You know what day it is: TACO TUESDAY! 🌮💕 I actually made these ground turkey tacos last night (oops) but they were so damn delicious and simple! Now- since I love tacos so much and eat them often, I try to keep ingredients healthy, fresh and creative. Here are a few tips and healthy swaps: 🌮Organic, grass-fed Greek yogurt from @maplehillcreamery instead of sour cream 🌮Local, organic, humanely raised beef, turkey and pork instead of conventional meats. 🌮Local, fresh, wild caught fish instead of farm raised or internationally shipped. 🌮Fajita veggies, jackfruit, bean and corn, taco seasoned cauliflower instead of any protein for a vegan option. 🌮 Coconut flour tortillas from @sietefoods instead of store bought flour tortillas. 🌮Grass-fed, raw cheddar from @organicvalley. 🌮 Always be sure you have your toppings dialed: radish, cabbage, lime, cilantro, jalapeños. 🌮Get creative with salsas- @jbragg711 makes the BEST tomatillo salsa verde by throwing everting on the grill and then into the food processor 🤤. Good Morning Vixens 🦊!
