[ A Pink Day Reunion Party ]

After more than several days of drawing a ton of characters in the background, it's finally done! With over 22 characters in this big celebration picture in order to celebrate Pink Day, even though it's only two days a bit late as Pink Day occassionally helds on the second Wednesday of April. Although April 12 can be hinted as a birthday date for Sofumi a character adopted by @scientific-lychee, as Sofumi was originall created by i-tama as an unused adoptable or character of her. 

As you can see in this big illustration picture you will find some unfamilar characters as they are having a great time at the reunion part, as I drew a bunch of characters interacting to one another during the reunion party with everyone chatting and discussing in here. The following characters are listed in this celebration illustration.

I also include a cameo of AC (@klonoa13) into the illustration as he might be hidden in here. Originally I was going to draw a pick OC of his, but since I barely can find any of his OC, I decided to include AC into this illustration as a brief cameo.

Oh boy, this was quite of a long description for me to write this off. This is honestly my second-to-last art and my final fanart to all of the people I drew in this illustration this was quite of a big, and hopefully this would probably be a surprise for everyone when they see this, even though it's a bit late to celebrate Pink Day as it's only held in the second Wednesday of April. Luckliy it's Sofumi's birthday and I think this honestly would be quite fittinf to draw this on that day.

Fomantis

I’ve been waiting for a Pokemon like this for a while, and I can’t believe it took them so long to do the praying mantis motif.  It’s done relatively well, and while I wish it had been a three stager instead of two, the Fomantis Line boasts great designs that take go from cute to terrifying in an instant.  

Fomantis doesn’t do poorly as a physical attacker.  You’ll need access to TMs to get some movepool variability on it, but Tinted Lense makes a lackluster movepool a lot more viable.  Contrary is one of those interesting abilities that can be really nice.  Pair it with a Dancer or Roughneck trainer and enemies will be in for a nasty combo surprise.  

While they’re cute, Fomantis have a habit of eating through crops, which makes them quite the pest to most farmers.  The PCs have been hired on as consultants to solve the problem, but there are too many farms to go and battle each pokemon individually, so they’ll need to start getting creative!

The arms of a Fomantis are sharp, sharp enough to cause some serious damage.  Sadly this can make certain games with them a problem for trainers who like to play with their pokemon.  One young trainer feels like she’s not bonding with her starter and doesn’t know what to do!  Can the PCs help a new trainer on the path to greatness?  Her artificer mother will probably give you some nice items if you can help out!

The Black Fomantis are the secret police of Uzugani.  Skilled swordsman and sneak-thieves alike, they can slip in and out without anyone noticing.  Their leader, the Black Fomantis herself, has a pokemon of that exact description.  While most Fomantis get their color from the sun, this one drinks starlight, making her an ideal Pokemon for stealth assassination missions.

Ahead of tonight’s chapter upload we have more gift-art from the person, the myth, the legend: Chikuseren! I’m more than blown away, I’m humbled and the thesaurus under my pillow will sooner be exhausted by the time I’m able to put into words how beautiful this is. Truly grateful is all I can manage.

If there’s one thing I don’t have the ability to do, it’s hold back tears. Maybe I’m overly sentimental.

The artist ‘Chikuseren’ drew this for Bea-ing a Sister, and I’ll be forever in their debt. The work is updated now to include this masterpiece, so please send your love to them! Art is tough, and this clearly took a lot of effort! I’ll endeavour to be worthy of it someday 😋
