An AU where Lee Jihye (wmmap) was Kim rok soo’s noona- I actually posted abt this before on a little addition I made to @salaapaoo ‘s post about Rosalyn noona, but I’ve been thinking of it for a while. (the post is here)

 They grew up in the same orphanage and were super close until Jihye left and got a job at mcdonalds . 

 They used to spend time together, reading (their cute little bookworms, together) and hanging out together, maybe they would do their homework together krs gets a tutor to help with class and Lee jihye gets help revising by teaching.

 Maybe when she died she didn’t die from overdose of pills but from monsters destroying her house and killing her in her sleep, probably dyeing during the 24 hour battle, 

 After the whole transmigration they find each other again at a ball where the heroes of roan visit obelia, Athy couldn’t help but notice how choi han’s name was very korean and he looked the part too.

So she walks over to talk to him and overhears choi han and cale talking in korean and she speaks to them in korean and they have a whole:

When they introduce themselves as like their korean names, the two have a reunion and just hang out and catch up together, (and if GoD got screamed at by Cale later, athy doesn’t need to know)

Will never forgive certain parts of the fandom for letting the idea of "Claude being confused over Hilda's willingness to die for him is a showing of how morally lacking he is" become an idea that's any kind of popular.

This man spent the first 15-16 years of his life having basically no friends and having everyone around him either trying to murder him outright for attributes about himself he had no control over or otherwise forced him to completely fend for himself against said attempts on his life (Parents of the Year), but he's supposed to just accept that he has someone willing to die protecting him? With that someone being a person who presented herself as someone who would never do exactly that (and who in fact genuinely believed that she would never do that)? After he'd told them to retreat if things got dicey?

His parents literally wouldn't even lift a finger to help stop people trying to murder their child - they told his ass to Get Gud or perish. But him being horrified and baffled that someone would die for him means he's a shitty person who never actually cared for anyone in Fodlan. What complete balderdash

Bro PLEASE tell me why was I strolling through tumblr and came across a post about wmmap, saying that “Jennette should’ve ended up with Luca instead of Athy” Like?? I don’t mind the ship ( at ALL ) but saying that it should be canon?? And then there were people in the comments saying that Jennette should’ve became Claude REAL daughter instead of Athy, like Huh??? Like what is the reason for that😭?? And then they was saying they was “ tired of Jennette being seen as a villain in manhwa and she should’ve had a good ending too” but she is being seen as an angel in the manhwa?? And she ALSO had a happy ending with her ACTUAL father😀?? I’m convinced that they dropped the manhwa and didn’t read the rest of it🙂🙂

funny that ppl think neo putting the plot on pause is weird

i mean, i get that it's unprecedented for neo, but negotiating with agents irl is just "the first 30 pages have been submitted for general edits," followed by "the first 30 pages have been submitted for character edits," followed by "the first 50 pages have been submitted for worldbuilding edits" and so on

to be clear: that last one is not new content that advances the plot, but rather the first 30 pages with an extra 20 pages of worldbuilding interspersed due to an immense lack of it in the initial draft

patching writing is just as time-consuming as patching a game and that worldbuilding patch took me about 2 months i.e. about what tvw will likely take

imo, seeing this type of time being taken to listen to feedback about the plot is a good sign if anything

I'm trying to make sense of the whole "Castti and Trousseau accidentally ended up in Lostseed and nothing happened (besides Trousseau going completely insane)" thing for a fic and... I think I've actually found a possible answer.

It bothered me so much that afaik it's never elaborated on how they got there. Like, it's not exactly a place you can just "stumble into" by chance. I don't remember if there's another way to Lostseed, but even if the game doesn't let you access it, there has to be a way outside of New Delsta, because like... why would you look for herbs in the sewers, lol. That path would have to be pretty well hidden though. So I was thinking, what if someone led them there? Not the whole way of course, but what if someone deliberately pushed them in a direction that would lead them to Lostseed?

It makes sense that there'd be a "guard" of sorts, since Claude is quite the social guy, but if you let too many or the wrong people visit, they might cause major trouble. So Claude and/or the moonshade order probably has people for exactly this situation, to control who gets to visit Lostseed. I see two groups suited for this job.

The first option is that it was a moonshade follower. (I know we're on the Eastern continent here, but since they're perfectly aware of who Mindt is, it doesn't seem that far off to assume some of them are active around there too.) Since it was Claude's objective to make Trousseau and Castti join the moonshade order for all I know, it seems likely that it was a mission for its people.

But there's the less likely but far more interesting possibility that it was a blacksnake. They have control over the entry in the sewers after all, and they're supposed to find their way to Lostseed at one point; it makes perfect sense that Claude would use them as navigators, both to lead people to him, and to see if they figure out their own way there.

You see where I'm going with this.

Imagine Throné losing her mind for the first few days after meeting Castti because she's sure they've met before (and Castti's amnesia doesn't help it at all). She eventually brushes it off and essentially forgets about it, until they get to Lostseed/find Ori's journal and connect the dots and fuck, it all makes sense now. Not in the best way, though.

Alternatively, if Pirro pretended to be a regular citizen out to look for mushrooms or something... I feel like him and Trousseau would have gotten along quite well. Their personalities might be a good match. All aside from how they've both had rather simple, good-faith things they wanted in life that were corrupted by their circumstances (and Claude).

People cannot handle someone else existing and having if they're not enjoying THEIR fav the way THEY enjoy or if they're just minding their own business because they see fandom as activism when it absolutely fucking isn't

Having a different opinion is a personal attack to them, so it's not minding your own business in their eyes. Some of the stans are very intent on correcting people and making the "truth" known or some bullshit.

Like you said, it's a fucking fandom. Let people enjoy characters without blasting them for it. Hell, let people dislike characters without blasting them for it.
