Yes I know Roschel, Leyton and Chair are some of my biggest notps for sure. I do want to also say that even if you ship these couples that is okay or anyone who likes these couples I have no issue with it at all! Anyone should be able to ship what they want!

Most of the time, I correlate the soundtracks of the shows to the couples they were playing during, and I pay attention to the music playing. However, in light of your TS mention, I have decided to pick Taylor songs only for this ask. As you say, she has so many that work for a lot of ships.

Lucas and Peyton (One Tree Hill): I Almost Do - This happened last night while listening to Red (Taylor's Version) in the bath. I feel like it's them when they aren't together.

Chuck and Blair (Gossip Girl): The Way I Loved You - Same rule applies here...this song fits them when they are with other people.

Damon and Elena (The Vampire Diaries): Maroon - Really, every song ever makes me think of them. With Maroon, it's mostly the "one I was dancing with" because my babies love dancing with each other. The whole song is really them, though.

Pacey and Joey (Dawson's Creek): This Love - I mean...could it be more perfect for them?

Bronwyn and Nate (One of Us is Lying): Everything Has Changed - It's the "your eyes look like coming home" and "and all my walls, stood tall painted blue, but I'll take 'em down, take 'em down, and open up the door for you, and all I feel, in my stomach is butterflies, the beautiful kind, makin' up for lost time." Album Review: New Riders of the Purple Sage - Hempsteader: Live At The Calderone Concert Hall, Hempstead, New York, June 25, 1976

Forty-eight years after the fact, listeners can still hear the excitement that swirled around New York’s Calderone Concert Hall in 1976 when New Riders of the Purple Sage opened the show with “Panama Red.”

The gig is out on the sonically pure Hempsteader: Live At The Calderone Concert Hall, Hempstead, New York, June 25, 1976, and captures an era as well as a night of music.

Most of it is grand, though the blatant sexism of the day is evident in songs like “Annie May” and “I Heard You’ve Been Layin’ My Old Lady” and that is disturbing enough that even Hazel Dickens’ “You Put Her There” cannot cleanse the aftertaste of such material. On a happier note, the big-bang of rock-country also played songs by Delbert McClinton (“Honky Tonkin’ (I Guess I Done Me Some)”), Chuck Berry (“You Never Can Tell”) and the Rolling Stones (“Dead Flowers”) among others and transplanted them to rural settings.

Nonconformists from the get-go, the original Grateful Dead spin-off group got the hit out of the way and then got down to exploring its back catalog and promoting its 1976 MCA Records debut, New Riders. There was also the matter of breaking in bassist Stephen Love, who joined electric guitarists John Dawson and David Nelson; pedal steeler and MVP Buddy Cage; and drummer Spencer Dryden after they’d recorded the aforementioned LP with former Byrd Skip Battin. The new lineup hiccups now and then, but previews its strengths on such highlights as “Fifteen Days under the Hood” and “Glendale Train.”

untitled drabble of a fic I haven't decided I wanted to write yet

"Boys, this is Eleanor Dawson. She's the nurse for the UW rowing team. This is the second year she's had this position and she will continue to hold the position until she leaves or decides she doesn't want it anymore." Coach Ulbrickson gestured to the woman next to him, a beauty wearing a knitted sweater, rolled khakis and boots. She tilted her head to the side and smiled kindly, rolling up and down on the balls of her feet.

"Now if you have any questions or comments or concerns, you can go to her if Bolles, Pocock, or myself are unavailable."

"Excuse me sir, but why would we go to the nurse about rowing questions?"

The boys glanced at each other, shoulders and heads ducked at the chuckles of the varsity boys and their coxswain. Chuck slowly lowered his hand, almost immediately regretting his question.

The young woman stepped forwards, smile decidedly less friendly.

"Because," her eyes scanned the faces of the young men in front of her, "Mr. Day, is it? I've been the stroke and rowing captain of the JV girls team since my freshman year of college. That's why you can go to the nurse about rowing."

Don, with his head ducked, could still tell Chuck's face went red from his collarbones all the way to his hairline. He sensed the smirk of Coach Ulbrickson and Bolles.

"Now here's what we are going to do. The varsity team already know this but you have a week to come to me, either here before or after practice or at the on campus clinic for a physical."

Grumbling from all of the boys.

Bobby, the cheeky little shit he was, grinned. "And if certain members don't want to participate in their physicals?"

"Then Mr. Moch, they don't row."

And with that, the pretty nurse turned and strode back into the boathouse, hair bouncing in the ponytail.

Before heading back, Cherry and Alicia wanted to "explore the house" that Dawson and Cherry got chased out of by a close encounter with a lone townie and definitely not just make out for a bit or whatever.
