Song Yadong takes UD over Chris Gutierrez in ugly fight

It wasn't boring but given who was in it, you'd probably expect a firefight. Gutierrez started pretty strong imo. His kicking game was giving Yadong fits early as he would bite hard on feints and eat a ton of kicks to the body and legs. And one front kick to the face. But his lateral movement slowed down as the fight went on. He had a good start to the 2nd before Song just throw him to the ground and scored points from inside the guard. It was at this point something in Gutierrez broke because his head was completely out of the fight. There was a couple of eyepokes in this one and at one point someone in the crowd heckled Gutierrez and Gutierrez proceeded to shout at them. Then he was complaining to Herb Dean about shout to the back of the head that were not punches to the back of the head? So there's that. And then he went on to do an Imanari roll seconds into the final round of the fight? A round he desperately needed after his corner told him they needed to avoid being taken down again?

Yadong had some moments of big offense. He still can't cut the cage off but he managed to score with tons of leg kicks of his own. He managed to seriously hurt Gutierrez in the third or fourth, leading to Gutierrez willingly going to the ground to recover.

He calls out Petr Yan which is a fine fight. I'm down for that or the Figs fight.
