I was today years old when I noticed the Vanity Cards at the end of Big Bang theory (Just watched episode #4. No I didn't know what vanity cards were until I decided to find out what's going on) change, and evidently Chuck Lorre has been doing this on his shows since 2009.

Who has two thumbs and rarely watches sitcoms? 👍This Guy👍.

I've learned to enjoy Chuck Lorre's Vanity Cards.  His TV series "Two and a Half Men" doesn't appeal to me very much, but as I catch the tail end of it in recording 7 PM shows, I've come to enjoy stopping the DVR on his Vanity cards and reading them, being that he can be quite creative.  So I did so today and really found a funny one, it being "#473", which reads as follows:

"The other night I woke up at three in the morning with a powerful urge to, how can i say this delicately...void my bladder. Barely awake, I stumbled into the bathroom, lifted the seat, then, for reasons we can only call stupid, decided I was too sleepy to stand. So I sat down and fell into the toilet. Shocked by the ass splashdown, I leaped up, slammed my head against the door, stumbled backwards, ripped the phone off the wall - yes, I have a phone in there - then stuck the landing with one foot in the magazine basket and the other in the toilet. The next morning I considered using my nocturnal mishap in a sitcom, but decided against it because I didn't think anyone would believe it."

And I'm even still laughing as I just typed and then read this back to myself after having copied it off the TV screen.  Very funny stuff!   LOL

Ahh, memories!

Timehop reminded me today that 10 years ago yesterday my family and I went to a taping of The Big Bang Theory. It feels like it was maybe 3 years ago. Where has the time gone!?

Today I rewatched the episode, The Pants Alternative, and saw this was Chuck Lorre's vanity card, and then I spent a good twenty minutes trying to figure out if that came actually from our taping or if it was from another that took place closer to the airdate.

I think I maybe see my sister and my dad, but think I may just be grasping at straws, hoping that it's our group, lol!

OK so the bullet wound is clearly not normal and some people are even saying the S15 title card is Sam's bullet wound. I'm not so sure about that but do you actual think Sam is getting a big storyline? Also I wonder if the reason Jensen struggled with the shows last ep is because for once it isn't all about Dean and will be Sam focused and why Jared was happy with it right off the bat.

Title or vanity cards rarely hold secret or passive-aggressive messages (Chuck Lorre anyone?).... but as they already know the ending, who knows, they could be playing with you scamps.  I thought it looked like the Empty has ruptured and burning like a disappointing Big Bang Bust.

Except for season 10, Sam always get the storyline.  I know I know, you’re talking about what’s-wrong-with-Sam-fetish-arc, I get it, the show is called “Supernatural” after all.  Answer your question, yes.   Sam and Chuck have the same wound and I think Sam will go though the same trajectory with Chuck as he did with John and Dean: idolization, doubt, rebellion, reconcillation, forgiveness, and finally be the son on his own terms.  He’s now in the rebellion stage with Chuck.  When Sam asked Chuck in last season’s finale if He was watching them the entire time while doing nothing, I got flashes to the first season when Sam found out that John had watched him from afar while he was at Stanford while not interferring in his new life.

SPN finale are usually Sam-focused and I expect the same in the series finale.  I think Sam and Dean will get a hero send off but on Sam’s term, which is why Jared liked the ending and Jensen had to take time to understand and accept it, just like Dean. I think it was my dash that said it took Jensen two years to understand why Amara bringing back his mother was truly what Dean needed, instead of Jensen’s choice of John Winchester.
