Depois de passar uma boa parte da manhã e da tarde sendo cercada de pessoas com perguntas sobre a revelação, Olivia precisava de um descanso. Entrou no estúdio de dança no terceiro andar da Casa Comune, imaginando que estaria vazio por não ter aula. Caminhava com a leveza de sempre, despretensiosa, como se o mundo estivesse aos seus pés. E, como sempre, ela se deliciava com o impacto que causava. Mas, ao abrir a porta do lugar e ver Christopher ali, teve sentimentos mistos. Ela não queria companhia, mesmo a dele. Chegou ao estúdio buscando paz e solidão, mas não poderia expulsá-lo, e não queria ir a outro lugar. Revirou os olhos e respirou fundo, antes de, com seu jeito calculado e perfeitamente ensaiado, arquear uma sobrancelha e dar um sorriso tranquilo. “ Ora, ora, veja quem está aqui. Te perdi de vista na praça hoje mais cedo, não esperava te encontrar por aqui. ” Anunciou sua chegada, aproximando-se do loiro com passos graciosos e sem pressa, e ficando de pé em frente a ele, com o sorriso largo e levemente provocativo. “ Viu só como somos almas gêmeas? Até vamos para o mesmo lugar quando queremos nos isolar. ” E, como sempre, Olivia não poderia deixar de brincar com a situação. Nunca era simples, nunca era fácil com ela, mas sabia como jogar o jogo. “ Mas devo confessar que é uma surpresa. Achei que seu lugar favorito seria o The Loft. Se bem que a acústica daqui é ótima. Onde está o seu violão? ” Tagarelou, curiosa e honestamente interessada. Apesar de inicialmente não querer socializar, bem, ela era simplesmente ótima naquilo. “ Mas a pergunta mais importante é: por que está aqui? ”

It's October! Which is one of the most popular months for drawing. I tend to steer clear of Inktober anymore as there is a lot of negative baggage associated with the creator of that challenge. Instead out of the myriad of challenges (like seriously there are over a dozen very popular challenges that I WISH I had the energy & time to participate in) I've chosen to participate in Chris Piascik's "Stinktober". @chrispiascik

Evening hours settle in the office , the faint buzzing of the overhead lights making it the MAJORITY of noise . Any other heavy sighs or pages shuffled through came from either man , DISTANT BUT KNOWING . It was impossible to shake the presence of HIM . In most cases , Officer Redfield stayed behind for his work or a lecture from Captain Wesker , on how he could improve and what needed to be dropped pronto . Any other body varies along with TIME and REASON .

Window blinds along all glass panes stayed slatted , keeping his door inviting during hours , leaving it cracked when he is the last to leave . It was ALWAYS like this , meaning that , when Chris steps in he only figured he had a question or asking for another barking order to STEP IT UP .

Thinking he knew his men well , could predict their actions down to the pebble in his path that he is surely to trip over . Although this time perhaps he had miscalculated the avalanche for when he puts his folder down to turn his full attention to a man that looked so RACKED with indecision , as tides crash into each other of two different motives . To do it , or not to do it .

The stronger tide won , pushing down the weaker to become bigger .

ELECTRIC , a kiss of passion and the exploring desire to know more , know him deeper than just teeth . Wesker could easily push his officer off , report him for this but he did not , nor did he kiss back . Sparks of questions with no answers went off in his mind like fireworks but SPEECHLESS , he could never become that .

He stood up when Chris pulled back , abrupt and in his face .

Has he gotten too close to his team ? Was his leadership being taking for deeper meaning ? Or was it only for Chris ? Has he let his iron grip SLIP over for him ? As the roaring flashes of their car rides for opening up play , every moment they spend together outside of a job being another opportunity to develop and grow , stretch tall into a HEARTACHE and ultimately the heartbreak .

My son in law, a doctor in school child psychology and ex-university professor, bass guitar player and now functioning as a technical computer analyst for the University of Valladolid. (Valladolid, Spain is my home city). Anyway, to make a long story short, he believes that AI in not too distant future will take over the labor force. We all want to think that somehow computers will need us forever, and if they get too cocky, all we have to do is pull the plug, that is, until they want to become life and blood two legged conscious creatures as any John Doe out there on the street as easy as he becomes a she as the song TAKE A WALK ON THE WILD SIDE suggest. However, they are still going to need the electrical juice that feeds them, but that will be the limit of our control in a BLADE RUNNER TERMINATOR environment. I make my point with the following two movies which I hope you enjoy as much as I did.

woman's downfall was always assumed familiarity . far too often has she let her guard down around those that hadn't yet earned trust , taking advantage of naivity . call it what you want : carelessness , ignorance , stupidity . it persists , even after events of the mountain . that newfound trust had been placed entirely in chris , and didn't seem to be budging . but this placement of faith seemed new , seemed different .

maybe , just this once , it would work out .
