👤 NEW YORK 🎵 1990'S ⏪ ▶️ ⏩ Come spend a summer in New York. The sun sets a little differently over the Empire State. 

「 Bruno's always been the odd one on his block. He works as a drywaller but has hopes of making a living writing for Broadway. His family is pretty well known around town, but he's always preferred to keep a low profile. Bruno's best friend, Luigi (Super Mario Bros.), runs a plumbing business with his older brother in Brooklyn. They've known each other since they were kids, always being picked last for basketball or bonding over the color green.

Their other best friend is Kuzco (Emperor's New Groove), a rich kid from Upper Manhattan and up-and-coming heir to his family's billion-dollar empire. However, due to his lack of maturity and wild party-boy behavior, Kuzco has been temporarily cut off financially, forcing him to take a job as a Taxi driver.

Despite being cut off, Kuzco still has access to some perks, like the rooftop basketball court of the Sports Club his Dad owns. But Kuzco's not the only one with a hookup.

Audrey Ramirez (Atlantis: The Lost Empire), a chief mechanic engineer, can come and go as she pleases thanks to this being the gym where her Boxing Champion sister trains. She's always with her best friend and roommate, Chel (The Road to El Dorado), who is originally from Colombia and works at The Met.」 For @wdtajn crossover week!

While scrolling last night, I came across this post of David Tennant/the tenth Doctor tossing things, and my brain, as it usually does, inserted my OC into it because

What if

The Doctor just. Tosses Zepheera around sometimes?

Not roughly, of course! But say she needs to get somewhere either far or high up (for her) and getting the leg up is much faster. Like, the stakes are high and, small as she is, Zepheera is the only one who can get where they need and fast, so... Yeet!

Or, for some added fun, Doc scoops Zepheera up in his hands mid-conflict and tosses her to a fellow companion for safety and to free up his hands because whatever's going on, it isn't over!

The more warning Zepheera gets about it, the less she'd chew the Doctor out later for tossing her about.

Idk why it took this for me to realize how yeetable my girl is, and how much Ten would not be immune to it.

And now I'm gonna be wondering which Doctors are more or less likely to do the same. Thoughts?

Thank you to EVERYONE who has been patiently waiting for this. I first saw this movie a little over a year ago during a busy and stressful time. As much as it pains me not to be able to dedicate as much time to personal projects anymore, it's a reminder of how fortunate I am to be working full-time in my dream career in animation. 

I hope you stick around for the rest of the story. There is so much information in every panel. NOTHING is without meaning. 

CHAPTER 2: We'll touch base with some of Bruno's nieces and nephews, hear from a few folks around town, and get a glimpse into Chel's home life and her history in The Encanto. Is this even the same Chel that we know from centuries ago?

Why do people who make content about Penelope and Clytemnestra (especially when it comes to feminist revision) intentionally omit the fact that Odysseus tried so hard to prevent being away from her and Telemachus (unwilling participant of the war) and Agamemnon being sad and angry about sacrificing Iphigenia (literally TOLD by Artemis to sacrifice her)?

I feel bad for my mom because since I have no friends, she’s subject to all of my nonsense. Like I have forced her to look at countless moodboards for my OCs and I’ve gone through their backstories with her. And I make her listen to their playlists in the car. And she just sits there and listens to everything I say. She’s the best.
