Nothing like falling on your sword for the Emperor with No Clothes. Trump has been relentlessly attacking Kemp for not stealing the Mersiv atlanta dec 17th 2022 the eastern georgia shirt. Then again, cult members go where Dear Leader is. Whether it’s Washington DC, Waco, or Guyana. You just go. These past, grueling 4 years have obviously shown us not to expect to find an ounce of integrity, honor or courage in a Republican politician. They all suffer from Trumpholm Syndrome… However, Elite Legal Ninja Strike Force With Laser Eyes, Jenna Ellis, who reportedly contacted Dr. Oz asking if it was possible that Rudy Giuliani could have transmitted his covid to her when he farted in her fucking mouth on live television, was not amused. Is this an event that employees, and not the company, are organizing and funding? If yes, distribute a general email message or flyer, inviting people to attend and contribute. State that the event isn’t employer-sponsored. Also try to word the invitation so that it’s about including people, not about hitting-up for contributions (even though the “user fee” does need to be clearly stated). If the employer is hosting the party, the company should pay for everything. It’s very bad etiquette to sponsor any kind of event and expect guests to foot the bill; this is true for any business or social occasion.

EVE PLUMB
April 29, 1958
Eve Aline Plumb was born April 29, 1958, in Burbank, California, to Flora June (née Dobry) and Neely Ben Plumb. She has one sister, Flora, and a brother, Ben She is best known for playing middle daughter Jan Brady on the sitcom “The Brady Bunch” (1969-74). She reprised the role on numerous reunion series and films, including “The Brady Brides” (1981) and “A Very Brady Christmas” (1988).
Plumb began appearing in commercials at age 7, and made her TV debut in a an episode of a sitcom titled “My Brother The Angel” aka “The Smothers Brothers Show.” The series also featured “Lucy” cast members like Shirley Mitchell, Gail Bonney, Barbara Pepper, Jonathan Hole, Charles Lane, Tyler McVey, Alan Reed, Mary Treen, Tol Avery, Jesslyn Fax, Kathleen Freeman, Jay Novello, Ross Elliott, William Fawcett, Chick Chandler, Madge Blake, Eleanor Audley, Mabel Albertson, Roy Roberts, Rolfe Sedan, and Elvia Allman. The series was created by Aaron Spelling.
“The Brady Bunch” (1969-74) was a sitcom take on the blended family. Plumb did all 117 episodes of the series, as well as returning as Jan for some (but not all) of the subsequent TV iterations, including “The Brady Kids” (animated), “The Brady Brides,” and “The Bradys”.
Lucille Ball had tackled this same territory the year before in the 1968 feature film Yours, Mine and Ours. There were rumors that Lucy was being considered to play Carol Brady, but she opted to employ her own children in “Here’s Lucy” instead. There was even legal action take against Brady producer, Sherwood Schwartz, regarding intellectual property, but it was settled before it came to court.
Coincidentally, Sherwood Schwartz, creator of “The Brady Bunch” wrote the play “Mr. and Mrs.” that inspired Lucille Ball’s 1964 TV special of the same.
Sherwood’s brother Al wrote for “Here’s Lucy” (although not the episode featuring Plumb)...
and their other brother Elroy wrote a few episodes of “The Lucy Show.”
In 1972, Plumb became part of the Lucy family - literally - when she played Patricia Carter, Lucy Carter’s niece, in “Lucy and Donny Osmond” (HL S5;E11) on “Here’s Lucy.”
In the episode, Young Patricia had a crush on Donny Osmond, while Donny had a crush on Patricia’s older cousin Kim. Plumb filmed this episode simultaneously with “The Brady Bunch” which aired Friday nights on ABC while “Lucy” was seen Monday nights on CBS. This is her only time acting with Lucille Ball.
Osmond, Bobby Sherman, and David Cassidy were the biggest pop stars for Tiger Beat magazine in the early 1970s. Naturally this “Here’s Lucy” episode got lots of press in the teen magazines.
Coincidentally, over at the Brady home, Jan’s older sister Marcia had a crush on Desi Arnaz Jr. on a 1970 episode of “The Brady Bunch” and Arnaz guest-starred as himself – at the same time as he was playing Craig Carter on “Here’s Lucy.”
After growing up, Plumb continued to work in television, portraying a teenage prostitute in the NBC television film Dawn: Portrait of a Teenage Runaway (1976), and as Elizabeth March in the 1978 miniseries Little Women.
“I'll always be Jan Brady to so many people. I can't escape it, but I can do other things.” ~ Eve Plumb
In the 1990s, Plumb began painting, fashioning for herself a second artistic career. She works out of a studio at her Laguna Beach home.

Christmas with the Kranks (2004)
I know it might be hard to believe, but last night was the first time I've ever seen this movie. Even more controversial, I'm not really a fan of Tim Allen. But this movie is exactly what I would expect with him as a lead.
If you still haven't seen it either, Luther Krank (Tim Allen) and his wife Nora (Jamie Lee Curtis) are skipping Christmas because their daughter Blair (Julie Gonzalo) joined the Peace Corps and got sent to Peru. By the way, Luther says the Peace Corps wouldn't send her somewhere dangerous- this is false. They 100% would. Anyway, so Luther convinces Nora that since they'll be miserable without Blair, they should go on a cruise instead. And since Christmas is normally such a big deal for them, they should abstain from anything Christmas related altogether. But nobody can convince me that Nora didn't buy a ton of gifts for Blair at least. The Kranks live in a modern day Pleasantville so everybody is losing it when they hear about skipping Christmas. Literally. The printer who does Christmas cards, the boy scouts, the police, and all the neighbors are deeply upset. Nora would rather go through the motions because she doesn't want to upset everyone, especially not Vic Frohmeyer (Dan Aykroyd). He's the most influential person in the neighborhood. Vic starts off trying to understand and be civil- he just wants the Kranks to put up the 7 ft tall light-up Frosty on the roof like everybody else. Luther refuses. So, the neighborhood kids, led by Spike Frohmeyer (Erik Per Sullivan), protest out front yelling "Free Frosty!" Across the street from the Kranks lives Walt Scheel (M. Emmet Walsh) and Bev Scheel (Elizabeth Franz). Walt and Luther openly dislike each other, but everybody is sweet to Bev, whose cancer has come back.
On Christmas Eve, while Luther and Nora are packing, they get a call that Blair is surprising them. She's coming home for Christmas! And she's bring her boyfriend, Enrique (René Lavan), who wants to propose. Blair is so excited to show Enrique their Christmas traditions. Nora loses her shit as soon as she gets off the phone because now she has to throw everything together for the Christmas Eve Party that night and decorate the house and find people to attend the party and never let Blair find out about the cruise. Luther begrudgingly helps, but he can't find a tree. He asks a neighbor, Wes Trogden (Mark Christopher Lawrence), to borrow his because his family is going out of town and won't be back until after Christmas. Wes agrees and leaves, but a neighbor calls the cops. Officer Salino (Cheech Marin) and Officer Treen (Jake Busey) arrest Luther for robbery, but Spike shows them that he was helping Luther and they had a key. After several failures trying to pull it off on their own, Vic rallies the neighborhood to help the Kranks before Blair gets back. The officers go to the airport to pick them up and stall. Marty (Austin Pendleton), a man who knows everybody but nobody recognizes, finds the magical honey baked ham that is Blair's favorite. Frankly it sounds disgusting to me. Anyway, they pull it off, Blair comes home and doesn't know anything was amiss. Nora is very appreciative, but Luther is still having some trouble with not going on the cruise. Because Luther is a dick. After shunning himself to the kitchen, he realizes the Scheel's didn't join the party. It started snowing, and Bev can't be out in that. I thought he was going to move the party to their house so that they would still have company on Christmas, but he did not. He gave them the cruise tickets, because hey, you're gonna be alone on Christmas anyway, why not be on a boat? And while I still don't like Luther or his general assholeishness, Nora and Blair are aslo way too excited all the time. And what 23 year old still calls her parents "mommy and daddy"?
Overall, I give it 2 stars because I like Dan Aykroyd. Otherwise, it would be 1.

149. Resolve. Treen’s Brewery. 25/12/19.
ABV 5.2%
7.5/10
One of a number of Cornish beers I received from Scott for Christmas Day, drunk with the big meal.
They say: Full, rich and very dark. This Premium Ale is brimming with flavour. Deep, roasted malt competes with dark chocolate and coffee culminating in a smooth, comforting finish.Strong, dark and warming. This steadfast and dangerously drinkable beer is comfort food in a glass.
I say:Poured smoothly and darkly, with little head. A most attractive brew. Little aroma and a very smooth taste with a touch of nuttiness. I like a bit more body and character, but nice enough.

This new stock will mostly become blanks for bowls and plates. It’s beginning.
I get excited every year when the Christmas stuff starts to go up, and this year is no different. Today, we got the treen in the stand, garland hung, and just general Christmasy looking stuff placed here and there. Beck always does such an awesome job with it and makes it feel even more festive. She has a good touch.
A couple weeks back, I saw a Christmas ad on TV and got all excited and felt like the Christmas mood was coming on strong, but since then, it sort of seems like the Christmas talk tailed off a bit, and with all of the bright sunshine and slightly above normal temperatures, it has kind of let the mood taper off for me, which I don’t want to happen at all.
I’m gonna need some Christmas music and lights plugged in, right away!
