ok bc do you ever read something that makes you so angry in a book. Like I was reading this book that had been pretty good but somehow the girl ended up apologizing to everyone for a game that she had no control in, like omfg bro. The same with Choso yall please he isn't a baby with the ability to only type "sowrry đ" Like he's so fine do you guys not see the way he acts and his VOICE đ The way you write him is literally the most
scrumptious
thing I've ever read, well actually that just goes for all of your writing.
Yes, lots of things I read give me MASSIVE icks but I always say to each their own đ¤ˇââď¸
And yeah, honesty, I understood whiney Choso until he was animated with that deep ass voice. Not that I donât think heâs capable of being submissiveâ I just donât think heâs like that all the time and stuttering over everything he says. He was very blunt if anything so Iâm not sure why heâs written like that so often đ
Thank you though!! I take pride in the way I write ChoCho, so Iâm glad you enjoy it sm! ^.^

The dilemma is Akane having too much nin while her dad didn't have enough nin in his performance. They both receive help from each other in the audience. Shinta prevailed because he remembered his inspiration, his family, and that he wants to be a role model for his daughter. Akane, on the other hand, was given a gentle flick to her forehead. âDonât get ahead of yourself,â the way a parent might tell a child it's time to put away their toys. A deliberate intervention. She was very insanely lucky her dad was there.
This arc has continuously emphasized gambles and luck. We see Akane was very lucky this time around. Her newest mentor figure and her dad are both friends with Taizen. She ended up not actually doing a one-on-one gambling round with ChoCho because they just so happened ran out of time. She bet correctly on the gambling round with the other Zenza for a stupid reason that had nothing to do with reality. In this performance, where the biggest thing that would make-or-break her was if sheâd remain within her time block, she pulled it off down to the very last second. That this entire arc has been repeatedly referred to as a âbig gamble.â That the animal she associates with is the Tanuki, known to be a trickster and indulgent in fun. That she develops her âRakugo zooâ through Tanuki-centric stories. The narrative is pushing her to move forward, to develop her nin and develop her connection to her rakugo mentors. Â To keep growing in the way that her dad couldnât. Being promoted to Futatsume is the accumulation of her drive to keep moving truly No Matter The Unlucky Odds, which is very shonen-protagonist of her.
And as for Taizen, who is ashamed of himself despite graduating to Shinuchi statusâŚhis inner conflict is respecting his master over his artistic principles. And his guilt over Shinta Arakawaâs expulsion, which was fortunately already addressed by Shinta himself. If he only saw Akane through his guilt for Shinta, he would never recommend her because he wouldnât be able to acknowledge her art as her own. Which would be a shame, because Akane Arakawa is a rakugoka who is so young but still so fully dedicated in her artistic principles and ready to rise to the challengeâŚready to make a gamble!
How could he NOT feel inspired by Akane? To make his own wager instead of staying within the boundaries set up by his master? To make a decision based on HIS values, how HE appreciates Akaneâs willingness to get a little reckless with her own future? I fully believe he will give Akane his recommendation. If I'm wrong ....well I'll accept it but I'm pretty confident here.

can you rate the b0ruto kids from ugliest to least ugly
lol surely i can.
salad wins the ugliest, itâs tough competition against himawari but she wins because to be an ugly uchiha is some sort of special ugliness i would say, plus she has more screentime so it means you have to look at her more
himawari. her head. wtf.
inojin, he has everything to be pretty (ino and saiâs genetics) but he looks like a freak
metal lee, why he looks so old as a child
kawaki, it doesnât help that i only know him in the anime and ikemotoâs style, so heâs ugly
boruto, his face could be ok in kishiâs style but the hair is hideous. not that bad, but also far from good
shikadai, very similar to shikamaru but cute eyes
mitsuki, orochimaru âwoah i fucked up sasukeâs test tube baby but i wonât fuck up mineâ
chocho, the anime style is ugly and so is ikemotoâs art style but she is the closest to cute among them. cute in kishiâs style, i would say

She Does Not Feel The Same
Fandom :Â Boruto : Naruto Next Generations
Relationship : Boruto x Sarada
My Year of the OTP 2023 contribution for the prompt : (seemingly) unrequited love.
Iâm sorry for the mistakes, English is not my native language. I hope you like it.
Summary :Â Boruto put his hand on his chest. He would have never thought he would suffer so much by imagining her with someone else. If only things were different. If only Sarada could love him as much as he loved her. But he knew that it was impossible.
Disclaimer : Naruto and Boruto : Naruto Next Generations belong to Masashi Kishimoto, Ukyo Kodachi and Mikio Ikemoto.

Team 7 was back in Konoha after a two-day mission. Mitsuki and Sarada made their way home, while Boruto and Kawaki did the same. Kawaki took a few steps before realizing that Boruto was not following him. He turned around and saw Boruto staring at Sarada. It was not the first time Kawaki noticed the way he looked at her. Every time she walked into a room, Boruto's face lit up. Every time she spoke to him, he smiled. He would have had to be blind not to see that Boruto was in love with Sarada for years.
Once Sarada disappeared around the corner, Boruto joined Kawaki. He frowned when he saw him staring at him.
âWhat ?â Boruto asked. âCan I ask you a question ?â
Boruto nodded.
âWhen are you going to tell her what you feel ?â âWhat are you talking about ?â
Boruto started walking and Kawaki followed him.
âYou know very well what I'm talking about. When are you going to tell Sarada that you love her ?â âYou're talking nonsense.â âStop lying. I saw that you were in love with her from the first day I met you. And I know you inside out. I know that even after all these years, your feelings have not changed.â
Boruto stopped walking. He looked at Kawaki and smiled sadly at him.
âIt doesn't matter. Sarada doesn't feel the same way I do, so forget it.â
Kawaki did not answer. He knew there was no point in continuing this conversation. He had never met somebody as stubborn as Boruto and when he made a decision, he never went back on it. Even if it hurt him. He only hoped Boruto would open his eyes and would change his mind before it was too late and he lost Sarada for good. After all the hardships he had been through because of Momoshiki and the Otsutsuki, he deserved to be happy.
******
Kawaki, Boruto, Chocho and Sarada were at the Thunder Burger. The Uzumaki brothers had met Sarada and Chocho by chance on their way to the Thunder Burger and decided to go together.
Several weeks had passed since the conversation between Boruto and Kawaki and since then neither of them had talked about it again. Boruto and Kawaki were about to eat their second burger, while Chocho had turned to look in the queue where Sarada had gone to get drinks.
âWhat is she doing ?â Chocho said. âIt's been hours since Sarada left to get the drinks.â
Kawaki rolled his eyes. It had barely been two minutes. He had a quick look at the queue and he saw what was delaying Sarada. She was talking to one of the waiters. It was Shun. By dint of going to the Thunder Burger with Boruto, Kawaki had come to know all of the employees. Shun was a pretty nice boy, but Kawaki had always found him uninteresting.
Kawaki frowned when he saw Shun's flirty smile and Sarada's blush. He did not see any good coming of all this for Boruto. Sarada returned to their table with the drinks. She put them on the table and sat down next to Chocho.
âWhat took you so long ?â Chocho asked.
Saradaâs cheeks turned redder.
âShun asked me to go out with him tomorrow evening.â
Boruto's hand shook. He hid it under the table, hoping no one would notice. Chocho quickly turned her head towards Shun. Her eyes shone and a huge smile lit up her face, like every time she heard about the beginning of a love story.
âWhat did you answer him ?â She asked. âDid you accept ?â âNot yet. I don't know if that's a good idea.â Sarada answered.
She looked shyly at Boruto.
âWhat do you think ?â
Boruto smiled at her.
âYou should agree. Shun is a good guy.â âMaybe you're right.â
Sarada looked down. Kawaki opened his eyes wide. Sarada looked disappointed. As if she was hoping for another answer from Boruto. Chocho took Sarada's hand and forced her to stand up.
âYou have to accept. Then we'll go shopping to find you an outfit.â
Sarada had no time to protest. Chocho took her away to meet Shun. Kawaki looked at Boruto. Being next to him, he saw him clench his fist under the table.
âShut up,â Boruto said. âI didnât say anything.â âShe's my friend, I'm happy for her.â âIf you say so.â
If a look could kill, Kawaki would already be dead. If only that idiot could realize that this love was mutual, Kawaki thought. If he waited any longer, it would soon be too late.
******
The next evening, Boruto was in his bedroom playing video games. At the end of the third lost game, he threw his joystick on the floor. Video games had always changed his mind, but this time he could not concentrate. He only thought of Sarada. He stood up and walked to the window. She was on a date with Shun by now. Boruto did not lie to her, Shun was really a good guy. He had known him for years and he knew he would treat her well. But yet, Boruto could not help thinking that Sarada should be with him, not Shun or anyone else. He put his hand on his chest. He would have never thought he would suffer so much by imagining her with someone else. If only things were different. If only Sarada could love him as much as he loved her. But he knew that it was impossible. He heard someone knock on his door.
âCome in !â He said.
The door opened and Kawaki entered. Boruto sighed. He really was not in the mood to hear his opinion on his feelings for Sarada.
âWhat do you want ?â âI came to see how you were doing.â
Boruto said nothing and looked out the window. Kawaki closed the door and approached him.
âSarada must be home by now.â
Boruto felt anger growing inside him. He violently grabbed Kawaki's jacket and pulled him towards him.
âWhy are you doing this ?â âTo make you react.â
He jerked free from Boruto's grip.
âWhy do you persist to not talk to her. This situation is hurting you.â âEven if I tell her that I love her, she doesn't feel the same way I do. By doing that, I might lose her and that I will not stand it.â âEven if things don't work out with Shun, one day there will be someone else and then you will lose her for good. Can you really stand to see her in someone else's arms ? To see her settle down with him ?â
Kawaki suddenly saw something clicked in Boruto's eyes. Without waiting, he opened the window and went out. Kawaki smiled. Boruto will soon get the happy ending he deserved.
******
Boruto jumped from roof to roof and landed on the tree in front of Sarada's window. The bedroom was lit, indicating that she had returned from her date. He took a deep breath to give himself courage. Kawaki was right, he had to talk to her. Even if losing her friendship would be unbearable for him, remaining in this uncertainty was worse. He jumped out onto the balcony and knocked on the window. Sarada opened the curtain. When she saw him, she opened the window and she stepped aside so he could enter.
âBoruto ? Is everything alright ?â
She closed the window behind him. He breathed slowly to calm down. Despite all the fights against Momoshiki, Kara and the Otsutsukis, telling Sarada how he felt seemed insurmountable.
âI came to see how you were and how your date went.â âIt was... good.â
Boruto was surprised when he heard her hesitation.
âYou don't look sure.â
Sarada smiled slightly.
âYes, that was good. But there will be no second date.â âWhy ?â âIt's just that I would have preferred to be with someone else.â
She looked down and blushed.
âI would have preferred to be with you.â
Boruto opened his eyes wide, wondering if he had heard correctly. He had to be wrong, there was no way she felt the same way he did. Yet, he could not help hoping.
âSarada...â âI know I shouldn't have said that. That I might ruin everything between us. But I can't stop thinking about it.â
She twiddled her hands, like she always did when she was nervous.
âI don't want to be with Shun or anyone else. It is with you that I want to be. It is you that I love. I know you don't feel the same way I do and by telling you my feelings, I'm terrified of losing you. But not saying anything hurts me even more. I love you Boruto.â
Boruto was not dreaming. Sarada loved him. Without thinking about what he was doing, he took her in his arms and kissed her. He wanted to pass on to her all the love he felt in this kiss, all that he had not managed to confess to her. Surprised at first, Sarada wrapped her arms around his neck and snuggled up to him. Nothing mattered around him except Sarada. He lost himself in that kiss. For the first time in a long time, he was finally happy.
The end

prompt young inojin learning about porn and seeing his parents ino and sai fucking one day when the sex noises woke him up and him deciding to create his harem of hot milfs
Inojin's mind had been blown when he had discovered porn. It had started with feelign even weirder and weirder when he was looking at the pretty girls of the village. Ever since he had also discovered the joys of masturbation that day, and was strokign his cock in bed, moaning in pleasure as he closed his eyes, his mind shifting between Sarada, Chocho, Hiwamari...
And then he heard moans coming from his parents' bedroom. Curious, and still hard from his imagination, inojin carefully walked off his bed and made his way to their door, cautious to not make too much noise to not alert them. Which he didn't really need to, because his parents were very clearly busy the two of them, and were not paying attention to anything else.
Inojin always knew his mother was pretty, and had even began thinking of her as potentially hot, but now it was in full display now. She and Sai were fucking, and Inojin could see every detail of it. His father was a handsome man, but Inojin's attention was fulyl focused on his mother, on how sexy she was. On the way pleasure distroted her face in lewd expressions, the way her long hair swayed from the thrusts of Sai's cock inside her, from the sway of her breasts as she bounced from his cock.
The way her body moved was almost hypnotic and Injoni felt himself harder than eh had before, looking at how blissful she was, at her moans, at the way Sai groped her while fucking.. it was the hottest thing Inojin had seen in his life yet.
And when Sai came, grunting, his body briefly shuddering as he shot his cum inside Ino's body, Inojin knew exactly what he wanted to do later. he wanted to have many, many girls of hot women he'd fuck like that. as hot as his mother was.

My Top Ten Anime OTPs
(plus a bonus OT3!)
Orochimaru x Anko - Naruto
My one ship to rule them all! As far as I'm concerned, they have reconciled and are now an official couple in the Boruto timeline.
Juri x Shiori x Ruka - Revolutionary Girl Utena
They live as a tender, loving, polyamorous triad, rent free inside my head. It has been decided. I have spoken!
Saionji x Wakaba - Revolutionary Girl Utena
Saionji is Wakaba's true prince. She loved him despite his flaws. Why wouldn't she give him another chance after the Revolution, when he's matured into a kinder, calmer person? What, should she end up with that nice guy, Tatsuya, who also hurt her and for whom she feels no passion?
Mitsuki x Chocho - Boruto: Naruto Next Generations
They're the only reason I watched Boruto! Give me more MitsuCho!
Zabuza x Haku - Naruto
I think Haku was always secretly in love with Zabuza, whereas Zabuza forced himself not to care about anything apart from fighting and his own ambition. Even reanimated, he didn't want Haku to know he cared about him. So tragic! I want to see them reincarnated into better circumstances, where they can be together, in peace. That's why I like to imagine Iwabe and Denki are their present incarnations.
L x Misa - Death Note
This one's weird. I used to hate L's guts, yet I found him hot in a messed up/ prison fantasy sort of way. Then a few months back, I read some L x Misa fics and started to prefer him to Light. Maybe it's just AU versions of L? I still think he was pretty much as bad as Light, but at least, like Misa, he had a tragic background that drove him. Light was just an ego-maniac. And of course, I've always adored Misa!
Sebastian x Mey-Rin - Kuroshitsuji / Black Butler
My most recent otp. I had some knowledge of the series and thought Sebastian was hot. But oh, when I sat down to watch the first episode, it was nearly instantaneous! The klutzy, nervous, redheaded maid who pines for him... I want these two to get together! I need it!
Zagato x Princess Emeraude - Magic Kinght Rayearth
My second anime otp ever, from back in the 90s. Along with ZabuHaku, this one still makes me cry. It's so, so sad! And Zagato is still one of the sexiest characters in anime!
Gaara x Matsuri - Naruto
I don't know why this ship gets so much hate. (I've gathered a lot of it is from fangirls with Sue-ish OCs. Being someone who resembles and identifies strongly with Gaara, I feel no personal attraction to him. Maybe I think Matsuri is cute and sweet?) I thought they were so adorable together in the Four Celestials filler arc and have shipped them since.
Neji x Tenten - Naruto
I'm still jaded by Neji's death. So much lost potential! And it's cruel that Tenten did get to be like Tsunade, but in the worst way; they both lost their men to a war while fighting beside them.
Sailor Uranus x Sailor Neptune - Pretty Soldier Sailor Moon
My very first anime ship! Haruka and Michiru are still the yardstick by which all OTPs should be measured.

I am here to fully encourage the Christmas movie au
The third act breakup happens. Tis the damn season by Taylor Swift starts playing
Also it needs a lot of cheese hollydays cliches like snow angles and hot chocho or something
Just so you know, I am now more obsessed with this au than ever and itâs entirely your and @deadlycupid âs fault (saying that very affectionately but also how dare you)
Anyways.
First off, Iâm really here for the Taylor Swift song playing. Actually, another song of hers, Christmas Tree Farm, would be perfect for this au and youâll see why.
(Iâm still working on plot details and making everything make sense, but the basic storyline is set.)
So Talon is our typical business man from a big city, working for his fatherâs company. Also, his family is literally rich.
And Talon for some business reasons gets send to one of those small towns that are very much obsessed with Christmas. And heâs not happy about it.
Itâs cold, itâs in the middle of nowhere and heâs not really the Christmas type of guy anymore, since he and his dad are always busy with the business.
So at first heâs not really thrilled and he keeps complaining to Halea (who here is his best friend) over the phone all the time. And then he (quite literally) runs into Aiden.
Aiden is a true small town boy and works at - you guessed it - the local Christmas tree farm, which is the pride of the city. (He most likely even owns this place, idk yet.) Heâs very helpful and pretty beloved by the people.
Him and Talon do not have a good start though, their meeting ends with them bickering and Talon being as annoyed as ever.
The next day Talon seeks out a CafĂŠ. Coincidentally, Aiden is also there. He helps out at the CafĂŠ that belongs to his best friend (Maya) whenever things get busy around Christmas.
Nice guy that he is he apologizes to Talon about the day before by giving him a free drink and the two settle on starting anew.
Thatâs when the whole plot line of getting to know each other starts. Aiden shows him around town and Talon visits the farm and the two get closer.
Aiden is set on showing Talon how wonderful Christmas can be and Talon starts to grow pretty fond of it - and pretty fond of Aiden too.
Which already leads to obstacle number one: Talon (with a little help of Halea) realizes he has a crush on Aiden, but he is convinced that Aiden is dating Maya (even though heâs obviously not).
This misunderstanding gets solved after a while though and the two kiss. And things go great from there on. Until we reach obstacle number two.
Now this is not completely worked out yet, but I had the following idea (that just needs to be molded a bit):
So I was thinking that maybe Aidenâs family (or his boss if they wouldnât own the farm) is at risk of losing their farm land, be it cause of a lack of money/some debt or just someone wanting to bully them off of the land.
And Talonâs family company is involved in that. Actually, Talon was send there specifically to get Aidenâs family to sell the property, one way or another.
And one day shortly before Christmas Aiden finds out about it and thinks Talon only used him, so thatâs when the third act breakup you mentioned happens.
Aiden doesnât want to see him anymore and so Talon (almost?) leaves. But something holds him back and he decided to chase after Aiden, convincing him that he wasnât using him.
They make up but thereâs still the problem with Aiden losing the farm. So Talon steps in, helping him out. In the end he ends up buying the farm himself, so that Aiden can stay. Aiden wants to pay him back eventually and Talon agrees to that to not hurt his pride (it ends up not being a problem anymore though cause years after he story they get married anyway)
And then they can celebrate Christmas on the farm and everyone is happy! And Talon of course has to come visit from time to time to be with his boyfriend âcheck if Aiden is looking after the farm correctlyâ
THE END (not the end of this ask tho cause I have more ideas to share)
Cute and cheesy Christmas movie/romance movie ideas for the story (in no particular order):
Aiden playing in the snow with children from the town
him and Talon getting dragged into/having a snowball fight
little Christmas market in the town and at the Christmas tree farm
drinking hot cider/hot chocolate like all the time
baking cookies escalating into a flour battle
feeding each other chocolate
talking about how they used to celebrate Christmas with their family and getting sad about things but being like they used to
Talon running into Aiden and Maya being overly affectionate or comforting one another and thinking âoh they definitely dateâ
Talon seeing Aiden chop wood and running straight into a Christmas tree
Aiden helping a little kid finding their ideal tree for Christmas being all sweet to them
Aiden showing Talon around town
itâs starting to snow in a very romantic coded moment
Talon getting talked into singing for some people from the village after they find out heâs got musical talent
of course decorating the Christmas tree
also at least one mistletoe scene I bet
âfairy lights make you look even more prettyâ
One of them slipping on snow or something and the other catching him
ice skating maybe?
Christmas dinner. Also Aiden cooking for Talon cause heâs a godly cook
Feel free to add on if you want xD
But yeah thatâs it do far. Already pretty cliche and cheesy but thatâs how I intend it to be. Absolutely in love with this.
#nothing better to get in the Christmas mood than creating my own hallmark movie with my fave ship#this is everything to me now I will think about it the whole rest of the year#Iâm gonna make this as cheesy as possible and no one scan stop me#I am insane about this now I hope you guys are happy#writer speaks#writeblr#wip: the knights of the alder#Christmas romance movie au

The reason I dont believe KawaSara and BoruSumi are dead yet
Im gonna show you a few pages, pay close attention
Notice anything consistent? if your answer is all 3 girls shown had their feelings explicitly expressed and confirmed by their own mouths and also third parties then you are correct.
Sumireâs feelings were confirmed by herself as well as Kawaki and Katasuke
Chochoâs feelings were confirmed by herself
Adaâs feelings were confirmed by herself, Code, and Shikamaru
Yet when you look at Sarada...theres zero confirmation of any kind neither by herself or anyone else.
Iâll elaborate, the question is asked but never answered, the topic is brought up but never addressed, Sarada will react but always deny or avoid not in a âomg I cant let my feelings be exposedâ way but in a âomg I really dont wanna talk about this right nowâ way.
Ikemoto has confirmed 3 girls one sided feelings, so whats holding him back from doing the same for Sarada? ask yourself, what does he have to lose? BoruSara is the most popular ship so he would have more ppl celebrating him than he would hating him so theres no fear of major backlash if he did go all the way and confirm it so why not? its not like he couldnt still play the will they wont they game since Borutoâs feelings would still be unknown until the end so why not go for it? Ikemoto actually has far more to GAIN by making BoruSara semi canon than NOT so dont gimme that âhes just being careful and taking his timeâ crap, thatâd only fly if BoruSara was an extremely small ship with a very small fanbase which it isnt, so if theres any fandom heâd wanna commit to itâd be them.
So why hasnt he? what reason does he possibly have to hold back if this is truly the intended endgame? because itâll be too obvious? so what, like I said BoruSara is the biggest fanbase so what harm does that do? you think Ikemoto is really gonna be THAT hurt by losing KawaSara, BoruSumi, MitsuSara, and BoruMitsu fans? hell no, same way Kishimoto wasnt hurt by losing NaruSaku, SasuHina, SasuKarin, and SasuNaru fans, that SasuSaku and NaruHina money was more than enough.
So I ask you again, WHY hold back when he has literally NOTHING to lose but EVERYTHING to gain? the answer is pretty obvious.
The only reason Ikemoto would be holding back is if he doesnt intend for BoruSara to be endgame, the only reason you would ever hold back to this extent but not on anything else is if you dont plan on making it a thing to begin with but you dont want to lose those supporters.
Let me put it this way, if Ikemoto catered to KawaSara and BoruSumi the ships he really wants canon and neglected BoruSara, what do you think is gonna happen? if youâve seen any BoruSara fans statements you know they consider KawaSara and BoruSumi happening as ruining the series and feel that Kishimoto is âfixingâ his mistakes he made in Naruto [SS/NH canon] by making BoruSara canon [basically NS as it rightfully shouldâve been in their opinion] and that doing otherwise will ruin Sarada and the series entirely [sounds familiar right?]
So what do you thinks gonna happen if Ikemoto made it clearer that KawaSara and BoruSumi were endgame and pushed Boruto and Sarada as just friends? obviously BoruSara fans, the biggest fanbase, will be furious with him and the backlash will be enormous, heâll lose support, money, and the viewership will plummet drastically even more than they have already making it far more likely to get axed prematurely.
So what do you think he does to avoid that? obviously he caters to that fanbase, gives them little winks and nudges, just enough content to keep BoruSara fans hopeful and still reading, but refuse to give concrete confirmation from either side, and why do you think that is? because he has something else in mind.
For the record Im not saying I know for a fact KawaSara and BoruSumi are endgame, no I dont, Im saying if he IS planning on making them endgame then him avoiding confirming neither Boruto nor Saradaâs feelings but just keep teasing the possibility makes perfect sense.
He cant risk pissing off that fanbase because itâll be a huge loss if he loses those viewers, so he gives them just enough to keep them around but never commits which makes no sense if BoruSara is endgame because heâd gain way more by confirming it than not, so the fact that he isnt just screams baiting until heâs ready to reveal his real endgame when he has nothing to lose.
So thats why I dont believe KawaSara and BoruSumi are dead yet, because the fact that Ikemoto wont commit to making BoruSara semi canon just screams bait and unlike them Im not fallin for it.
If Ikemoto eventually commits and confirms them semi canon I will say GGs then, but until then Im not takin the bait and remaining open minded until then.

A Daytrip to the Past
In which Sarada found out her parents' love story is actually a melodrama.
Part 1
"Are you familiar with your parents' love story?" Chocho asked as she poured more chips into her mouth.
"Ha?" asked Sarada in confusion. "All of a sudden?"
"Yesterday my mama told me about her epic love story with papa. It's so romantic!"Â
"Romantic?" For some reason I can't imagine papa being romantic in any way, Sarada thought.Â
"Yes! She told me that papa saved her in one mission. When that happened, the wind stopped blowing, she stared into papa's eyes and then they fell in love!"Â
"Ha?" Sarada adjusted her glasses in confusion. "Was your mama by chance watching drama at that time? That seems straight like a scene from some melo. How could such things happen in real life?"Â
"You don't believe me, Sarada?" Choco eyed her with anger.Â
"No!" Sarada put up her hands in defeat. "It just felt like...eh... a tad bit too romantic?" I bet it's a scene from drama.Â
"That's exactly what I want to tell you! My parents' love story is super romantic!"Â
"Eh... nice."Â
"How about your parents, Sarada?"
"Eh..." Sarada adjusted the glasses on her face in nervousness.Â
How will I be able to know? she thought. Everytime I ask Mama about Papa, a suspicious blush appears on her face, but she is surprisingly evasive. She talks a lot, but actually nothing is revealed. And I certainly will not ask Papa about such thing. It's totally embarrassing.Â
Chocho narrowed her eyes. "Sarada... don't tell me you actually don't know anything about your parents' love story."
"Ahahaha, of course not!" Sarada took a step back. "They met in the Academy! They were in the same team! That's where they met and fell in love!" She nodded. Even she herself was kind of persuaded by this.Â
"Really?" Chocho asked. "But that doesn't seem one bit romantic."
"Well, have you met my papa, do you think he may be romantic in any way?" Sarada shrugged.Â
"Then why did your mama chose him? Aunt Sakura is pretty and an accomplished medic-nin. She must have lots of suitors. Look! It's Rokudaime! Isn't he the teacher of your parents? We can ask him!"
Sarada turned around to find Rokudaime wandering on the street in his typical laid back attitude. Before she could stop Chocho, she was already in front of Rokudaime.
"Rokudaime, you are Sarada's parents teacher right? Can you tell me about their love story? Is it very romantic?"
"Choco, don't be silly! Don't intrude on Rokudaime." She smiled apoplegetically at Rokudaime.Â
Ah, but I am also very curious, Sarada thought. Please tell me something!
"Hmmm," Kakashi pondered. "Romantic?" A glint appeared in his eyes. "I wouldn't say so, your father actually mentioned specifically that he would not play with romance."
"As expected, papa is totally not romantic." Sarada sighed in disappointment.Â
"Well then why did Aunt Sakura chose Sarada's papa?"
"Well..." Kakashi tucked at the mask covering his face as if pondering on a difficult question. "Sarada, haven't you heard anything from Sakura?"Â
"Mama is surprisingly evasive about this topic."Â
"Then I should not be the one to disclose this." Kakashi nodded and then he disappeared into a puff of smoke.Â
"Do you want to know?" Another voice appeared behind them.Â
They turned around to find an old woman standing there. She was short with her white hair tied into a small bun above her head. Her face was covered with wrinkles. She looked ancient, but her eyes were surprisingly glinting with wisdom.Â
"Who are you?" Chocho asked.Â
"Do you want to know?" the old woman smiled warmly. "Your parents' past." She looked straightly at Sarada.Â
If she put it that way, she would be lying to herself if she denied. She was extremely curious about her parents' past, especially when the two of them were being so evasive about that. Look she even thought her mama wasn't her own mother because of how they were acting! Thinking back it was silly really, but could she really be blamed?
Sarada nodded gingerly as the old woman glanced at her with her piercing gaze.Â
"You seem like a good child, let me grant you your wish." The old woman smiled warmly and with a snap of her finger, everything turned white.Â
-------------------------
When Sarada opened her eyes again, the old woman had disappeared.Â
"What just happened?" She tried to blink away the tears from the flash. "Did you see that flash, Chocho?"
"It nearly blinded me!" Chocho fumed.Â
"Wait, Chocho, weren't we standing next to a udon shop just now?" Sarada asked. She pointed at the shop next to them. "Why did it turn into a confectionary shop?"
Chocho glanced at the confectionary shop in front of them. "Wait! I have heard of this shop. Papa told me about it. He said this shop sold nice sweets, even though he liked chips more, and that it closed down when the owner retired. Fifteen years ago."
"Then... why is it still here?" It didn't make sense, Sarada thought. That's when she realized, the street looked different. All of the more advanced technology gadgets disappeared.Â
She ran down the road until she could take a glimpse of the Hokage rock.Â
"Wait for me, Sarada!" Chocho cried. "What's..."
"We're in the past," Sarada declared. The four faces on the Hokage rock staring back at them.
--------------
"That is if this is not a very complex Genjutsu," Sarada said.Â
"Then what's your thought?" Chocho asked. "You're the expert. You have the eyes."Â
"Well... My eyes told me this is real."Â
"Then it is real."
"Or someone stronger than us cast us into this complex Genjutsu."
"Then what can we do?"
"Nothing. I guess we should just go with the flow." Sarada sighed. "But just when are we?"Â
"Look! Isn't that...Rokudaime?"
Sarada turned around to find a group of four walking towards them. Three of them were in tattered clothing. She could not imagine her stoic papa walking around with two feathers sticking out from his hair. Each of them was holding a chicken flapping in their hands.Â
"I can't handle it! What kind of boring mission is this?" the boy that looked suspiciouly like Nanadaime complained.Â
"Well..." Kakashi dragged on. "But you can't even complete this boring mission perfectly."Â
"This is the fourth in a row! After kittens, dogs and chicken what else are we going to catch next time? Toads?"
"Shut up, Naruto!" the girl that looked like mama shouted. "Don't put that idea in his mind!" She fumed. Her usual neat hair stuck out in multiple direction. It looked like a haystack.Â
Papa glanced at the two of them coldly and continued walking, but she could see how he agreed with them.Â
"Wait, Sasuke-kun! You have feathers in your hair! Let me help you!" Mama said as she ran after Papa with a blush on her face.Â
So Mama liked Papa since she was small.Â
Papa turned his head to the side when Mama was picking the feather out from his head. "Take good hold of that chicken. Don't let it run away," he said coldly.
Exactly something Papa would say, see he was not romantic in any way, Sarada thought in dismay.Â
"Of course Sasuke-kun," Mama replied with a smile on her face.
"It defintely does not look romantic," Chocho said.Â
"Told you."Â
"Then when did their romance story take place?"
"Who knows..." Then everything turned white once again.
-------------------------------
"Where are we again?" Sarada opened her eyes to find herself inside a forest. It's dark and filled with an omnimous feel.Â
"Sarada, do you find this... a bit creepy?"
Sarada nodded solemnly. Then a shriek echoed throughout the forest. Sarada and Chocho ran towards the sound of the shriek to find a horrific scene unfolding in front of them.Â
Mama was sobbing uncontrollably by the side. A snake like monster bit Papa on his neck. Papa then collapsed onto the ground.Â
Sarada found her hands to be shaking uncontrollably, she had never encountered someone like this. That monster seemed strong, out of their league.Â
"Snake..." Sarada mused. "Is that Orochimaru?" She widened her eyes in shock when she realized this.Â
"Orochimaru? You mean that... person we met when we were on our way to search for your Papa?"Â
Sarada nodded. She knew Papa studied under Orochimaru when he was young, that was the most she could glean from Mama. But what was the meaning of this?
She wished to rush out to help her mother when she saw her Mama dragged the two unconscious boys with shaking hands to the hideout she found. But she knew she could not.Â
"Should we go out and help Aunt Sakura?" Chocho asked. "She seems so fragile, like she can fall down any second."Â
"We cannot, Chocho. This isn't our timeline. And haven't you realized, we can't touch anything in this world. We're just passerbys. No one can sense us or see us."Â
"This is a first... I have never seen Aunt Sakura so fragile. She seemed to be always full of strenth."
"You have no idea..." Sarada replied, thinking back to their house Mama pulled down in anger.Â
This was the first time she saw her mother as a genin. This was so unlike her, like Chocho said her mother was full of power and strength. The Mama in front of her was like a fragile young girl. She had never seen this cry baby side of her Mama. Her Mama was always resilient and dependable.Â
The time slowly passed until it's dawn. That's when another team of enemies striked.Â
They attacked her defenseless Mama. Even though Sarada knew everything turned out alright in the end, she was comforted with the fact Uncle Lee arrived to save Mama. She let go of a breath she had no idea she was holding.Â
"Oh no!" Chocho cried. She covered her mouth in horror. Uncle Lee was defeated by the three enemies. All that was left was Mama.
"Mama!" Sarada cried in anguish when she saw one of the enemies grabbed her mother by her hair.Â
I have to save her, Sarada thought. Mama is in danger! Someone save her! Papa! Before she could stop herself, she found herself running towards her mother, even though she knew she could not do anything.Â
That was then she saw it, the glint in her mother's eyes. The gaze she sometimes captured in her mother. The resilience she came to admire in her mother. As if in slow motion, she saw her mother pulled out a kunai and cut her long hair.Â
Mama started fighting back, with all her might. Sarada had never seen her mother in this state, blood dripping down her face, desperation and determination in her eyes as she bit down on her enemy wrist. The enemy that was leagues above her.
"Is that Papa?" Chocho exclaimed as they saw the old Team 10 jumped forward to help her mother.Â
Sarada was touched by their comradeship.
"Sarada, I will come and support you! Even if we're opponents!" Chocho declared.Â
"We're friends, you don't even have to mention it!" Sarada smiled.Â
"Look!" Suddenly Chocho grabbed Sarada's arm and pointed at something.Â
"Papa!" Her father had awakened. She saw him taking in the tragic scene around him. That's when she noticed something weird. Black marks creeped over his face.Â
"Sakura, who did that to you?" Papa asked the shaking Sakua.
And then Papa shot forward and attacked the enemies.
Sarada took in the brutal scene in front of her.Â
"This... has to be a joke right..." Sarada cried. "A complex Genjutsu to challenge me... This is not... Papa... right?" Sarada exclaimed as she saw her father brutally breaking the enemy's arm.Â
"Stop!" Mama cried with distress. She saw her mother ran to embrace her currently ballistic father. "Please stop." Sakura sobbed.Â
Sakura looked at Sasuke begging, trying to bring back her Sasuke. That was then Sarada saw the black curse marks receded. Her mother... succeeded.Â
"Now I would say that's quite romantic!" Chocho exclaimed.
Sarada found her face turned hot. Even though she did not want to admit it, she also thought that's a bit... like a scene from some drama. Not to the point of romantic, maybe a bit touching and embarrassing for their daughter to watch. Â
That's when everything turned white again.Â

I only care about Sarada because she's Sakura's daughter. I don't care about Sasuke or "Sauce" as you call him. I stopped caring about him a long time ago. I also only care about Hima đť.
We live in a society where I'm tired of seeing the same stories of women revolving around the men they're into. It's so boring jeez. I need new anime recommendations.
Correct. Sarada and Hima best girls in new gen. Everything else is poopoo. Sauce is the biggest poopoo
Maybe watch FMAB, Code Geass, One piece!!!!!, Yu Yu Hakusho!!! (i haven't finished it but I'll love it so much, JJk is also pretty great. *screams from the top of her lungs* WATCH FRUITS BASKET GODDAMIT. Mob Psycho 100!!!!! HxH (personal fave) ahhh what else. Or maybe watch a show that isn't anime xD try sitcoms, or tv series, movies cartoons!!! Miraculous Ladybug, steven Universe, Owl House, Catradora (havent watched it but im planning on it), Adventure time xD and a shit ton more. Try books!!! Explore!!!!
I guess, romance is the genre that caters to most women so i think they profitted out of that. Like with the usual highschool romcom stories always stars female characters while action stuff stars men. they dont call it "shoujo" or "shounen" for nothing
Tbh i don't have that big of a problem with female characters having a crush or whatever, the problem that i dislike is when the author (especially if its a dude) executes it so poorly that it looks like their entire personality just revolved around male chara
Istg I read somewhere that Kishi wrote 12 year old Sakura the way he interpreted ALL women acted like :||
Kishi.... tell me that youre misogynistic without telling me that youre misogynistic....
#anon#idont know much abt the new gen#but i like sumire's design#inojin seems sweet#and shikadai#chocho is very pretty#bolt is a mess and i love him#mitsuki gives me ice bear energy#they all seem interesting tbh#im just not that interested in the anime HAHAHAHA#if hinata no screentime then what is the point?#my daily motto#im not that diverse in my anime taste lol#i just watch what i hear sounds cool HAHAHA

More headcanons, except this time theyâre modern AU
Pauline is diagnosed with breast cancer, Halt and Crowley take turns taking her to the hospital. Arald, Duncan, and Rodney would do it too, but their jobs are not as flexible. (After all, Halt and Crowley can just leave and no one would ask a single question.)
Jenny dared Alyss to do something â¨wildâ¨, so Alyss got a little minimalist butterfly tattooed on her right lower shoulder. (this is before Will gets called Chocho.)
Will, for some reason, always forgets his phone.
Halt pretends to hate technology but is actually a very solid hacker. As it turns out, creative documentation translates pretty well to the world of digital technologies.
Will and Gilan have a permanent disagreement regarding the Apple vs Samsung debate.
Alyss is a perfect driver. But only after having failed her exam twice (projection? i donât know her).
Alyss has a double bachelors degree in International Relations & Organisations, and International Studies. In International Studies, she did a double specialisation in East Asia with Japanese and Europe with French and German. no iâm not projecting.
Maddieâs favourite sweater is pink and says âunicornâ. still not projecting.
Cassandra has a minimalist fox tattooed on her left arm and also got her nose pierced. it took some convincing of Duncan by Crowley, but heâs cool with it now.
Alyss would do rowing as a sport.
Jenny would have a cooking tiktok that competes in size with Will and Horaceâs dog account
Jenny and Gilan have an ongoing and unspoken competition of whoâs eyeliner looks better.
Cassandra passed her driving exam the first time immediately and that surprised,,,,, literally everyone.Â

AN: Hello there. Enjoy this fanfic I wrote about the ship I admire the most (Borusara). I am writing this because I feel very down right now. And I need all the distractions I can get. Hope you enjoy. đ
Title: Blue like the Sea and Sky
âSo, now that we are far enough, what was that Sumire?â Chocho teased.
It was late noon in Konoha. Chocho, Sumire and Sarada just left Lighting Burger and were now walking home. Chocho heavily paid attention to the dazed Sumire who was staring at a certain blonde haired boy through the window.
âWhat do you mean?â
âYou were staring at Boruto.â
âN-no-â
Sarada rolled her eyes. âChocho, leave her alone! No one would ever look at that idiot if they could help it.â
Chocho pulled out a potato chip from behind her, âReally, Sarada? You want to get started?â Chocho munched.
Confused, Sarada faced Chocho, âStart what?â
Ignoring the Uchiha girl, Chocho continued. âOkay fine, letâs change the question. You both have to answer this. And remember this is just a game for us girls. So donât take it seriously.â
Chocho paused.
âWhat is Borutoâs best feature?â
âWHAAA-â Sumire yelped.
âWhat?â Sarada scoffed, âI have no opinion on that at all! Pass.â
âOh, y-yeah. Me too. Um⌠Pass.â
The bigger girl didnât seem to hear their response. âAnd, answer honestly because I can tell if you are lying. And Sumire, please stop freaking out. Youâre kind of getting on my nerves.â
âChocho!â Sarada scolded.
Sumire scrunched her eyes apologetically, âSorry!â
âWell?â Chocho continued.
âUh⌠Well, umâŚâ
âAnd why does it have to be Boruto? Canât we talk about someone else?â Sarada interjected.
âShush.â She waved Sarada off. âContinue.â
Sumire looked at the orange horizon and sighed. âWell⌠I guess if I have to pick one⌠It would have to be⌠His eyes.â
The other two girls quietened down. Chocho nodded and encouraged her to continue. Saradaâs face was wiped off any emotions.
âThey are really welcoming. And when he looks at me, I feel warm. And happy. Like everything is going to be okay. They are really comforting. And bright⌠Like everything is possible. They are also full of life⌠And I really like looking at his eyes because it makes me feel alive⌠His eyes are really pretty, like the colour, I mean. They are blue like the seaâŚâ
âI thought they looked a bit like the sky.â
Sumire and Chochoâs heads turned suddenly to look at the dark haired girl. Chochoâs mouth turned into a playful sneer, âI thought you didnât have an opinion on Boruto, Sarada.â
Sarada scoffed once again, âI donât! Iâm just saying, I think they are blue like the sky. Itâs just a side comment, it isnât supposed to mean anything.â Sarada awkwardly tucked a chunk of hair behind her ear. She felt especially uncomfortable after Sumire said all those things about Borutoâs eyes. It was as if Sarada wasnât allowed to listen to something so private. And she did have an opinion about Boruto. Strong opinions. But, it wasnât something sheâs ever wanted to say out loud.
âChill, Sarada. This is all for fun and games. Like you said, it doesnât mean anything. Sooo, how would you interpret Borutoâs eyes?â Chocho wiggled her eyebrows encouragingly.
Sarada huffed. âDo I have to?â
âYes! This is just a game.â
Sarada exhaled, âWell, his eyes are too big.â
Chocho, put up a fist as if to threaten her to be serious.
Sarada raised her palms as a sign of surrender and sighed. âHis eyes are⌠annoying. They remind me of the days when I had no friends. I couldnât get along with the other kids and he would always force me to join them. He⌠never stopped asking me to join them. Never left me alone. I guess his eyes are also nostalgic. They have a hint of happiness and sorrow. The only time Iâve ever seen that is when I look in the mirror⌠And I agree with Sumire, they are really comforting. Mostly because, when I look at his eyes, I never feel alone. Because I know thereâs someone out there who knows how I really feel. Because heâs felt the same pain I have. Looking at his eyes⌠make me want to become better. You know, to laugh more. To be happier. To be reckless.â
âWow, Sarada, I didnât know you had so much to say about my eyes.â
The three girls whipped around and there he was. Mischievous eyes, blue like the sea and sky.
âBORUTO?!â

đ¤, đ , đ and đ for the radfem ask game?
đ¤ - What introduced you to radical feminism?
[small tw for sexual violence mention] Okay this is gonna sound kinda weird but I first started seeing radfem takes on Pinterest! In like late freshman/early sophomore year of high school I was getting a lot more politically conscious; I had just taken AP Gov during the 2016 election, so it was a bit of a 0-60 kind of year for that. I remember scrolling through my feed looking through different posts related to reproductive rights and male violence, and a loooooot of posts that convinced me for a while that the libfem idea of gender was the "right" one.
I was a pretty raging TRA for a few months, but by the end of junior year I had been seeing more radfem takes - that just sort of happened by default when I saw gender-related posts, and then I started intentionally seeking them out to gloat about how dumb the radfems were. Then radfem posts started making a hell of a lot more sense than libfem ones.
I made this tumblr account and didn't even post anything, just really quietly followed some radfems on here and started looking through their blogs for a more comprehensive overview of radical feminist beliefs and also to see if anyone happened to have PDFs of radfem theory (again, all I really had to go off of was Pinterest, so not exactly the pinnacle of academia). In particular, I was looking through @rad-chocho 's posts, and saw one that was just a metric shit ton of TIMs expressing their desire to sexually harass, violate, or even brutalize and impregnate radfems. I peaked immediately, found all the radfem theory I could've wanted in a very convenient Google folder, started actually posting on this lovely blog, and haven't looked back since!
đ - Any books to recommend?
In terms of radfem or related texts, I can't recommend "Invisible Women" by Caroline Criado-Perez enough. It's about 400 solid pages of statistics and research that dive into just how deeply misogyny is ingrained in societies worldwide, to the point that we don't even notice it the majority of the time. I would also totally recommend "The Myth of the Female Brain" by Gina Rippon; she's a highly esteemed neuroscientist and this book pretty much destroys the idea that a brain can be scanned and categorized as belonging to a man or a woman, and why. It's decently dense, and there's a lot of technical jargon, but she does an excellent job of explaining what terms mean and why it's important!
For other nonfiction texts that aren't radfem-related, if y'all are interested at all in paleontology, I've been really loving "Dinosaurs Without Bones" by Anthony J. Martin! It talks about trace fossils like footprints and burrows and how we can use these fossils to reconstruct what the lives of dinosaurs might have looked like, migratory patterns, predatory or pack behaviors, and a whole slew of other stuff. He even goes into these really vibrant narratives trying to imagine a holistic view of what the age of the dinosaurs might have looked like, based on trace fossils found during the same eras! Definitely not everyone's cup of tea, but if you're a bit of a dino nerd like I am, you'll love it!
I have a love affair with fiction and I've been reading a ton of specifically lesbian fantasy! I've absolutely loved "Gideon the Ninth" and its sequels by Tamsyn Muir; she's hilarious, the worldbuilding is INSANELY interesting, and its a very slow burn about lesbian space necromancers, but if you're not ready to cry your eyeballs out of your skull then maybe wait on this one. I also really enjoyed our classic lesbian fantasy "The Priory of the Orange Tree" by Samantha Shannon, but that one's a maaaaajor commitment - like 800+ pages, with a lot of fascinating worldbuilding to understand - so definitely keep that in mind!
Also, if y'all have any recs for me, please don't hesitate to tell me!! I'm always looking for more material â¤ď¸
đ - Fave mutual?
Definitely on the @rad-chocho train today; I'll always be very grateful to have found her blog, and she's very sweet and knowledgeable!
đ - Fave radblr blog you follow?
Gotta give it to our beloved @opabiniawillreturn , seeing her deactivate TRAs with a single application of the Socratic method never fails to make me laugh!!

My Ranking Of Naruto's Next Gen Characters
1. Shinki - I immediately had a soft spot for Shinki because he's Gaara's son and because I'm a sucker for adopted relationships. But since then I really do like him as his own character. The more I see of him the more interested I am. I really hope they do some kind of arc about his past and where he came from and I hope it lives up to the anticipation I have built waiting for it.
2. Himawari - A totally cutie, she's just such a sweet and fun character, the exact kind of thing I like most about this series. I also enjoy the fact that she's a natural with her byakugan and she's definitely one of those who I can't wait to see what she'll be like as she grows older. I hope she'll become a strong Shinobi but without losing her sweet soft hearted side.
3. Wasabi - Honestly I love any character that has some kind of cat-like affinity and Wasabi is no exception. That said, like Shinki, this may have been what drew me in at first but the more I see of her, the more I enjoy in general. Her being an original character also helps and even if she doesn't have a big story of her own, I enjoy the little ones all the same.
4. Sarada - Proof not all my favourites are bias because of their parents! I do not enjoy Sasuke or Sakura's characters at all, but Sarada is really growing on me! I find her quite entertaining, as someone who works hard to become strong rather than just being a natural, and even if Hokage is a pretty clichĂŠ goal at this point, it's still nice to see a female character with a desire that has nothing to do with a cute boy in her class.
5. Yodo - This ones a bit of a cheat because we really don't know that much about her. But from what we do know, I really adore her. I love her design and there are really nice little moments for her. I like that she seems to be the friendliest of the Team Shinki group, being the only one to really talk to others in a easy going way.
6. Araya - Again, another slight cheat for similar reasons but I have a soft spot for Suna characters. That and I find it sweet that Araya suffers from anxiety and leans on his friends (like Shinki) in order to stay calm and focus on the fight.
5. Inojin - And we're back to my usual bias because let's face it, a lot of my love for Inojin is that he's Ino's son, haha! Still, I wouldn't like a character for that reason alone and I do find Inojin to be entertaining. He has some really nice episodes and I don't believe anyone who wasn't at least a little moved by Akkun's death!
8. Sumire - She started off a pretty typical background character that I had no feelings for. She was the kind that was just there. Then they gave her an interesting backstory and villain arc and she definitely grew on me. I feel like there's room to develop her more but as she is, she's still fun to watch.
9. Metal - While his design is one of the most unoriginal (it's not even funny how much of an obvious clone he is of his dad), I actually really like that he has an opposite personality to him. I wouldn't mind seeing him build more as his own character but the parts we have seen have been interesting and I feel genuine sympathy for the poor kid a lot of the time.
10. Shikadai - He's just behind Metal in most unoriginal design. And that wouldn't actually bother me too much but he's got too much of his fathers personality as well. While I don't hate the character, I have no interest in him either since it's clear the show is just copying Shikamaru in most ways. Maybe if the series does something big and different to surprise the audience with him then he could earn a higher place but at the moment my biggest interest in him is that he's related to Gaara and Shinki.
11. Boruto - While he definitely has a lot of negative traits, I don't dislike him all that much. Even if I don't agree, I can understand why he feels and acts the way he does. Most of my dislike is an entirely personal issue. I just don't enjoy his random devotion to Sasuke (and not just because I dislike Sasuke) and I just generally do not find him to be an eye catching main character. I'd much rather watch the other characters.
12. Chocho - Again, not necessarily a bad character. I like her design and I enjoy some moments of her. But I'm also very much put off by her personality. I just don't like those kind of girls so every time Chocho get's into one of her big headed speeches, I need to skip and move on. That being said, I still like her friendship with Sarada and enjoy watching her fight at the same time.
13. Iwabee - An interesting enough character, but simply not one I'm interested in. This is a funny one because by all means there is nothing at all wrong with him, but I still just don't care for him either way. The only scenes of his I really enjoy also involve characters I'm much more interested in.
13. Namida - I've conflicting feelings about this young girl. I actually liked that episode where she took a seemingly useless and problematic power (her crying/scream) and showed she can turn it into a powerful weapon with training. It was a really good episode and I adore her relationship with Wasabi. However apart from those two particular things, nothing else about her stands out and she's not really interested me any more than that.
14. Denki - Honestly the most boring original character. He's not necessarily that bad, but he's kind of a clichĂŠ in my eyes and I just don't find anything about him interesting at all. And it's not like Iwabee who I can live with or without, but rather I skip his scenes altogether.
15. Mitsuki - I just don't like him. Not only does he act just like Sai (without even the excuse of being related to Sai) but I've never liked the character who idolizes another this much. I especially do not like it when I feel the series doesn't even give a good enough reason for them to idolize them. Maybe if they had built the friendship between Mitsuki and Boruto, I might feel different but as it is, I generally roll my eyes whenever he's on screen.
#Boruto: Naruto Next Generation#Shinki#Himawari Uzumaki#Wasabi Izuno#Yodo#Araya#Inojin Yamanka#Sumire Kakei#Metal Lee#Shikadai Nara#(I don't think this is necessarily anti Shikadai#however I will change it if anyone complains#and the rest I'm tagging anti for safety#since I mostly criticize these last ones.)#Anti Boruto Uzumaki#Anti Chocho Akimichi#Anti Iwabee Yuino#Anti Namida Suzumeno#Anti Denki Kaminarimon#Anti Mistuki#Note: I have only just finished the time travel arc#so my opinions could change in the future#you never know.

Festival
When Sakura told him about the festival organized by Hokage to celebrate Konohaâs friendship with Kirikagure, he hadn't expected something like this. The whole thing was like a strange combination of a concert with a party and a barbecue. It was supposed to be made in the style that festivals are organized of the northern region of Water Country. He tried to escape, but as soon as they got there, his wife was kidnapped by Ino to the dance floor. In addition, his daughter was dragged by her friend to the buffet. Sasuke sat down on the bench and watched the rest from a safe distance. Yamanaka and Sakura really enjoyed themselves. Hinata and Naruto were dancing not far from them, although in the case of an idiot, dancing is too much to say. Temari and Shikadai looked much more representative than Hokage and his wife, even though Nara had an expression that clearly showed how troublesome the whole event was to him. Just like his son, who together with Inojin played some card game on one of the distant benches similar to the one on which he was sitting now. Choji was at the buffet until his wife forced him to dance. There were also three girls on the dance floor whom he knew as his daughter's friends. They danced in a small circle with Leeâs son and two boys he did not know. Boruto, who had apparently inherited his dancing skills from his mother was very popular among young kunoichi and civilian girls that came for the party. Sarada broke his deliberations as she sat down beside him with salad to eat.
-Chocho decided to teach Mitsuki how to dance ...
He looked at her, but the girl was busy separating the tomato slices from the rest of her food.
"And you don't want to join them?" He asked.
"Not really..." she replied shifting her plastic plate to him.
âHnâ he replied eating the tomatoes left by her. The head of the Uchiha family definitely understood that you might not like this type of activities. Besides, sitting next to her, he could keep an eye on the teenagers who were checking out his daughter.
They sat like that for a long time. Sarada kept staring at the dance floor while he gave a murderous glare to any boy, who wanted to approach their bench. Until Sakura came back to them. Involuntarily, all his attention shifted to her.
âWho's going to dance me?â She asked, stretching her hands to both Uchihas, causing them a slight consternation âI know that you want this~â
"Tch," he grunted, there was no way he could be acting like a fool in front of so many people. Fortunately, this time his wife amazing gift of persuasion lead his daughter on the dance floor. The young kunoichi seemed a little nervous at beginning, but soon she relaxed and danced to the cheerful music with her mother. He smiled gently seeing his two loved ones having a great time. However, he grimaced as soon as he saw the young Uzumaki asking his daughter to next dance. His parental instinct told him to intervene just as the music slowed down. Boruto may have been his trusted student, which did not mean that he would allow him to pick up his little peanut. However, before he managed to reach the middle of the dance floor, someone put his arm around his neck and pulled him against her body. Confused, he looked at his wife, whose face was so close to his.
âSasuke-kun let's danceâ she said in a sweet tone. He knew he was trapped. He was rarely able to deny her anything, but now he was on the mission to protect their child.
âSakura ... I have to ...â
âOh Anata, let them have some funâ it did not comfort him at all.
"They are 13 years old!" He gasped in disgust as he watched the idiot's son embrace Sarada around her waist.
"Exactly and I'm sure they won't do anything stupid," she said, grabbing his face, "Sasuke, look at me ..."
He looked at her green eyes, a soft smile, her hair was gathered in a loose bun. She looked lovely, as always.
âHn.â
Sakura smiled wider and rested her head on his shoulder, and he embraced her with his only hand.
"Just relax and listen to the music" she whispered soothingly. He slowly began to relax, focusing on this moment he was spending with his wife, completely forgetting about the world around them.
.................................................. .............
She felt so awkward. Unfortunately, most of her interactions with Boruto lately have been terribly awkward. She wasn't sure when it started, they had been friends for as long as she could remember, but since when she began to be so aware of their every touch. Since when sight of his blue eyes made her heart beat like mad. Since when did he take over hers thoughts? At first she had no idea what was happening to her, but over time her mind found a terrifying explanation ... She was in love with her teammate. Whatâs worse, she thought that he noticed this, because he has recently acting really strange towards her. She couldn't let her stupid hormones destroy their  the most important friendship. Even though Boruto was annoying he was her best friend, she couldn't lose him.
âThanks for the help. I thought they wonât leave me alone!â Hers thoughts were interrupted by his voice. He was right in front of her, his hands holding her waist, while she had no idea what to do with her hands on his shoulders.
"That's what teammates are for, right?" She smiled nervously. Her eyes fell on the group of girls glaring enviously in their direction. As the son of the Hokage, Boruto has always attracted attention. With his character, he made new friends easily, and being handsome, he also made his own fan club in the village. Civilian girls and students of the last grades of the academy, to the genins and younger chunins of their village. Sarada never paid much attention to her appearance. Her clothes needed to be comfortable and neat. She didn't think she was pretty or ugly. She thought she was average, but now she felt insecure. All these girls were really pretty, and she ... she wondered if he find her pretty... Tch... annoying ...
âIs everything okay? âshe realized that she had been staring at his shirt for several seconds, and how stiff her whole body was â I know that the music is a little bit boring, but maybe you want share with me another dance ?â he added, smiling in the same way he always did when he was cheering her up. She couldn't help but smile back.
"Are you sure your fans will allow it?" She teased. The boy just rolled his eyes.
"I should have asked you at the beginning, they are too aggressive ..." he said and she blushed. Even if it's stupid, his words made her happy. When the band started to play something faster, she relaxed a bit. To her surprise, Boruto was very good at dancing and she was able to predict his movements as good as when they fought together. She quickly forgot about her worries. They danced and fooled around. She didn't notice when one song turned into two and then three ... When the melody slowed down again, she wasn't sure how much they danced together. He hugged her waist, but this time they were even closer together. They were both out of breath, as after hard trending. Feeling more confident, she embraced his neck. Looking at him like that, she felt week. He looked so handsome in the suit. In addition, the pink shirt highlighted his blue eyes. Her attention finally caught his lips. She began to wonder what it would be like to kiss him. Their faces were centimetres apart, it would not be difficult to... Suddenly she felt strongly embarrassed by her own thoughts. To avoid doing something stupid (and to hide the flush on her face), she leaned her head against his shoulder, lightly tucking her face against his neck. They swayed slightly to the sounds of a quiet ballad, and although her heart was pounding, she felt wonderful. His presence always gave her a sense of security, he smelled of a combination of the scent of the sea with some cologne probably borrowed from his dad, and his body gave her a pleasant feeling of warmth that she could stay that way forever. However, before the song ended, the boy suddenly moved away from her. She looked at him confused, and he smiled and scratched his head nervously.
â Aren't you thirsty? I saw a Bubble Tea booth here ... let's go ... âbefore she could answer, he grabbed her hand and pulled her towards the stalls behind the stage. She wasn't sure what to think about it.
.................................................
The situation was bad. He was sweaty and nervous and felt like he was about to pass out. That's not good way to impress a girl that you maybe have a crush on..
"Are you okay?", She asked when they reached the booth.
"Sure, of course, why are you asking?", He blurted out a little too quickly.
"Um ... You're still holding my hand" he get even more nervous, for two months now, he had been trying to invite her for date... like date date. The problem is that despite how intelligent, person she is. Sarada remained absolutely unaware of his attempts to flirt. The little fan club following him everywhere didn't help. The problem was also that the Uchiha did not seem to notice that she herself was attracting the attention of more and more men. It started after the chunin exam, when his classmates started to have a crush on her. At first it seemed silly to him, after all, it's not that she has changed somehow. However, he quickly began to be disturbed by the boys who were courting her. He felt some strange need to protect her from them. Only after a few months he did realize that he was jealous ...
âDo you want me to stop?â The girl was silent for a long time, and he thought that he would pass out.
"No ... it's okay ..." She replied without looking at him.
"So what for you?", He asked, looking at the blackboard with flavours.
âBlack tea with kumquat and passion fruit boba.â
Hearing this, he ordered two drinks, mango and tapioca for himself. He then ignored Sarada's pout as he paid for both of them and the teasing smile the guy sent them. Even after they got their drinks, his friend didn't let go of his hand. It gave him courage.
âLetâs look for a place where we can clearly see the fireworks?â
âHn. Something far from this crowd ...â she replied finishing her tea and throwing the cup into the trash can on the path leading into Senju Park. He couldn't take his eyes off her. She was wearing a summer dress with spaghetti straps with a pleated skirt that ended just above her knee. It was red with a navy blue belt emphasizing her waist. She looked cute and beautiful, red was definitely her colour. However, as darkness fell, the temperature dropped sharply, and he was able to notice that her arms began to tremble. He took off his jacket and covered her shoulders with it.
âWell, who would have thought that you are a such gentleman ...â she teased.
"As always, of course," he replied, adoring her.
"You're sure you won't be cold," she asked, changing her tone to concerned. She always cared about others. It was one of things that make him love her. He still felt a little lost in his feelings, but he had to tell her before someone else do this before him.
"Sarada ..." he began, but suddenly they heard a loud sound. His friend, frightened, made a very not-ninja-like movement, bumping into him. Instinctively, he grabbed her by the waist and searched for the source of the noise to see colourful lights in the sky. They both burst out laughing, when they saw that they were scared of the fireworks. The colours began to light up the sky creating fantastic patterns. He looked back at her. She looked at the sky with a smile, colours shone in her black irises, giving her an almost mystic appearance. Their eyes met, and for the second time this evening he felt like a force was drawing him to her. Sarada, to his surprise, also moved closer. He wasn't sure which of them closed the gap between them. Their first kiss was soft, short, and rather clumsy, but it was also the greatest feeling of his life. When he opened his eyes, he saw her biting her lip with a slight flush on her face. He wanted to say something but heard someone's loud grunt. He felt himself freeze as he noticed purple-red eyes staring at him ...
.....................................
It was supposed to be a quiet dance party and it was like that until her husband and Naruto decided to compete in which of them is the best dancer. Unfortunately, despite their great efforts, none of them proved to be really gifted. All the competition only took their time and energy. They were supposed to go home after the fireworks, but Sarada was nowhere to be found and when they finally find them, they accidentally turned out to witness their daughter's first kiss. While Sakura herself found it cute, her husband didn't take it so easily. However, before he did something stupid, his daughter stood between him and Boruto, also with an active sharingan. It make Sasuke freeze. All he said was they were coming home.
Sarada answered him only with a short "Tch" but after saying goodbye to Uzumaki, she returned home with them. Unfortunately, she now had two pouted Uchihas in the house. Sarada immediately ran to her room, while her husband stayed downstairs in the kitchen complaining about protecting some innocent peanuts? She couldn't help but sigh. Tomorrow she would have to talk to them seriously.

One major misunderstanding I dont think people understand when discussing Boruto ships, specifically BoruSara, is that nobody has an issue admitting they were wrong, atleast most of us dont.
The problem is we havent been proven wrong YET
If there was legitimate, canon, confirmed evidence that proved either one of them liked eachother, nobody would have a single problem with it because it is what it is.
The problem is NO SUCH CONFIRMATION EXISTS
So it is not WRONG for people to DENY that theres anything romantic there because we have zero confirmation that there is.
We didnt have to look at hints, we didnt have to interpret, we didnt have to guess what the authors intent may or may not have been in regards to characters like Sakura, Hinata, Karin, Jiraiya, Naruto, Ino and so ons feelings, Kishimoto made it clear cut and dry without a single shadow of a doubt how these characters felt and did not beat around the bush about it or wait 60+ or more chapters to explicitly confirm it.
These characters romantic feelings were confirmed for majority of them the moment they were introduced, especially the main characters such as Sakura and Naruto.
However when it comes to Boruto, it seems like everyone has completely turned off their brain and put on their fantasy glasses where they only see what they wanna see rather than whats put right infront of their face.
You can ignore it all you want but the facts are the facts, name one ship besides BoruSumi that has officially confirmed romantic feelings from one or both sides? you absolutely can not do it because there ISNT ANY.
At best you could argue Chocho kinda confirmed she likes or at the very least is interested in Mitsuki based on what she said at the end of the Chocho arc, which is she only gives chips to the ppl she likes and then proceeded to give her chips to Mitsuki.
But thats it, thats literally all the ACTUAL hints of romance in the Boruto series at this point in time. This is just the facts, and we're not wrong for pointing that out.
IF and emphasis on IF, Boruto or Sarada were interested in one another, the two literal MCs, WHY TF WOULD THEY TAKE 60+ CHAPTERS AND 200+ EPISODES TO GIVE ANY EXPLICIT INDICATION OR CONFIRMATION OF EITHER OF THEIR FEELINGS, BUT CONFIRM A FRIGGIN SIDE CHARACTERS FIRST BEFORE ANY OF THE MCS.
Aint no way you dont see the glaring issue with this argument that theres 'So many hints' of romantic interest between them, yet not a single concrete confirmation of this from ANY official source.
They dont have to confirm what ship is canon right away, just reveal ONE characters feelings for the other and it'll still leave the question of will they wont they until the end of the series. I mean wtf was SS and NH for 15 years? completely one sided ships until their feelings were reciprocated in the end and they all lived happily ever after.
SO WHY TF would Boruto be any different? they had NO PROBLEM confirming a side characters one sided feelings for the MC why not the actual main heroine? why would they hide Sarada's feelings but not Sumire's? name one female character in Naruto who has EVER taken THIS danm long realizing/revealing their feelings to the audience, explicitly, not just your interpretation, but their feelings just being blatantly on display where theres no debate on how she feels for said male character, IT CANT BE DONE.
Know why it cant be done? because it never happened.
So when people say BoruSara isnt canon yet and BoruSumi is the only actually CONFIRMED semi-canon ship SO FAR its not because we dont wanna admit Sarada likes him, its because we've literally been given NOTHING that shows this is the case.
For the millionth time YOUR INTERPRETATION AND WHAT YOU THINK CERTAIN SCENES, INTERACTIONS, INTERVIEWS ETC MEAN IS NOT EVIDENCE.
What official sources and staff say is, and so far NONE of them confirm any form of romantic interest between them, PERIOD.
If the day ever comes where its confirmed explicitly that Sarada likes him then Im pretty sure majority of the fandom will accept it and just continue shipping what they ship, thats what SS fans did when Karin was revealed to like Sasuke, thats what NS fans did when Hinata was shown to like Naruto, so why tf would BoruSumi and KawaSara fans have an issue acknowledging Sarada liking Boruto when that literally affects nothing? its never stopped anyone before so why tf would it now?
This isnt about opposing shippers not wanting to accept reality, its about yall not wanting to accept the TRUE reality which is nothing but BoruSumi is confirmed yet, its the only semi-canon ship SO FAR thats been officially confirmed by multiple official sources, NONE OF WHICH EXISTS FOR ANY OTHER SHIP.
So whos REALLY denying reality? cuz it danm sure aint us.
