There was a thunk and some rolling before a person with green hair and dried blood on their face landed at the bottom of her stairs. After a second, they stood up, holding a hand to their head and looking at her.

"yyyyou. you. you look familiar. why do you look familiar."

They squinted, trying to focus their gaze on her but failing.

They wore a dark green sweater and a dirty trenchcoat, wearing cracked goggles with one blue lens and one red lens. There were small rips and holes in their clothes and they wore black, matte boots.

At the sound of the thunk and movement, she had immediately gasped and stood up from the chair at her desk. She turned around just as quickly, her expression one of mild shock before she truly took in their appearance, and it contorted further.

"I- You're- Haha, no.. You must be thinking of someone else. How did you get here?? Why is that the first thing you say to a stranger-"

Having my nightly ADHD moment so bear with me:

If Rapunzel were to dye her hair, would the chemicals affect the magical properties of her hair?

This is taking into account the fact that her magic derives from the sun essentially, which then becomes a flower. Taking those chemicals into account, if we were to interact those chemicals with the chemicals of hair dye combined with hair as is, I’m just wondering what the effects would be.

I’m no chemist; in fact I almost failed chemistry. So if someone who knows chemistry could help me out here that’d be great!
