Why did nobody tell that they sing in the Christmas Special? I knew that the goblins did but not one person mentioned the Doctor and Ruby singing. And their voices! Ahhh! I've found my new ringtone

Don't get me wrong, I liked the other specials, but Special 4 with Fifteen was just SUPERB. Ruby's fantastic too and I REALLY hope they keep everything platonic because it's such a fun dynamic

Christmas 2023 Special: December 25th: Robot Krampus Takes Manhattan

As the tags indicate, I got the idea for this non-canon special from Futurama, specifically the robot Santa's debut in the Season 2 episode Xmas Story.

In this one, though, it doesn't take place in the future. And a variety of families or at least couples from my original fiction multiverse happen to live in the same apartment... even the 27 foot 7 Kendra Rayne. I'm not sure how that's possible, either.

While serving as the captain on a cruise ship, Zander Cookie (the adoptive father of Kaly from Lucky Discovery) hears rumors of a robotic Santa.

You know what the title is, so it's up to you to determine if those rumors are nearly true, partly true, or false.

Anyway...

I think I'm posting the masterlist for the christmas special tmr since it's dec 1st. I swear it was just nov 1st like yesterday-

I might post the first one-shot also. I still have to write like 4 more but dw, Imma keep youse occupied with what I've already done

If I do post it (100% will) it'll be when I get home so it won't be right away but it'll come eventually (EST)

ps...I tried to write for other characters but there's just something about those Carpenter sisters that make it soo hard not to write about them. Ik I said I'd write for Max Fox, and even though I didn't for this special, I definitely will in the future

The Gang gets together for Christmas

Guys, can we give some recognition to the TARDIS? She heard the Doctor's speech about being the bad luck and all the self hatred he was falling into and she just refused him to let him go alone. She opened the door for Ruby. Because let's be honest, the Doctor could have been gone in ten seconds flat, and he was probably waiting for Ruby to come back, because if the Doctor is something it is hopeful, but he did not open that door himself. Was he praying for Ruby to follow him? Yeah, for sure. But the invitation to come in, the act of pulling the door open, I'm 100% convinced it was the TARDIS. She saw that he was feeling lonely again and she took matters in her own hands and opened the doors for a new person, literally. Ruby is approved by the TARDIS. I just find that so amazing. The TARDIS being sentient is one of my favourite parts of Doctor Who and I think that her relationship with the Doctor is super important, so the act of opening up her doors for another person, because she knows that Ruby will help him and keep him company means everything to me.
