Witcher Compatible Muses: 

Barb - A Magic Doll, made by a couple hags - abandoned in an old laboratory by a dead sorcerer. 

Cassia - Cursed Undead until she kills the man who betrayed her, will return until either her soul is destroyed or her target is killed.

Shiloh has a personal staff of about thirty people, these individuals range across the racial spectrum but also appearance, while she has those that considerably beautiful and exotic; she has those many wouldn’t consider for diplomatic jobs.

Below are the most referenced and commonly seen with her. 

Estella; a blue tiefling with short dark horns, with purple vitiligo and pale freckles that make her look like she has nebulas across her skin. She is Shiloh’s personal handmaiden, she sees to her personal needs and requests. Shiloh trusts her with the most intimate of secrets and her personal guests. 

Apenimon; a deep colored firbolg, one of Shiloh’s security, often the one who coordinates with the others members of his team due to his partial blindness and deafness. His face is like a twisted tree oak, with claw marks across his skin, his nose and one ear nearly gone. Shiloh trusts his judgement and decisions about the security of the Embassy.  

Logan - a half elf, one arm reduced to a misshaped stump for his left arm, left side of his face deformed. He’s a talented linguist, and sharp mind - he’s often her fastest runner between people. If Shiloh is involved in any diplomatic work, Logan is the one she trusts to manage her other tasks in the meantime.

Nabi; a yaun-ti half-blood. An albino serpents tale, patches of discolored scales across their humanoid appearing parts - before their face is more serpent then human. They’re terrifying to look at, but they’re one of the kindest people Shiloh knows - they’re Shiloh’s magic and cultural advisor.

History:

Shiloh was not born on Ardanthnyn, she was born on an Ark Vessel traveling through space - although she can hardly say she remembers, as far as she is concerned - her whole life has been on this world. However, she does know that she was from the stars - because her Father told her often when she was young, that maybe they could get a distress beacon to work and be rescued from the world

She grew up on the Elven Coast in the City of Pleiades, with her father Eroe, and his eventual lover Cadmus.  Shiloh was fourteen when her magic began to properly develop - becoming the first human to gain magical abilities, and began tutoring under Cadmus to develop and harness it further.  However when the trio would finally catch wind of other surviving humans having crashed and were trying to build up from the ruins.  Despite the life Eroe had made, he decided to make the journey there - taking Shiloh, and leaving behind Cadmus who couldn’t abandon his duties. They would reach the ‘Forward Base’ of Humanity, at the old crash site of the Ark. 

Humanity was being lead by the remains of the military; and the Stratocracy reinducted Eroe, and took Shiloh to experiment with her abilities. However, within the next four years - the humans find themselves surrounded by tension. The Humans had crashed in land that had previously been settled by Tobaxi clans - but were empty to the encroaching Tiefling invaders, the Al’ard Territory of Earth Genasi, and then the Elven Coast where Shiloh had been raised through her early years.

Because of this, Shiloh stepped up, gathering young, like minded individuals who were already straining under the Stratocracy and reached out to the Elven Senate to start peace talks; undermining the military personnel who had been playing ‘King of the Castle’ for eighteen years.  In retaliation, they sent a hit squad to kill her and her retinue of followers - but only succeeded in killing Eroe instead.

This spurred Shiloh further, rallying the remains of humanity against their corrupt leaders - and with the help of Cadmus and others; arrested and removed those guilty. 

A memorial is made for Eroe to mark the day the Stratocracy is dismantled; replacing humanities government with ambassadors and teachers.  The Elves give Shiloh the title, “Starborn” - in honor of her origin, and her abilities. And the Elven Coast also gave them a significant amount of land for humanity to call home. It is believed, though the answer is truly unknown - that the elves also gifted Shiloh with elven longevity, as a sign of good faith and hope for the future. 

As a result - Shiloh is extremely dedicated to her work, maintaining and building up the Human Alliance. Ensuring a healthy population, economic and agricultural growth to the newly born nation.  Two hundred and eighteen years later, Shiloh is usually only involved in the more high stakes discussions, delegating and organizing the Embassy staff to meet and speak with various visitors from other nations.

Shiloh is often described as a beacon of unity, calm and collected - well spoken in the many languages she has taken to trade with the world.  She is curious, and welcomes new things - whether its tasting, trying or learning - its easy enough to draw her attention to it.

Shiloh has one pet, a bird by the name of Prince - he acts as messenger bird for her more personal matters. But he is a snooty bird, and only allows strangers to touch him for the time frame of removing or giving him a message before the risk of being bitten becomes apparent.

How would you describe your childhood in general? It was peaceful for the most part, though strange that she grew up a little faster then most of the children she grew up around. Plus some other details related to her trans nature was a little bit of a struggle at first with her father, Eroe - thankfully, Cadmus, like a great deal of things helped her through, and helped them both through the transition. It wasn't till Eroe and her moved to the Stratocracy's territory before things began to become truly troubling.  

What is your earliest memory? Blaring alarms - words talking about evacuation - screaming and crying of hundreds of voices. Shiloh can remember the crisp white walls and the bold letters though she can't remember the order off. A blurry face as she's strapped into something...  But that's only thing she has from the stars.

Whoopsie Alice in Wonderland - What does your muse often dream of? Do they have strange dreams? Pleasant ones? Nightmares?

Whoopsie dreams of flying, often - its not as bad for them as it is for non-magical Kenku. Sometimes these dreams end in disasters, sometimes its fine - but its the most consistent one they can remember.

Shiloh Lilo & Stitch - Does your muse have any pets? Do they want any?

Shiloh has a beautiful bird, ( what earth would recognize as a yellow billed hornbill ), who goes by the name of Prince. He acts like one too.

Honi Sleeping Beauty - What is the worst possible curse your muse could face?

Any curse that would take away her love / memories of her husband and their adventures together. Otherwise, she'd try to tough it out.

Shiloh is fairly open about her past, and her long life even - which is partly why there are a few accounts written down; but the most accurate is written by an Elven Diplomat by the name of Cadmus

Cadmus was the elven sorcerer who found Eroe and Shiloh after their crash, and took them in personally even with his town wanted to cast them out as an ill omen.  Eventually, Cadmus and Eroe became lovers, and the elf became more then just a tutor to Shiloh but a close parent. Even now, they still talk frequently and visit each other when they’re able.

He often downplays his own help in the story of Shiloh, but is honored all the same by the Elven Coast and Starfell.

Despite Shiloh being extraordinary, more often then not - her retinue are closer to ordinary people. People that aren’t classified as ‘heroes or adventurers’ because as they are they do not level up as heroes / adventurers do. But there a few who hold magic and martial prowess like she does.

Elouan Blaise;

An Aasimar Artificer, responsible for the management and advances in the Alliance’s magic tech. Due to a injury being healed incorrectly by an inexperienced healer, he is paraplegic, unable to move his legs and requires mechanical assistance. He built himself a wheelchair that allows him to move over any terrain, even climb onto walls and cling to the ceiling. He’s not normally brought to any diplomatic discussions unless the technology is on the table or plans are being made to extend it to partners.

Madam Snotra;

A half orc born and raised by her human parent in Starfell, she is Shiloh’s financial advisor - the person in charge of the Embassy’s finances and oversees proposals and manages the Merchant Council in the city. While she is not the sole management, she is the one who finalizes and approves anything - and with a keen mind, she’s able to catch any attempts to skim from the Embassy’s pockets.
