disclaimer for those unfamiliar with how I operate: I am largely unfamiliar with liella, hasunosora (though I do kinda like and consume a LITTLE hasu), and the musical, but I am familiar with everyone else including the N girls.

with that out of the way, a list, in no particular order:

mari ohara. she is THE besties sayer to me. voted number one most likely to say it, even to acquaintances and strangers.

lanzhu zhong. she is THE OTHER besties sayer to me. tied for first with mari, if they're in the same category. if you tell me she hasn't said it canonically I won't believe you.

honoka kousaka. I know she's like 30 now but I really don't think that's going to stop her or anyone else on this list

saki shimozono. she's so supportive she Has To

ai miyashita. if she hasn't already said it in the sub or dub canonically I will be shocked.

karin asaka. but she does use it differently from ai a lil bit.
