cliffcee is such a cute ship and i don't see enough people talking about it. like, i unfortunately see some people writing tfp cliffjumper as a misogynistic jackass, and it makes me wonder, have some of y'all watched tfp? that bot may be a dumbass sometimes, but he CHUGS wife respect juice every morning. i know his death was one of the big catalysts for the whole show, but this goofy fuckin cowboy and his badass wife deserved their happy ending

There are three lists in the post, and they all have a 7 on them, so I'm just picking one. Sorry if it's not the one you want.

The lists

AU where Cliff somehow lived blah blah blah.

It took them days to find Cliff after his life signal went dark. It was only by chance that he managed to drag himself to a cave close enough to the surface. He was detected when Ratchet and one of the newfound humans--the smallest, Raf--did another sweep for Autobot life signals. Barely present, but present nonetheless.

When Arcee came close to the entrance, she barked at the others to stay back. That she would be the one to assess him and extract him. Ratchet and Optimus couldn't argue--she was the smallest one there, and Ratchet would have a hard time squeezing his aft in there, let alone Optimus.

"Cee?" The voice was weak, amplified by its trip bouncing on the cave walls towards the bot. She got down and crawled toward the source, as fast as she could without compromising the integrity of the cave.

She found Cliff lying against the wall. There was a small pool of water at his pedes, and Arcee could see that he had packed mud onto his midsection to stop the bleeding at some point. It was arguably what kept him alive for so long.

As foolish as Cliff could be, he was incredibly resourceful.

"I found him, Ratchet. I'm going to stabilize him and then bring him out." Arcee spoke into her comms. Ratchet hummed in response, distracted from preparing his medical kit for more intensive on-site care.

"There you are." Cliff playfully snarked, albeit weakly. "Was wondering when you'd come to pick me up."

"You could have just called." Arcee snarked back. "And you picked a helluva place to wait. It was a miracle Ratchet and Raf picked up your signal."

"Busted my commlink when I hit my head." Cliff told her, weakly tapping the side of his head. "And who's Raf?"

"Long story...Forget about that for now." Arcee sighed. She knelt down with the welding tool and slowly started scraping the mud--now hardened into a rocky mass--away to stabilize him. As she did, the thought of Cliff engaging with Decepticons by himself a few days ago came back. "You're an idiot."

"But you love me." Cliff replied before hissing loudly from the pain of Arcee working on him.

"I do. But you're still an idiot."

so the funniest fanfic i've ever read was a cliffcee + optiratch smutfic where ratchet was getting on cliff and arcee for being super loud during interface, so the next time they went at it, optimus and ratchet went above and beyond to outdo them.

and now i NEED to write something like that with bulkjack + starop.

wheeljack comes back to base after a long time of being away, so he and bulkhead have some crazy reunion interface which pisses off starscream, who's trying to get his beauty sleep. wheeljack finds this hilarious, and he and bulkhead go at it again the next night.

only, this time, optimus decides to join the game.

cue the noises of optimus and starscream getting hellaciously freaky from within their shared berth. the funniest thing is that optimus is hardly making a sound. he's just putting in the work while starscream's living up to his name and screaming like hell. and just when bulkhead and wheeljack think it's all over, optimus decides that it's his turn to bottom, so now the wreckers have to listen to the sound of their team leader honking and begging for primus as starscream wrecks his valve.

meanwhile arcee, smokescreen, and bumblebee are out driving for the night to get away from all the noise lmao

Tbh. They did have chemistry for lovely moments together. I do hc Cee at one point has had feelings towards OP, perhaps unrequited the most from her side, if not mutual at some level. I imagine her attraction turning into deep respect and platonic love if it never developed to anything else. In the beginning of war he inspired her to join and follow Autobots, her hope when she had lost everything. And nowadays, her inspiration to not give in to desire of revenge. It's that unwavering loyalty she still carries, risking her life even for him.

CliffCee is def fan fave and I adored them and their dynamics. His personality nicely contrasts to her solemn and serious personality, adding a layer of cheer and hope when she is not seeing it. When you work closely with someone - from dire situation to another, you tend to grow close and learn to know another from all angles. Her reaction just speaks volumes... it really hurt her. I do adore them together. Red and blue. :3

Magnus and OP both and alike could fall in category of calm and respectful Cee could relate to. Aside romantic sense at least they can bond among good deep conversations with some wild ideas. I even think Cee out of the three would be most serious and hesitant for fun shshshd.
