I think the feeling that God gets when we lift our hands up to worship him. Isn’t much different than the feeling a parent gets when their child lifts their hands up in asking to be picked up. I think we all just want to be picked up by God, and God is more than willing to do so.

“Trust His Heart” by Babbie Mason:
“All things work for our good
Though sometimes we don't see
How they could
Struggles that break our hearts in two
Sometimes blind us to the truth
Our Father knows what's best for us
His ways are not our own
So when your pathway grows dim
And you just don't see Him,
Remember you're never alone
God is too wise to be mistaken
God is too good to be unkind
So when you don't understand
When don't see His plan
When you can't trace His hand
Trust His Heart
He sees the master plan
And he holds our future in His hand,
So don't live as those who have no hope,
All our hope is found in Him
We see the present clearly
But He sees the first and the last
And like a tapestry He's weaving you and me,
To someday be just like Him
He alone is faithful and true
He alone knows what is best for you
God is too wise to be mistaken
God is too good to be unkind
So when you don't understand
When don't see His plan
When you can't trace His hand
Trust His Heart.”

“The Greatest Superpower: The Power to Delete God”
Introduction:We often dream of having superpowers—strength, flight, the ability to control time. But what if I told you that every single one of us has the most incredible superpower imaginable? The power to delete God from our lives. This superpower is unlike any other. It’s the greatest, not because of its magnificence or glory, but because of its immense implications. It is the power of free…

In one of the chapels at Greenville Presbyterian Theological Seminary, Dr. Joseph Pipa once remarked that Reformed (Biblical) Worship is the simplest form of worship. All one needs is a flask of water, a flask of wine, a loaf of bread, and the Bible. Since these things are sufficient, nothing else is required.

The True Strength of Community Worship - Hold on Tight to That Rope
A Christian should never feel alone in their journey on God's path. Notwithstanding the presence of the Holy Spirit, they should welcome the body of believers they call their church home. Never set them aside in favor of the world or time.
“Wherever two or more are gathered together in My Name, there I am with them.” The Purpose of the Knot at the End of the Rope Please make sure to firmly grasp onto the rope and hold on tightly to prevent accidents or mishaps. I am sure you know that the knot helps prevent you from slipping. It is through the divine power of the Holy Spirit that you can feel the strength in your grip tighten.…

This is for all the Christians of the world if you're not interested in Christianity I give you permission to ignore this post <3
Okay so I've been leading worship for quite a few years. Something that never ceases to amaze me is the beauty people find in singing and dancing because of their love for the Lord. I'll be the first to admit that I've struggled hard with my faith, but despite any doubt or loss or loneliness I have experienced I always find solitude in worship, and it's not because I'm on stage, or I'm making a big show of prayer. It's because of the unity found in praise. I've talked to people who can't sing for the life of them but they do it anyway, and they are some of the most beautiful people, because any expectation of talent or skill is stripped away and they're left with raw appreciation and adoration in its place. And I strive for that. I strive to sing badly and dance hugely and scream and yell and ugly laugh and even uglier cry when I'm doing it for God.
And that's difficult. But it's needed. Because true freedom in God isn't always found in corporal worship, rather a childlike, uncertain, and uncensored love. Worship is an act of adoration and respect in any form, and it's not meant to be done "well," only honestly

“IT IS WELL WITH MY SOUL”
“When peace, like a river, attendeth my way,
When sorrows like sea billows roll;
Whatever my lot, Thou has taught me to say,
It is well, it is well, with my soul.
Though Satan should buffet, though trials should come,
Let this blest assurance control,
That Christ has regarded my helpless estate,
And hath shed His own blood for my soul.
And Lord, haste the day when my faith shall be sight,
The clouds be rolled back as a scroll;
The trump shall resound, and the Lord shall descend,
Even so, it is well with my soul.”

Worshiping in Spirit and Truth: Revisiting Instrumental Music in Worship
Worship practices have long been a topic of discussion within religious communities, often centering on whether instrumental music has a place in worship services. Advocates of instrumental music cite Psalms, particularly David’s words, as justification. However, delving into this matter from the lens of New Testament teachings reveals a different perspective worth exploring. The assertion…
