Uraraka Ochako

She probably is the most likely to gain weight normally to be honest. To save on money she usually eats a lot of junk food, and even with her intense training sometimes it just sticks around for a while. I personally have an hc that Uraraka is normally a little chubby most of the time. She definitely gets her fat spread evenly around her body.

Momo Yaoyorozu

She rapidly gains weight on her vacations, where she stops using her quirk everyday for training. She eats a lot to keep her body fat content high to use her quirk safely, but when she stops using her quirk, that diet makes her put up some weight really fast. She doesn't particularly dislike it, since she knows that will happen so she has some clothes that will fit her like a glove stored in her closet while she waits for work to start again. Her fat normally forms on her belly or back, where she burns fat the most.

Mina Ashido

She is already very not lean on parts of her body, which she is quite proud of! Her arms and legs are particularly fond to her, specially after she started pulling weight and getting more defined muscles. If she gained weight there is only one thing to blame, her cheat week. Her cheat week involves her eating everyday things she wanted to eat while dieting to get more muscles. This wouldn't be a problem normally, everyone needs to have their cheat days, but Mina eats so much everyday of her cheatweek that she gets sick only to repeat the same thing the next day. Between the excessive amount of food she ingests and the medicine to help her bare the pain on her stomach. she does put quite a bit of weight, but she really doesn't care, the fat on her arms and thighs will make her workouts even easier! She does care immensely that she gets sick the next week and can't go to the gym or work.

Tsuyu Asui

She acts differently than all the others when it comes to gaining weight. She plans it very carefully. On one hand, she needs to be very lightweight to be able to maneuver as fast as she can on her patrols or more importantly her rescue missions. But she can't also be too skinny that she doesn't have the muscle to move around quickly and the fat to keep herself warm and energised. She learned first hand what being super skinny feels like, without the body fat her muscles hurt from too much use and she becomes almost dormant when in colder climates. She has a balanced diet that allows her to have the best of both worlds, and that means she changes it up so she can gain extra fat during the winter or fall, so during those months, you can expect her a little chubbier than usual. She normally gets quite a belly going, which annoys her to no end, since she feels way more cold on her arms and speccialy hee legs, needless to say, she is quite envious of how Mina gains weight.

Jirou Kyouka

It's almost impossible for her to gain weight, since she was a child she was always very skinny even when she ate little bags full of candy in an afternoon, so even as an adult, she has quite a lot of trouble gaining weight or even maintaining it. She goes to a nutritionist to know what she should eat to keep herself healthy, since she can't always eat the same type of food over and over again to keep herself ready for hero work. In short, Jirou gaining weight isn't a rare occasion at all, it happens all the time, but it's always barely noticeable.

Toru Hagakure

Toru has trouble knowing when she gains weight, but most of the time she prefers being "overweight" just to help her in using her hero costume during winter (Toru and Tsuyu like to trade diets during the colder months). If she lets you in on how her body is at those times, she will tell you that she gains quite a bit of fat on her thighs more do than her belly. At least she thinks so, she never saw any of them at that stage to confirm.
