Announcing @simfluencer-network

An expansive, new cc blog that aims to be a complete archive of SIMS 3 CC! With a completely finished navigation menu to find that specific item you need. Why, you ask? Well, I'm sure I'm not the only one that misses our dear @katsujiiccfinds as they are no longer maintaining their blog. We still have blogs like @kpccfinds, @pis3update, @wanderingsimsfinds and many more that reblog new cc, but I like to keep things more organized than what their tagging systems offer (please don't take offence I love all of you!) With that in mind, I had an idea and some time. Put those two things together and you get a new tagging system which in my opinion is pretty detailed. You want an accessory hat? I got you! Maybe some fantasy decor for your house? I got that too! You get the point, you want it, I got it. Another fun thing I'll be doing is adding preview pictures to CC that does not have it, and expanding the tagging system to include things such as lookbooks, archives and more!

All that being said, this blog is still in it's early stages. This means that I urge you to give me feedback on the tagging system, spelling mistakes, and everything else to make sure this blog can become the best version of itself.

gamplay! meet the Flores family.

i decided to start making posts of my personal gameplay, i thought it would make it so much more fun. this is diego and his sister daniela. their parents recently passed away and left their penthouse behind to them. daniela just became a nurse and also just went through a rough break up and decided to move in with diego, what she wasn't expecting was her little brother to hoe out (lmao). diego doesn't know what he would like to do with his career yet, he likes to sing and play the guitar for some extra money, it def helps him attract the ladies. he might want to enter the teaching career or maybe become a simfluencer?

the gameplay will be mostly focused on diego and his shenanigans. i honestly rarely ever just play the game, most of the time i'm making stories or editing and i want to sit down and actually just try enjoying the game aside from my love island challenge! i'm not following any sort of challenge or anything for now, just going with the flow.

Girls Night...at the Barcade 🥂🎳😏

It was Sunday night and Penny was invited to Moonlight Bowling at this random Barcade with her cousins, Fallon & Farrah (yeah, the "New In Town Scenario" girl). They were here on a business trip (Fallon is a Simfluencer and her management is in San My and Farrah is a Fashion Photographer) and this was their last night in town, so she got dressed and decided to meet them there.

She arrived about 15 minutes before them and decided to head to the bar for her favorite drink, Champagne (her lil bougie ass)...

A few moments later, she texts Farrah letting her know she's at the bar and their lane will be ready in about 10 minutes. Meanwhile, Moe notices her sitting there alone and sparks conversation, gives a flirty introduction, a suggested look AND offered to buy her another drink...

(disregard the busted ass townies, they just wont go away!). She's single & thinks he's fine AF so of course she accepted.

By this point our lil alcohol lightweight had a glass of dry Champagne (her fave), a Remy Martin VSOP Cocktail, AND a Frozen Margarita...🥴 Now although Moe's a lil whore, He's a patient & charming lil whore who likes the thrill of the chase...

So despite him thinking of all the ways He would fold her up like a pretzel, he enjoyed their conversation even more. Eye contact is definitely Moe's biggest weakness and Penny's tipsy, flirtatious ass was staring him in his eyes the whole time.

The 10 minutes had passed and her cousins arrived just in time for the their lane to open. Moe didn't want to impose on her girls night, so he wrapped up their conversation by offering to take her out sometime and gave her his number. "No pressure of course" (his exact words but he knows damn well she's gonna call...)

Fallon and Farrah meet her near the bar but Farrah was no longer interested in bowling (It's the way I had to summon Farrah's ass TWICE because she kept leaving then refused to bowl) ANYWHO... Penny & Fallon tipsy moonlight bowled until like 5 AM.

It's pretty dark but I have been laughing at Fallon pop-locking after knocking all but one pin down in the first gif. 😩 Then Penny was on the struggle bus the WHOLE time!

Pen finally managed to hit a Strike in her last frame but still lost. However, our girl managed to level up (and can now select a cute lil red swirl bowling ball...oooohhhh scandalous 💁🏽‍♀️).

She somehow manages to leave the Barcade at like 7AM, knowing damn well that she has to be at work at 10AM. As soon as she makes it back to her condo, that's when she runs into Nico near the elevator (and swoons)

...before unlocking her door, jumping in the shower, and quickly accepting the call to work from home logging into her computer.

After she finished up with her work day, she checks her socials and somehow ended up here😩

Confused as to why Nova (one of her good friends might I add) wanted to BlickBLOCK her into next year...She quickly closed Social Bunny, flung her phone on the sofa, and gathered her thoughts as best as she knew how.

She'll deal with Nova a little bit later.

15 Generation Barbie Doll Legacy Challenge

Skills not listed but required in-game for assigned careers and aspirations are necessary to complete. There are no rules about appearances, spouses, children, or pets, so be as imaginative and creative as you want! You can play strictly according to the guidelines, or add your own flare!

Sadly a lotta ppl ( esp sims 4 players ) only seem to know it for whatever they see popular SimFluencers show, and a lotta them either just use it as a punching bag, or don't really mod their games to the level veteran Sims 3 girlies do.

The Montgomery Family

Meet the Montgomery Family, residents of VIII Landgraab in San Myshuno!

Representative Peter Montgomery met his wife Alicia almost twenty years ago during his first run for political office when the San Myshuno Gazette assigned her to photograph his grassroots campaign, and they have been together every since. Alicia is now a freelance photographer, but spends her time supporting her husband's causes and raising their two children, Ciara (an aspiring Simfluencer/Blogger teen) and Tucker (a rambunctious grade school student), and their dog, Ginger (the real boss of the house). Will Peter's career overshadow his children's futures, or will they be able to find their own paths in the world?

Not going to lie - obsessed with Ciara and all of her looks. I am tempted to use her in the future if I ever decide to make Look Books. I used this Random Family Generator as a starting point (mostly for the parents, their careers, and the number of kids), and just let the inspo flow from there.

PS - absolutely love messing around with poses - I adore that first snippet of Peter and Alicia on the balcony!

The Simfluencer Club

The Simfluencer Club is where Sims from all over the world can share their passions, hobbies, positive experiences, and moments where things can go from chill to chaotic real quick.

I wanted to do something a little different with my sims. I am damn near making all of them simfluencers but in their own way. They will be living out their aspirations , careers , hopes and dreams through social media. Authentically and slightly scripted🤭

Whew. (Super Sim Update)

SO. MUCH. PROGRESS.

I am officially DONE with all Base Game Skills, Aspirations*, AND Careers!

(*Not the Family ones that require children to age up into Young Adults/have children... but soon!)

I'm also done with the Outdoor Retreat Aspirations and Skills! (That's far less of an accomplishment, considering there's only one of each, and you (almost) have to max the Herbalism skill to complete the Aspiration.)

So, now it's time to Get to Work. (Ha! I'm hilarious.) Stella already mastered the Baking and Photography skills a loooong time ago, so that's already done. I started her in the Detective career first, since that's the only active career I've never played before. Like I mentioned in my last Super Sim Update post, Stella went back to University to get a couple more relevant degrees, to make these careers go by more quickly. So thanks to her Distinguished Degree in Psychology, she started at Level 8 and just maxed the career. I haven't decided if we'll do the Doctor or Scientist career next; I've played both before, and are the Scientist career animations still bugged? I'm leaning toward Doctor, because I think I've only played through that one once before, whereas I know I've done the Scientist career a couple times.

The biggest changes/most progress has been with the family.

The twins are still living with Cousin India, who had a baby with some rando... once it ages up into an infant, I can go into their household and check the family tree to see what's up with that. ANYWAY, the twins aged up into teens, so I'm considering bringing them back to my household, since they can take care of themselves now.

Tinsley looks a lot like Stella, and Tate looks pretty similar to Cade -- like, to the point that it was difficult to do Tate's CAS and make him look like a different person than Cade.

Speaking of Cade, he's coming along nicely with his Minor-Super Sim goals. Obviously, since he's now a teen also, he completed all the Childhood skills and aspirations, as well as Scouts. (He did as much of the Drama Club activity as he could as a kid, but you can't max that until you're a Teen.) As a Teen, he has maxed the Drama Club, Cheer Team, Chess Team, and Football Team activities; he's currently on the Computer Team, and is Level 2, so almost done. I'm not having him do the Simfluencer or Video Game Streamer "side hustle" careers, since those can also be done by Adults. As far as Aspirations go, Cade has finished the Drama Llama and Goal Oriented ones, and is currently working on Admired Icon and Live Fast -- I think he will probably finish the latter one first, but I'm kind of going back and forth at the same time, to try to get them done more quickly.

I'm also pleased to report that Prom seems to be actually working in this save! Which I'm really excited about, because I literally never got to see it until now. At Cade's first prom, his half-sister, Emma (Dexter's daughter), was crowned Prom Royalty!

(I wish the photobooth pictures saved to the Screenshots or somewhere, because they took a really cute/funny pic together in the booth!)

At Cade's second prom, he exchanged promise rings with his girlfriend, Luna Villareal:

(Should Luna be (at least) a Young Adult by now, given that she was a Teen when I started this save file? Yes. Did I age her down in CAS, because she and Cade met once and hit it off, then she aged up the next day? Also yes. Look, I told you in post one that I was playing a little fast and loose with the rules.)

Cade also made a new bff at this prom: Orange Bailey-Moon, who is (a) still famous and (b) now literally (prom) royalty:

I do want to get Cade crowned prom royalty before he graduates, which is all the more reason to bring his siblings home -- votes that I can control! (Besides, India has her own kid to take care of now.)

My plan is for Cade and Luna to get engaged and married pretty much immediately upon Cade's aging up into a Young Adult. (Even though I aged Luna down in CAS, she's still significantly older than Cade, according to MC Command Center.) The sooner they get married, the sooner they can create the requisite grandchildren for Stella's aspiration.

Speaking of Stella's aspiration, I don't currently have her working on one. Since there are none with Get to Work, the next one will be the ones added to Spa Day in the refresh... except those Aspirations are the whole gameplay of the pack. So it feels wrong to work on those before finishing the Get to Work careers.

And speaking of the Get to Work careers: since there's no tutorial-type aspiration tied to Retail, and it doesn't have levels like a traditional career... I haven't decide how I'm going to handle that. I may not bother with it at all, because I've played with Retail stores before (and they're a PITA). Still deciding for sure, though.

Explanation of the save file

I understand it is confusing even with the introductions so this is a summary in just one post. No pictures and kinda long so be warned.

This all starts in 2014 when I made a family for the base game. That same family lasted until Get to Work when I moved one of the kids to Parkshore with three other roomates. Two of them were twins, a doctor and an artist. The artist fell in love with the roomate and they married creating the Morh Family. Zaiden opened an Art Gallery tha made a tons of money every day and his wife became the Chief of Police.

They adopted a son, Sebastian and later had a girl named Katerina. Sebastian had twins as a teenager after getting his high school girlfriend Kiera pregnant. The relationship didn't work out and the kids ended up moving to the Morh household after the breakup. His father was too busy with his life so his parents moslty took care of raising them. He worked in the bussiness career for a while before realizing being a social media star was more his vibe after City Living came out.

He started spending more time in the city where he met Shannah and after many hookups got her pregnant too. She didn't tell him and he found out after visitng her randomly to check up on her. He decided to do better this time and moved in to the apartment to raise his new son Kian. Three was already a crowd so the twins were left behind with their grandparents. That's how the Xu-Mei houselhold was created.

Meanwhile Katerina, who was into music, decided to become a musician and during a show in Oasis Springs met her future husband Josh who later told her he was a secret agent. They married and moved to Oasis Springs to start their family. They had Katiana first. Those are the begginings of the Simblr house.

It was around this time that the Morh founders decided to have another kid together, only this time they got two, twins Nika & Lina.

The twins aged up to teens and moved in with their father who had earned enough money to buy a bigger apartment in Uptown. Levi was into fitness and decided to become a soccer player as a young adult. His sister Aline was more into creating stories and she started as a writer.

Levi moved to an apartment of his own with his high school sweetheart Bria and his best friend since childhood Nathan.

Aline kept living with her father and his family while she dated Akira and even moved him in after their wedding. She got pregnant with a girl who she later named Alexa but found out shortly after the birth that Akira had gotten his roomate Miko pregnant too around the same time. She broke up with him and decided to move to Forgotten Hollow with a roomate. A guy named Adriel who was also into the spernatural atmosphere of the town.

The Morh twins aged up around the same time Katerina had her own, Juliana and Liliana. And Levi and Bria had their own daughter Brianna so Nathan had to move in with his brother. And that's how the Kim house started.

Aline started investigating the secrets of her town and she met Vladislaus who revealed the secret. She asked to be turned and he obliged. However, he refused to turn Adriel too and she promised she would after learning how. That's how the Straud household was created.

Nika got engaged to her high school sweetheart Diego, after Wedding Stories, who was the son of a family involved in the criminal world. They started planning their wedding but Nika was too focused on her work to devote enough time. Those are the begginings of the Barrueco household.

The Simblrs moved to Willow Creek and after the twins became teens, around the time of the High School Years expansion came out. Katiana graduated early from high school and started her college career. Liliana became a simfluencer and a cheerleader, and started dating Liam. Juliana joined the computer team and started streamming.

I created multiple save files of this one to focus on each individual family but eventually gave up and decided to merge them again so the timeline is a bit screwed.

In one version:

Liliana started dating Liam and then married him after aging up. She moved to Del Sol Valley and started her family. Her sister moved to college with her boyfriend and her parents died. She had twins and the girl, Olivia, became the founcer of the sour challenge.

Olivia moved to an aparment and started working on her goals while her parents kept having children. I kept the family and moved them in to the save file after Liliana aged up and cheated the realtionships to fit. And that's the Beckett family.

Currently:

The Becketts live behind the Simblr residence in Willow Creek and are struggling to pay their bills and mantain the perfect family picture. Olivia will move in to her grandmother's house.

As for Lina, I managed to find her a husband only for him to die after getting engaged and trying for baby because he was a vampire and we went to Tartosa to plan the events. He stood in the sun for too long. She had a daughter named Leah Zaine in that universe but in this version none of those events have happened. She's running out of time now that she's and adult so the characters have changed. Her future husband is now a family friend and they will have a daughter together. Soon-to-be Holmes.

Chapter 4

Sexy painter posts also get the attention of the AEP pornography studio. That modeling request I didn't turn down. Before you get any ideas, I already had an AEP Livestream page before I moved to the city. Their studio is divided up into many parts; they have models of all types, a magazine, live streams, and a porn studio. Basically, they’re like Playboy without Hugh Hefner. When I found out that AEP also hired models from their live streamer pool I jumped for the chance. 

AEP called me to come in one Thursday afternoon for test shots at their studio in Magnolia Promenade. Walking into their photo studio venue you wouldn’t know that they were shooting what they shot here. Just dressing rooms, makeup chairs and photobooth like you’d expect. But I’ve seen pictures of their two production studios in Del Sol Valley. There is no mistaking what they do there. Themed rooms, private dressing rooms for their star performers, closets full of props, and more. Here, it’s not until you’ve gotten a bit further in and you see their movie posters and large-scale prints that you realize this isn’t your normal photo studio. 

After I checked in at the front desk they told me to just hang out until I’m called. While I’m getting myself a drink I come face to face with Josh and Jonah's ex-girlfriend's photos on the walls. Jonah’s ex I don’t mind but it's the bitch that dumped Josh I can’t stand.

Seeing Josh's ex-hoe’s huge naked "no their not fake” tits printed in glossy 20 by 30 smack behind the bar was too much! At least the photo was in black and white so I wouldn’t have to see her overly bronzed skin and “natural” blonde hair. Ugh, I hate her and I'm glad he's done with the hoe. I got to flipping through one of her contact sheets books while I sipped a seltzer waiting my turn with the photographer in the flash photo studio. 

There were a lot of other girls and one guy there as well. They asked us to come in PJ-type outfits with simple hair and makeup. I'd come dressed in an oversized slouchy raglan tee that I stole from Josh cinched at my waist, high cut undies to show off my long legs and knee highs with my hair loose and the simplest touch of gloss. I'm no exhibitionist like Josh's ex-hoe so I was feeling a little embarrassed with all the people around and the photographer being an older male. There is nothing wrong with the photographer being male. I wasn't really sure what to expect. The girl with the photographer when I walked in had her top off and I didn't think I'd be interested in doing that my first time out. I'm sure hoe tits took her top off the second the camera flashed.

The photographer turned out to be really warm and friendly when I finally was up to shoot. We talked a bit about what sort of poses I should do and the benefits of micros before I got on my mark. I mentioned to him I'd much rather be on his side of the camera to which he replied, “Don't worry darling. I've seen your posts. You're gonna be good at this. Just move around to the music and do whatever makes you feel comfortable.”

I had a great time at the studio. The best thing about AEP is they let you take as many copies of your photos with you as you want as long as you wait a week before you post them. I actually got a few good shots out of the batch and was flipping through them on my way out when I saw Jonah's ex walk into the studio. She smiled brightly and came over to me, “Hey aren't you Joshua's best friend? Is it Eve?”

“Eden,” I laughed...

I'm super excited for the new monster high dolls & felt compelled to make ✨️another✨️ occult household in the Sims. I don't normally rock with the vampires but! I'm attached to this one. Her name is...*checks notes... Jackie. She was turned in the 70s & has spent her afterlife keeping up with all the fashion trends (although thr 60s/70s will always have her heart). This has helped her become a very successful simfluencer 🤳

So as a way to help me through my writers block I’ve been just casually playing sims again. What started out as a chill gameplay save of exploring jobs and aspirations I hadn’t played with yet, and naming all the kids after nature and plant life, soon turned into a full household of characters I absolutely loved. Since the mom of my family was a spellcaster I first thought about making her and her two kids all “sages” of one school of magic. Well then she had twins and that plan flew out out of the window so I just ended up creating two extra schools and handed them out as they best fit with everyone’s personality. (Honestly I might have to come up with one more later as her last kid is currently a baby so I can’t check whether they’re a spellcaster or not yet.) 

Anyway since they’ve brought me a lot of joy, and inspiration, I figured I’d share them with you! Well the spellcasters of the family anyway.
