Oh, thank you so much! This is going to be fun! Gonna dig a little into my favorite moment from Reversing the Damage (chapter 1 of Nights That Never End). I have the snippet here, for context. I think it probably speaks for itself, but I'm gonna elaborate on it, anyway.
So what's happening here—and throughout most of the chapter—is that Cisco is trying to explain his Reverse Flash trauma to Kamilla without oversharing and making her uncomfortable. And when she has an emotional reaction to learning about both what happened and how it still affects him, he tries to play it off like it isn't as bad as it sounds. He doesn't want her to be upset, or to feel obligated to listen and be supportive every time something bad from his past crops up again.
My semi-canon headcanon is that Cisco knows exactly the kind of relationship he wants, but doesn't feel entitled to expect or to ask for the amount of effort it would require from his partner to achieve the level of closeness that he wants. So he's in this place where he feels like giving 70% and receiving 30% is a reasonable exchange, because that's what he's used to (see: asking Cynthia if they could work out a better arrangement than the one they had, instead of asking her to leave the collectors and move in with him, which is what he really wanted). He doesn't really know how to have a girlfriend who is truly a partner. So he tries to convey to Kamilla that he's fine, and she doesn't have to take on all his emotional baggage, and he makes the joke that he doesn't expect her to hold his hand every time he has a nightmare, both in an attempt to lighten the mood, and as a subconscious deflection; he's basically offering to shut up and not bother Kamilla with his problems if she'd be more comfortable not knowing about them, before she has the chance to make the suggestion first, that way her setting that boundary would feel less like a rejection.
But of course, that's not what Kamilla wants. And she knows exactly what he's doing, even if he doesn't fully realize it himself. And she kinda wants to argue with him about it, but she doesn't know how to reassure him that she wants to be emotionally available for him, without sounding like she's just saying that to be polite. So instead of saying anything, she just holds his hand—literally—because that was the thing he said he didn't expect her to do. Without saying it outright, she's telling him that he should expect support and comfort from her when he needs it, because that's what loving someone means.
And Kamilla doesn't even consciously realize she's in love with him yet, but she's about to. Yeah, I know, canon says she knew he was the love of her life the moment she met him, but I see that more as her being instantly attracted to his personality, and recognizing that he was different/better than the guys she'd dated before, and someone who had the potential for her to be truly happy with. But actually falling in love with him was a process that required spending time with him and getting to know him. And my intent with the last line of this chapter is that this is the night Kamilla realizes she's in love with him. Because this isn't easy for her. Secondhand trauma is a very real and very not-fun thing, and the chapter ends with her lying awake, still thinking about the fact that Cisco's life almost ended before she even got the chance to meet him, and about the danger that the Reverse Flash still poses. Knowing what Cisco has been through and knowing that he isn't safe from it ever happening again is going to haunt her for a while, and that's gonna take her some time to emotionally recover from. But she is actively choosing to be Cisco's confidant and to go through all this with him, because to her it's worth it if it helps him heal. That's the thing that causes her to realize that she loves him, because she wouldn't be choosing this if she didn't.
As a final note, when I wrote Kamilla holding Cisco's hand as a way of telling him that she would be there for him whenever he needed her, it was 100% meant to be a precursor to this moment:
Because I LOVE this little moment so much and I wanted to give it some layers, and expanding on where Cisco's head is at the beginning of their relationship, and connecting that to where it is when their relationship is more developed shows just how good having Kamilla in his life has been for him.
#and don't worry Kamilla will get her turn to be the one receiving support and comfort in the last chapter#Cisco's problems get more focus because he's been through more but it absolutely goes both ways#The Flash#Kamisco#Kamilla Hwang#Cisco Ramon#ask#shrinkthisviolet#fanfic writer director's commentary#NTNE

So I found this little snip bit in my docs and figured I share. It's clunky at best and can feel a bit odd since it's an isaki.
Anyways best of reading for yall.
I just about threw my phone again. It was getting on my nerves! Like why is she such a bitch to him! She manipulates and is so toxic.
The concept of this show is great the love interest hate her-hate hate hate her! It's not even meant to be a romance!!
The Flash was apart of the arrowverse list I decided to finally sit down and watch. Green Arrow season 1 passed, building was solid Helena that show’s Iris was dead. Omgosh how happy was i to see her die on screen. Why did the female leads or potential female leads have to be so manipulative. Like give me someone sweet and gentle with their hero partner. Something that while not physically strong is still strong and able to overcome stuff. I don't want her to feel so out of this world, more like if a hero clinged to the idea of normal. And her turn around to “i didn't want to be normal. I wanted to be abnormal like you. But with you I learned that normal is just fine. That normal is peacefully morning with coffee. They're watching kids in yards.” Domestic shit. And the hero? He gets that normal that he so desperately wanted.
Like that'd feel so much more in character for someone sweet and nerdy like Barry. Why the hell would he go for a journalist? Why would he stick with his first love who clearly wasn't interested in him. Like think of the angst of a world crossover where an Iris gets Barry versus not. It'd be much more interesting than whatever the hell Spiderman x Superman fusion they wanted for flash.
“did you throw you phone again?”
Stocking my tongue out at my Roommate, “Your sure one big simp.” They laughed at my agony, “they could do Barry so much better if they gave up the Iris subplot! Let her die and stay dead!”
“What like you?”
“What no! Why does everyone assume that? Like sure I'm not against filling shoes but I don't think I'd be a good match for him.”
“Why? You simp hard enough.”
“Romance and relationship aren't about simping, dude. Plus he needs to slow down and breath. I'm someone who needs to go fast. Sure theorically would could balance each other out but…”
“But?”
“I'm not that much in dululu land. I'm aggressive and visually angry all the time. Defensive at the best. We'd probably grate against each other and ruin the whole friendly sweet personality Barry has.”
“You know? I think it'd be the opposite. Like you want to go fast but he needs to slow down for you. Where he's friendly you could keep a leash on him. Where he's late your already planning and coming up with ways to make him on time. I think it'd be a match made in heaven.”
“Ewww stop feeding my delusions. It doesn't matter anyways.”
“Why?”
“Cause he's a simp for Iris.” I say turning back to my phone with the paused TV show. Grumbling going back to it.
“I wonder….” My roommate trailed off clicking my door shut once again, I got the weirdness uneasy feeling running down my spine. Though shrugged it off for a hunch that something bad was going to happen in the show.
Oh how right I was.
3 days later.
“Your Caitlin Snow. Your Cisco Ramon. Your Harrison Wells.” I slowly spun pointing at the once characters so far away was now within touching distance. “And that means your…” A red blurr skids to a stop, “Flash.”
I let the silence steep in the air as I chewed my thumb, “fucken Void.” I grabbed phone calling them immediately, “YOUR A FUCKEN BITCH! What did we say about dululus! WE DONT NOT ENCOURAGE OR CHANGE WORLDS TO SATISFY CURIOSITIES!”
“Well hello! I wanted to see if sparks would fly.”
“Oh sparks are gonna fly when I kill you and burn your body.” I snapped back before ending the call rubbing my forehead trying to think of a way go fix.
“So how'd you get in?” Cisco asked over his snack of the moment.
“Didn't mean to I opened a door.”
“A door?”
“Ya? Worlds are interconnected. You know the speedforce and realm jumping and all that shit.”
“You know about the Speedforce?”
“Now to find the right door so I can strangle my darling roommate. They said go for it. They said what could happen with an interdimetionable being? Nothing they'd be too scared to ruin the balance of things. NO NO ONE MET THIS Stupid fucker! So long as it's interesting it'll happen.” I wandered through Starlabs I could feel people staring into my back as I open and closed various doors in opens to finding the right one but no luck.
“So this happens often?”
“Yep.” Popping the P with a big sigh of defeat, as another door failed.
“So Void? Just sends you off with nothing?”
“No no. He chaotic neutral bish knows I know my way around this world.
“So its not random?”
“No. Gods do you enjoy interrogating me? World's often have echos of each order. Speedsters can only come I contact with ones that either have speedforce on it or if a doppelganger is there. Void doesn't have those restrictions. He's not a bad guy or even someone who you can fight. He's not a rogue or a metahuman you created. He just like putting theories to a test.”
“Is it alright that your sharing this information?”
“Sure it's not like you'll remember me when this is over.”
“Wait why not?”
“Cause I don't exist here? By allying myself with my roommate I essentially killed off any dopples of myself. I'm the one and only. And two you wouldn't remember me cause it'd break timelines. Everything I do will be edited to fit whatever narrative. With minor exceptions.”
“and those exceptions?”
“I'll will be replaced by someone who fits better.”

1, 4, 12, 18 and 23 for the salty ask game?
1.) What OTPs in your fandom(s) do you just not get?
Harry/Barry
Harry and Barry's relationship just lacks any kind of non-platonic chemistry to me. I kind of feel like Harry becomes the mentor to Barry that Eobard pretended to be? I dunno, they just don't click in my brain in any manner other than platonic, so I can't see them being QPPs or romantic partners.
4.) Do you have a NoTP in your fandom? Are they a popular OTP?
Caitlin/Cisco & Frost/Cisco
Killervibe - specifically the Caitlin/Cisco flavor of it - is a fairly popular OTP. And while I can get it as Caitlin ~ Cisco QPPs... I just really don't like them as a romantic ship. I attempted to get in the ship and while there were a couple of fics that were good, I just... got less and less interested in the ship until I reached a point where that ship showing up is often enough for me to close the tab if an otherwise interesting sounding req list fic I click on includes the ship.
Frost/Mark
WTF were the show runners thinking. I avoid this ship like the plague.
12.) Is there an unpopular arc that you like that the fandom doesn’t? Why?
Maybe? I think I tend to like the Nora 1.0 story line in S5 more than average. Yeah there was a looot in that season that was not handled well, but I think for the most part Nora was pretty well done. She definitely should have been younger - college aged maybe? - though I get that there was a comparison was being made between Nora and what S1 Barry was like, as well as a look at how far S5 Barry had come in maturing as a person yet still had to go before becoming a father.
Iris' side of the the story line deserved better, but that's basically a repeated refrain for every season.
18.) Does not shipping something ‘popular’ mean you’re in denial and/or biased?
Not inherently, no. But it is important to be able to interrogate yourself a bit to determine why you don't like something.
Take the Barry Allen/Iris West ship. There are a lot of reasons people don't ship the tv show version of these characters. Some people prefer Iris with Eddie because he treated her better in S1 than Barry did. Some people don't like the psuedo incest vibes that come from Barry and Iris being foster siblings - foster sibling romance is understandably a bit squicky for some people regardless of who is involved. It could be that Iris' lack of agency in the relationship is too uncomfortable for some people to enjoy the ship. But if the reason someone doesn't like Barry/Iris is solely because they only ship Barry with Caitlin or Patty or Linda - two of whom are white women and one who is a very light skinned asian woman - and no other reason than that (or the only other reason is they dislike Iris for reasons that boil down to misogynoir) then that person may want to consider that they've got some internalized racial biases or colorism to unpack.
Not shipping Barry/Iris isn't an automatic sign of biases that need unlearning, but it's important to understand why you don't like something because sometimes we internalize things like 'stuff that squick us out are morally bad' or racial biases. Learning to recognize those parts of ourselves in every day life - including social arenas like fandoms we're active parts of - is important in order to unlearn them.
As for being in denial, that tends to be more about non canon ships. There is a lot of amatonormativity wrapped up in that particular assertion. "of course I ship these two, friends don't act like that" :/
I really just can't be bothered to give people who argue that people are 'in denial' for not shipping a popular ship the time of day as a result.
23.) Unpopular character you love?
Ralph Dibny. He does start off as a misogynist asshole and he definitely deserved to get fired from the CCPD in his backstory, but his character growth is really impressive and... honestly? I think we need more stories where someone is an unlikable asshole but grows out of it. Complex characters who, when given support and kindness, realize they don't like who they are and take active steps to correct that. Stories that remind us it's not to late to turn your life around, if you're willing to take responsibility for yourself and unlearn the bad habits that weigh you down. And that if you're already in a good place yourself, supporting people trying to change, even when they stumble along the way, is an important thing to do to make the world itself a better place.
I mean... that's what the show the Good Place was all about and I loved it so very, very much. So it's really not any wonder that Ralph - who is kind of a male version of Eleanor Shellstrop in many ways - is a character I enjoyed as he learned to grow as a person.

Set just when Mick and Leonard leave ford the Legends.
Lisa rushed into Jitters and waited around lazily at the counter. She really needed to get away from her idiot brother and his even more stupid partner. She could't believe that she came back to the warehouse after driving around the state and what did she find? Nothing and no one.
Leonard left a note telling her not to do any big heists without them. And then said they were trying to go on a time traveling mission without her.
She honestly thought they would include her in more stuff since she joined them. But no, Leonard thought this one was "too dangerous" for her.
"Who the hell does he think he is" Lisa thought angrily.
She wasn't some little kid anymore, frankly she had never really been a kid. She had learned to handle herself since she was 7 years old. How to avoid questions from "helpful" adults and teachers, how to punch someone, how to make dinner for herself when Lewis was too drunk or didn't bother to come home that night.
Do it yourself or starve by yourself. That's what she learned.
She had been so excited to join her brother and Mick in all their heists together, the thrill of going on the run, the money she would get, the absolute pride when she took a diamond encrusted watch that would feed her for years off the wrist of another smarmy yuppy guy that she met at a club.
Oh yes, life in the bad lane was good.
And then the two left, telling her to not do anything "dangerous." Right. She would show them, maybe she was going to go steal from the bank again, no she was going to crash the White House. That would show them.
She knew she secretly disappointed her brother when she asked to join him instead of going to collage and getting a degree. He always said that he wanted her to do better but learning had never been Lisa's style.
Besides wherever Len went, she tended to follow. A habit that remained from her younger years when she would follow Lenny around to avoid Lewis.
She glanced around the door. So cheery and slightly boring with it's clear-cut walls that reminded her of a duller colored version of Starbucks.
Normally she would have headed over to Saints & Sinners or another store for a pack of alcoholic drinks but she decided she wasn't going to add drunken stupidity to her mess of feelings right now. She needed to think and stew about what Leonard and Mick did to her. Then plan how she was going to roast them for leaving her when they came back.
She was still glowering about it when a long-haired latino boy entered the cofee shop.
"Cisco Ramon" Lisa smirked. She remembered him fondly. He had been rather cute when she was lying to him before his kidnapping, and he held a certain charm that Lisa couldn't hep smile at.
"Cisco Ramon" Lisa smirked. She remembered him fondly. He had been rather cute when she was lying to him before his kidnapping, and he held a certain charm that Lisa couldn't hep smile at.
Then there was the whole thing with her father. She really appreciated what he did for her. Saving her life, and Lenny's life and everything. The kiss was especially good. She never thought that such a dork like him could be a strong kisser. He beaten her tongue quickly and that just made her want to pull him closer. Make the kiss never end.
"Hell-O, Cisco" Lisa purred, sidling up to him in line.
"Oh Lisa, I didn't know, I mean I didn't think you would still be, you're back um...um hi" Cisco squeaked
"Thought I was still out of town. Well I'm back" she smiled, deciding to screw him "I came for you, Ramon"
"Really?" he blushed, looking so pleased that Lisa almost hated to burst his bubble. Almost.
"Well mainly for some more cons but you were a stop I was planning to make too" Lisa said, as the barista called up her order.
"More heists? But I though that Captain Cold and Heatwave.." he trailed off when he saw her glare "You're all alone here?"
"Not all alone. Just temporarily in charge of stealing everything from Central while they go do whatever they're doing." Lisa said, taking a sip of decaf
"Go time traveling with Rip" Cisco offered
"Yeah, that." Lisa rolled her eyes
"I get it. My girlfriend, well my ex-girlfriend Kendra also left to join them." Lisa raised an eyebrow.
"Girlfriend? Why Cisco? Have you've been holding out on me" Lisa grinned, imaging what goods he must be hiding under the covers.
Cisco blushed furiously, "We're in public, Lisa"
"I see...Can't you at least give me an estimate" she chewed her lip, stifling a snort at his horrified expression of embarrassment
"No!" Cisco said a little too loudly, drawing harsh looks from two of the tables near them.
"Guess I'll find out myself." Lisa finished, earning another embarrassed glance from Cisco as he looked to see if anyone was actually listening to their scandalous conversation.
Deciding to let him off the hook, she moved to another topic "So what's so special about this ex?"
"Oh well she is really sweet, and into nature, and she just moved here and she has the best sense of humor. She actually quotes Star Wars movies!" Cisco started to ramble on.
Lisa put a finger to his lips, silencing him "I meant why was she chosen to go on the mission" she said. She felt a little twinge of jealousy when he started listing all the things he liked about his ex. She coils be sweet if she was in the mood too, and she knew Star Wars quotes. She didn't know them voluntarily, but what girl would like Star Wars voluntarily? This ex probably just googled the quotes to impress him.
"Oh can't really say. Flash stuff" Cisco answered
"So you have to really be close with the Flash to get on" Lisa mumbled. She guessed her brother fit the bill, he knew his identity and everything. Still it was unfair, she wanted to tangle with the big guns for once.
"You must wish you could join him" Cisco nodded, as he paid the cashier for his cup. He said it matter-of-factly and not at all with pity or attempt to comfort her.
"Just to make sure he doesn't do anything stupid. Maybe steal something worthwhile." Lisa replied.
She wished it hadn't happened so soon. she still wanted to talk to him about killing their father, and it had only been a few months since she started helping him with thefts. She really did want to spend time with him. Make up for those years he took care of her by being a useful partner that he could respect.
"You know if you ever..want to..like if you have nothing else to do..um you can stop by the Labs. I always need a movie buddy" Cisco suggested. His eyes looked at her sincerely, and she could tell that he meant it as an honest invitation. Not just to get into her pants like so many other guys.
"I would like that, I'll think about it" Lisa said
They sipped their coffee in companionable silence as they leaned on the counter.
Suddenly Cisco's pone ranged loudly with some techno beat and he almost dropped his cup. He scrambled to open the phone.
"Yeah uh huh no way! Got it, on my own" Cisco nodded intently from his side of their phone conversation looking serious and slightly worried.
He turned it off and chugged the rest of his drink.
"Well duty calls" he nodded to her as he started to walk out the door. Lisa decided to make her decision now while he was still in the shop, less of a chance for her to start stewing about the stupid time traveling thing again.
"Hey Cisco" she shouted as he was about to close the door behind him, "I'll see you Saturday" she waved her cup of coffee and saw a genuine smile replace his worried frown.
"Great meet you at the Lab" he called and raced off
Lisa sipped her drink again, noticing that it tasted sweeter. Satisfied, she dumped it in the trash and walked out.
There was no time to give too much thought to her brother and Mick. Maybe an hour or two of planning revenge. But then she would have to get a head start on finding an outfit for her date. She desperately needed to steal some new jewelry.
She was so glad that she chose to get coffee today.

For marketers to remain relevant, it's time to upskill and reskill. In this blog, we'll cover these trends and highlight the digital marketing skills you need to stay relevant.

Compliance knowledge: Staying up to date on data protection regulations and maintaining compliance with them.
Transparency: Building trust by allowing transparency in data collection and usage practices.

To stay ahead in this competitive market, businesses must keep up with the latest trends. Here’s a comprehensive look at the emerging digital marketing trends in Bangalore for 2024.
1. Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning
Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) are revolutionizing digital marketing strategies. In 2024, we see these technologies becoming more integrated into marketing tools and platforms. AI can analyze vast amounts of data to provide insights into consumer behavior, predict trends, and personalize marketing efforts.
For instance, Bangalore-based startups like Vahan and niki.ai are leveraging AI to enhance customer engagement. AI-driven chatbots are becoming more sophisticated, offering 24/7 customer support, and improving user experience. According to a report by MarketsandMarkets, the AI in the marketing market is expected to grow from USD 10.1 billion in 2021 to USD 38.4 billion by 2026, indicating a significant rise in AI adoption.
2. Voice Search Optimization
With the proliferation of smart devices and virtual assistants like Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant, and Apple Siri, voice search is becoming increasingly popular. In Bangalore, tech-savvy consumers are embracing this trend, making voice search optimization crucial for businesses.
To optimize for voice search, businesses need to focus on natural language processing and conversational keywords. According to a study by Juniper Research, the number of voice assistants in use is expected to reach 8 billion by 2023. This trend underscores the importance of creating content that answers specific questions and optimizing local SEO to capture voice search traffic.
3. Video Marketing and Live Streaming
Video content continues to dominate the digital marketing landscape. In 2024, video marketing is expected to account for over 82% of all consumer internet traffic, according to Cisco. In Bangalore, where internet penetration and smartphone usage are high, video marketing presents a massive opportunity for businesses to engage with their audience.
Live streaming, in particular, is gaining traction. Platforms like Instagram Live, Facebook Live, and YouTube Live allow brands to interact with their audience in real-time. Events, product launches, and Q&A sessions can be live-streamed to create a sense of urgency and exclusivity. Bangalore-based brands like Flipkart and Myntra have successfully leveraged live streaming to boost engagement and sales.
4. Influencer Marketing
Influencer marketing continues to be a powerful tool for brands to reach their target audience. In Bangalore, a city with a burgeoning community of influencers across various niches, this trend is only set to grow. Influencers provide authentic and relatable content that resonates with their followers, making them valuable partners for brand promotion.
According to Influencer Marketing Hub, the influencer marketing industry is projected to grow to approximately USD 13.8 billion in 2021. Local influencers in Bangalore, whether they are tech reviewers, fashion bloggers, or food critics, have a significant impact on their audience. Collaborating with these influencers can help brands build trust and expand their reach.
5. Personalization and Customer Experience
Personalization is no longer a luxury but a necessity in digital marketing. Consumers expect tailored experiences that cater to their preferences and needs. In Bangalore, where competition is fierce, providing a personalized customer experience can set a brand apart.
Leveraging data analytics and AI, businesses can deliver personalized content, product recommendations, and marketing messages. According to Epsilon, 80% of consumers are more likely to make a purchase when brands offer personalized experiences. Bangalore-based e-commerce platforms like BigBasket and Swiggy are already using personalization to enhance user experience and drive sales.
6. Social Commerce
Social media platforms are evolving into powerful e-commerce channels. In 2024, social commerce is expected to continue its upward trajectory. Platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest are integrating shopping features that allow users to purchase products directly through social media.
In Bangalore, where social media usage is high, social commerce offers an exciting opportunity for businesses to drive sales. According to a report by Statista, the social commerce market in India is expected to reach USD 7.4 billion by 2024. Brands can leverage shoppable posts, stories, and live shopping events to engage with their audience and boost conversions.
7. Augmented Reality and Virtual Reality
Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR) are transforming the way brands interact with consumers. These immersive technologies provide unique and engaging experiences that can capture the attention of tech-savvy consumers in Bangalore.
Brands can use AR for virtual try-ons, interactive advertisements, and product demonstrations. VR can be used for virtual tours and immersive brand experiences. According to a report by Statista, the AR and VR market is expected to grow to USD 72.8 billion by 2024. Bangalore-based companies like Myntra and Lenskart are already incorporating AR into their apps to enhance the shopping experience.
8. Sustainability and Social Responsibility
Consumers are becoming increasingly conscious of sustainability and social responsibility. Brands that prioritize ethical practices and social impact are likely to gain favor with these consumers. In Bangalore, a city known for its progressive mindset, businesses can benefit from aligning their values with those of their audience.
Marketing campaigns that highlight a brand’s commitment to sustainability, ethical sourcing, and community initiatives can resonate deeply with consumers. According to a survey by Nielsen, 73% of global consumers are willing to change their consumption habits to reduce environmental impact. Highlighting such initiatives can enhance brand loyalty and attract socially conscious consumers.
9. Data Privacy and Security
With the growing concern over data privacy and security, businesses must prioritize protecting consumer data. The implementation of regulations like the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and India’s Personal Data Protection Bill underscores the importance of data security.
In Bangalore, where tech-savvy consumers are aware of data privacy issues, businesses must ensure transparency and compliance with data protection laws. Building trust through robust data security measures can enhance customer loyalty and mitigate risks associated with data breaches.
10. Omnichannel Marketing
Omnichannel marketing provides a seamless customer experience across multiple channels, both online and offline. In Bangalore, where consumers interact with brands through various touchpoints, an omnichannel approach can enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales.
Brands need to integrate their marketing efforts across social media, websites, mobile apps, and physical stores to create a cohesive experience. According to a study by Harvard Business Review, 73% of consumers use multiple channels during their shopping journey. Implementing an omnichannel strategy can help businesses in Bangalore reach their audience effectively and provide a consistent brand experience.
Conclusion
The digital marketing landscape in Bangalore is evolving rapidly, driven by technological advancements and changing consumer behavior. Staying abreast of these emerging trends is crucial for businesses to remain competitive and achieve their marketing goals. From AI and voice search optimization to video marketing and social commerce, leveraging these trends can help businesses in Bangalore create impactful and engaging marketing campaigns.
As we move forward in 2024, the key to success lies in understanding the local market, embracing innovation, and prioritizing customer experience. By aligning with these trends, businesses in Bangalore can navigate the digital landscape effectively and drive sustainable growth.

so I had the 'what if Iris got car-wrecked into a visual novel' fic idea, but.......
There's also the 'reincarnated as the villainess' sub genre there and just. Caitlin. She's a medical student who is very much suffering from burn out and has been trying to stave it off by obsessing over this otome game where the main character is this really adorable girl called Iris West and of course there's the usual four guys with a fifth hidden route and Caitlin has played three routes so far. Ronnie/Iris, Eddie/Iris, and Cisco/Iris... and she knows there's also Julian/Iris and the final 'true' path of Barry/Iris, which only unlocks when all four base paths are completed.
But then Caitlin (if that was really her name in the RL, usually they're original lives go nameless in this genre) gets hit by a car and dies. On Earth. In the world of An Iris for the Heroes, Killer Frost wakes up after a pre-game fight with the Flash where she hit her head and barely got away... and remembers being Caitlin Snow.
It's a super hero/high school AU with secret identities and so no one knows that mild mannered Barry Allen is the brash hero the Flash, who has a particular soft spot for his childhood friend and reporter for the school newspaper, Iris West. Caitlin Snow, whose identity as Killer Frost was also a secret until the end of some of the routes where she's either arrested or killed, was the villain. A school bully towards Iris by day and pain in the ass for the Flash and Vibe and toxic friend for Alchemy by night. She features little in the Cobalt Blue path and is a love rival in the FIRESTORM path - though Caitlin only knows some of the details.
She also knows now that Caitlin Snow of the An Iris for Heroes world had an abusive home life until her powers manifested and accidentally killed her parents. She decided that must make her a horrible person, which was why Killer Frost chose to become a villain. Feeling like her parents deaths at her hands, no matter how they treated her, made her irredeemable. But now this new personality is in charge and she had a relatively stable, if somewhat neglected, home life and she doesn't think being a villainess is all she deserves. She wants to survive, become a doctor, and save lives in turn.
So obviously the first life she has to save is her own. She's living on her own, the previous version of her having already been emancipated from her Aunt over the summer. And so she would be starting as a new student at the same school as the rest of the main cast from the game in a week. Which gives her some time to write down all the events she remembers either from playing the game itself or from reading spoilers online.
She stops going out as Killer Frost, but learns that if she doesn't use her powers once a day, she suffers side effects. Once school starts, Caitlin figures that all she needs to do is not team up with Alchemy - Julian - and not bully Iris and she'll be golden. Unless this really is a game world and it might be harder.
She winds up paired as lab partners with Julian and does find she likes him but quickly notes that he, uh... likes her more than she likes him. Thankfully she also meets Cisco and they become fast friends and it's very definitely a platonic besties deal. Except Cisco is also besties with Barry and Caitlin is wary 'cause... the Flash. But also the closer she gets to Iris' circle the more she worries about some kind of fate shoving her into the villainess role no matter what she does.
Except Barry's kinda cool and fun and Caitlin winds up friends with him anyway. And then she meets Iris and Iris is every bit as cool as Caitlin remembers her being from the game. Truth was, Caitlin liked to imagine she was the one Iris was romancing every time she played the game and now... but of course, Iris is clearly straight. Having five male love interests and no flirtations with the ladies makes that pretty clear. The only real F/F ship in the fandom was Iris/Linda and, in universe, Iris sets her best friend Linda up with her younger brother Wally.
Except, one night, in her new 'definitely not Killer Frost' outfit, working out some of her ice power build up from the day, Caitlin kinda... rescues the Flash from Alchemy. He shouldn't need her help, but then in the game this fight was Flash vs Killer Frost and Alchemy and he managed to win by causing Killer Frost to accidentally freeze Alchemy and she had to run off to safely defrost him. Just Alchemy vs the Flash, however, allowed Alchemy to really let loose and the Flash is knocked out and almost unmasked. Caitlin manages to scare Alchemy off and then freaks out because she doesn't know where to take Barry for safety. In her panic, the only place Caitlin can think of is... Iris West's home.
I'm thinking this would be... Snowestallen + Cisco/Ronnie + Wallinda + Julian/Hartley (who was, of course, a minor antagonist in the game for Vibe's path) + some overarching villain that is probably Eobard since Barry's path is the 'true path' from the game

KServe Providers Serve NIMble Cloud & Data Centre Inference
It’s going to get easier than ever to implement generative AI in the workplace.
NVIDIA NIM, an array of microservices for generative AI inference, will integrate with KServe, an open-source programme that automates the deployment of AI models at the scale of cloud computing applications.
Because of this combination, generative AI can be implemented similarly to other large-scale enterprise applications. Additionally, it opens up NIM to a broad audience via platforms from other businesses, including Red Hat, Canonical, and Nutanix.
NVIDIA’s solutions are now available to clients, ecosystem partners, and the open-source community thanks to the integration of NIM on KServe. With a single API call via NIM, all of them may benefit from the security, performance, and support of the NVIDIA AI Enterprise software platform – the current programming equivalent of a push button.
AI provisioning on Kubernetes
Originally, KServe was a part of Kubeflow, an open-source machine learning toolkit built on top of Kubernetes, an open-source software containerisation system that holds all the components of big distributed systems.
KServe was created as Kubeflow’s work on AI inference grew, and it eventually developed into its own open-source project.
The KServe software is currently used by numerous organisations, including AWS, Bloomberg, Canonical, Cisco, Hewlett Packard Enterprise,as IBM, Red Hat, Zillow, and NVIDIA. Several organisations have contributed to and used the software.
Behind the Scenes With KServe
In essence, KServe is a Kubernetes addon that uses AI inference like a potent cloud app. It runs with optimal performance, adheres to a common protocol, and supports TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, PyTorch, and XGBoost without requiring users to be familiar with the specifics of those AI frameworks.
These days, with the rapid emergence of new large language models (LLMs), the software is very helpful.
KServe makes it simple for users to switch between models to see which one best meets their requirements. Additionally, a KServe feature known as “canary rollouts” automates the process of meticulously validating and progressively releasing an updated model into production when one is available.
GPU autoscaling is an additional feature that effectively controls model deployment in response to fluctuations in service demand, resulting in optimal user and service provider experiences.
KServe API
With the convenience of NVIDIA NIM, the goodness of KServe will now be accessible.
All the complexity is handled by a single API request when using NIM. Whether their application is running in their data centre or on a remote cloud service, enterprise IT administrators receive the metrics they need to make sure it is operating as efficiently and effectively as possible. This is true even if they decide to switch up the AI models they’re employing.
With NIM, IT workers may alter their organization’s operations and become experts in generative AI. For this reason, numerous businesses are implementing NIM microservices, including Foxconn and ServiceNow.
Numerous Kubernetes Platforms are Rideable by NIM
Users will be able to access NIM on numerous corporate platforms, including Red Hat’s OpenShift AI, Canonical’s Charmed KubeFlow and Charmed Kubernetes, Nutanix GPT-in-a-Box 2.0, and many more, because of its interaction with KServe.
Contributing to KServe, Yuan Tang is a principal software engineer at Red Hat. “Red Hat and NVIDIA are making open source AI deployment easier for enterprises “Tang said. The Red Hat-NVIDIA partnership will simplify open source AI adoption for organisations, he said. By upgrading KServe and adding NIM support to Red Hat OpenShift AI, they can simplify Red Hat clients’ access to NVIDIA’s generative AI platform.
“NVIDIA NIM inference microservices will enable consistent, scalable, secure, high-performance generative AI applications from the cloud to the edge.with Nutanix GPT-in-a-Box 2.0,” stated Debojyoti Dutta, vice president of engineering at Nutanix, whose team also contributes to KServe and Kubeflow.
Andreea Munteanu, MLOps product manager at Canonical, stated, “We’re happy to offer NIM through Charmed Kubernetes and Charmed Kubeflow as a company that also contributes significantly to KServe.” “Their combined efforts will enable users to fully leverage the potential of generative AI, with optimal performance, ease of use, and efficiency.”
NIM benefits dozens of other software companies just by virtue of their use of KServe in their product offerings.
Contributing to the Open-Source Community
Regarding the KServe project, NVIDIA has extensive experience. NVIDIA Triton Inference Server uses KServe’s Open Inference Protocol, as mentioned in a recent technical blog. This allows users to execute several AI models concurrently across multiple GPUs, frameworks, and operating modes.
NVIDIA concentrates on use cases with KServe that entail executing a single AI model concurrently across numerous GPUs.
NVIDIA intends to actively contribute to KServe as part of the NIM integration, expanding on its portfolio of contributions to open-source software, which already includes TensorRT-LLM and Triton. In addition, NVIDIA actively participates in the Cloud Native Computing Foundation, which promotes open-source software for several initiatives, including generative AI.
Using the Llama 3 8B or Llama 3 70B LLM models, try the NIM API in the NVIDIA API Catalogue right now. NIM is being used by hundreds of NVIDIA partners throughout the globe to implement generative AI.
