Look what my local library just got! AAH I'm so excited!!!

I was actually the one to suggest it a while ago, and I never thought they'd get it. I mean, it's a queernormative fantasy novel for adults, from a small author from abroad, part of a series, and not even in the language that is spoken here. But I was positively surprised, and I'm so excited to start reading!

I love reading fantasy, though I usually keep to YA, and I've never read a book with many POV characters before. But the story sounds nice, and the aspec representation seems really promising. I hope I'll enjoy it, and maybe I'll post an update.

Bruce stared. He had just been lecturing one of his son on his gala manners. Dick or Jason were usually the ones misbehaving like that, not Tim! What had gotten into his son to behave like that in public when he wasn't even in a sleep deprived state. Of course, Bruce had to lecture his kid and benched him for the night to get some sleep because Tim had to be sleep deprived to act like that. That was untill said son, he was lecturing, came through the front door shouting at him for leaving him behind at the gala.

His head swayed between Tim and the teen he had apparently just abducted and possibly has now knowledge of their secret identities.

Okay, maybe Alfred was right about his amount of sleep. Bruce brain went to overdrive, he could play it all of with an extended Brucie act.

That was before the teen lifted on hand in a calming manner and sheepishly smiled at him.

Danny: I get the whole secret identity thing, but i dont think it's a good idea to bench me, when ghost might come attacking. I won't tell a soul about yours if you keep mine! I can make a death vow if that helps. So can I call vlad now? As much as I like getting on his nerves and away from him. HE is my original ride home.

Tim: Wait, Vlad Masters who pestered ME all night is your guardian?

Bruce continued staring at the teen that looked like Tim and was now talking to his son while his son was parallel texting on his phone. No doubt telling his other sibling.

Good, they will never let this go and Alfred will use this situation against him next time he works through several nights.

"Detente for the Ravenous" is a Resistance-system game in the vein of "Heart" and "Spire," in which operatives work together to bring down the theocratic empire that seeks world domination. Fighting humans transformed into monsters, these operatives must pick their missions carefully, and using the game's "grand strategy" system, slowly move the needle to destroy their enemies or remake the future.

Adversary: Also a Knight, spends her time fighting Stubborn and enjoying the violent life. Razor: a minor goddess of blades, manifested one day when Cheated wrote a paper about her old myth which had been buried under years of other minor godlings. Now she has a vague idea of their presence, and is slowly trying to find him. Tower: An aelfir who's fixated on ascending, manipulated many followers of other gods to worship her so that she could steal their divine power in one fell swoop and hopefully ascend into her godly form, Apotheosis. This is the incident that changed Broken's life, but ironically, she failed, and they've become closer to their group and their previous goddess. Oops! Witch: A blood-witch, Witch was once a regular drow (who dated Oppy when they were both teens), but got betrayed and backstabbed so badly that she ended up turning to the raw and gory power of the Heart to try and save her. Now she's a fully fledged Blood Witch, and she's coming to get revenge on all who've ever wronged her.

The Bastion Spire by @lesmana-enterprise-ltd looks amazing in game. I didn't run into any issue so far. I had bb.moveobjects on before installing. Everything worked well.

The areas of the building, the theater, restaurant, underground metro station, library etc., and other places on the different floors are nicely done.

I have yet to explore the inside in depth but I look forward to. Great builds.
