Call me autistic, I found a kind of liberation in exploring the "quotidiality" of my life, which expressed itself in me finding a spectacular road to writing my master's thesis, going to the library every day, enjoying life. But after that was done, it was a recipe for disaster.
I realized that I have a kind of common sense, but I cannot use it to do anything; I mean, I could write a blog post et cetera, but to achieve something truly great, that's the real trick. So I basically found that I have to retry my original set-up of achieving some kind of routine - I mean, my life was harder, but clearer when I made that system; now I need a new system.
You need your own kind of job. This is truly the legacy of Britishness: the fact that you can conduct yourself in a way that is logical, yet not retarded, or perhaps I should say, egg-headed. I believe in chess, for instance, but frankly I also realized it was nothing for me - but in that moment of uncertainty, I decided on embracing it in a kind of logical, English kind of sense; just like I have long-ago embraced drinking tea, but only now am I upgrading to an essential part of my reality, in a sense; and in this wise, we are becoming verily wiser men. You see, I was delivering mail and suddenly I realized I could drink coffee, or tea. But yeah: it's like, when you drink coffee the day is simply another day, but when you drink tea you are diving headlong into life. Oh, yeah, maybe life is simpler when you have a clear job that gets you out of bed every day, but maybe life is way harder that way, because you are just stuck in a crazy loop and you are not free. This is why I would like to be a columnist; and this is why I am reforming my life. I am going to learn, I am going to get moving.

Church Hill, c 1890, showing St Philip's Church and, less obviously, the Scots' Church. Also the Sydney General Post Office tower.

a special moment
There comes a special moment in everyone’s life, a moment for which that person was born. That special opportunity, when he seizes it, will fulfill his mission – a mission for which he is uniquely qualified. In that moment, he finds greatness. It is his finest hour. Winston Churchhill, quoted byJohn Maxwell, The 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership, p. 238.

VIRGO ASC observation.
I noticed people with Virgo ASC celebrities are often communicating and responding to message of the people! what they create often reflects their observations and what they believe the world is in need of.
examples:
Donald Glover (childish gambino), steve jobs, dolly parton, winston churchhill, Kurt Cobain, paul mccartney, Mozart, King Henry 6th, oscar wilde, franklin d. Roosevelt, etc.
They often are part of revolutionary shift in what they pursue, they play a major part in culture shifts esp in the arts. They ‘re experts at examining the needs of the people around them and communicate the same needs precisely. Paul Mccartney brought the modern age into rock music and allowed for innovation of recording techniques. King Henry 6th separated the Catholic Chruch from England and started a form of protestantism called “The Church of England.”

On book four now. I definitely prefer the movie and it's for a MULTITUDE of reasons [most of which relate to how st aggies was tied to the pure ones and how kludd and metalbeak were changed too]
Generally speaking ive always felt that with the right director an adaptation is capable of doing really well even if significant changes are made [look at lotr or httyd] and it doesnt mean the source material is any less brilliant or whatever but here its like oh thank god you actually managed to make smth more interesting than the books did
Started reading the gahoole books and so far i think i prefer the movie more

I went to the Churchhill museum in London, which is in the bunker that he spent most of his time in during WWII. Lots of neat exhibits, and I think it's the first time I ever went to a museum that was entirely focused on a single person, going into exhaustive detail.
However, as I kept reading the signs (these are not actually direct quotes):
"Winston Churchill had an excessive dislike of noise, loathed the sound of whistling and people eating, and had the typewriters silenced."
"Winston Churchill was very particular about the materials used to make his clothes."
"Winston Churchill was very particular about his food."
"Winston Churchill had a very tightly structured and predictable routine that he took pains to never have disturbed."
"Winston Churchill's famous witticisms were planned weeks in advance by studying the issues and imaging all possible social interactions."
"Winston Churchill often floundered when doing things he was disinterested in, but had an almost obsessive drive for things that had his attention."
"Winston Churchill was very blunt and direct, to the point of being considered rude by his colleagues."
And I'm reading all this thinking "Wait ... was Winston Churchill on the spectrum?"
(For what it's worth, I went looking for some sources after the fact, and the consensus is that he maybe had ADHD or bipolar disorder or both. But standing in that museum, reading all these plaques about his "quirks" and "eccentricities", I definitely felt like I was putting some pieces together.)
