otherwise i wouldn't be opposed to it. jack i can see being the riddler,,,,, but YEAH i do like dream being them, but i think i'm going for superman being dream,,,

i'll need to pirate the batman movies at some point to refresh my memory because i can't keep relying on fandom wiki to help me 😭

techno does have the same backstory as batman pretty much. parents died in a similar fashion. the only different thing is how techno met phil,,,,

and as for his current self i'm not really sure how he got rich. bruce had like his whole company or smth i kinda forget,, anyway i'd say techno just worked really hard doing a lot of different stuff as a kid. maybe phil created minecraft and techno helped a LOT along the way and got a lot of the money from it 😭 both of those can be canon for now fjsdfj

after techno's parents died and he met phil n all, he went into a foster home but ran away from it pretty quickly just because he wanted to do things on his own. and besides, he had a tiny father-figure to help him, he'd be fine. like i said, he did a lot of neighborly chores and worked around the city with part-times to just get some stability,,\

i thought about it, but i'd say he's definitely batman for this au. don't worry i have another superhero au coming soon where he's more technoblade :D

Evelyn Evelyn will never not remind me of cClingy. like of course maybe not the story too much [theyre not conjoined twin sisters who are both named Evelyn (though technically one is Eva and the other is Lynn) and born to parents who both died shortly after the twins were born and then so did the doctor and also the sheriff who took them to take them to an orphanage and then the chicken farmer who took them in. but only two years later did he die. and then they got kidnapped and taken to a a place that makes films and photos for "clientele with 'unique tastes'" where they meet their best friend Sandy Fishnets but then she gets taken away and then they get sold to the circus and a few years later their second favorite person (animal?) Elephant Elephant dies and then they run away to a random motel and work and live there and post their music on MySpace in secret. (Sorry the Evelyn Evelyn brainrot is real)] but like. at the beginning of all the Tragic Events of September songs where they have the little talking intro before they get into the story part. that. that reminds me of Clingy. infact, i have vivid hallucinatyions of Clingyduo anytime i listen to them. sorry. and the song Evelyn Evelyn is pretty Clingyduo. very Clingy. and yeah. Have You Seen My Sister Evelyn? kinda reminds me of them too. and the song Love Will Tear Us Apart is sooo them too.

Thinking about Tubbo following Tommy's scrapped TNT canon plan for the prison, thinking about him following the Ghostbur plan to kill Dream, thinking about how even when they were at their worst, Tommy and Tubbo still trusted each other on a deep and immovable level.

One day Jack attempts to kill Tommy, maybe with - oh I don't know - splash potions of poison and harming, and it very nearly works. Tommy can’t find Sam so he runs to the only other place of safety he knows: Snowchester.

When Jack gets home several hours later, he thinks he’s done it, that Tommy succumbed to the effects of the potions and ran off to die somewhere, alone. But when he steps into Tubbo’s house to ask him something, his question dies in his throat. On Tubbo’s table sits Tommy, pale and ill-looking, sipping from a glass of milk, shaken up but very much alive. He’s got his legs wrapped around a certain brown-haired boy standing in front of him, and Tubbo turns when Tommy’s eyes widen. His expression immediately darkens.

“Get out.”

“What?”

“Take your things and leave and never come back.” The rage in his voice is palpable, and Jack knows instantly that Tommy told Tubbo everything, and that he's in what could be regarded as deep shit. “I mean it.”

Tubbo unwinds himself from Tommy’s grasp and approaches Jack, grabbing him by the front of his coat and pulling him down so they’re on eye level. He's shaking - with fury? Anxiety? “I want you gone, I want your keycard back, and if you ever go near Tommy again, so help me I will make you rue the day you decided to abuse my trust. You’re-" His eyes dart back in Tommy's direction, where he watches with an unhappy face. "You’re exiled. Get out of my country.”

“But Tubbo-”

“GET OUT!”
