As timid and unsure Tara was, she knew she could always trust Charley. And while she had never wanted to hurt her (unintentionally or not), she had to know that the other woman would let her know if it was too much, if there was something she didn’t like. Tara may have lacked experience, but she made up for that in passion and heart. She knew there were times where she may have handled Charley as if she were holding a bird with a broken wing. Chocolate eyes widened gently as she searched her girlfriend’s features. (Looking for any sign of uncertainty)

Tara would listen and she would do her best-- it was all she could do. And Charley would love her for it. There had never been a kinder woman.

Her lips split into a wide smile as she gave a bashful nod, raven hair fell into her face. “Okay.” She breathed out. She ran a thumb over Charley’s hip bone, enjoying the way it felt silky smooth against her pad.

And while it was unlike she had ever done before, she felt her heartbeat quicken with excitement at the thought of trying something new.

Nails dug, leaving red marks as she buried her face into the crook of Charley’s neck. She allowed her teeth to drag against the slope of Charley’s neck. She massaged the other woman with the heel of her hand as she guided her body to go where she wanted it to go. Mindful to listen to any change in her breath, any winces. 

She conducted Charley to sit up and turn so that her knees sank into the mattress. Tara kissed along the curve of her spine, her hand kneaded her ass before she gave it a hesitant smack. She’d never seen Charley in this position before, but she liked it. Her fingers smoothed against the flushed skin before the rounded for her stomach, and back to the rear before her wandering fingers stroked against Charley’s entrance. Careful (at first), she slipped two fingers inside of Charley, then spread them to stretch her.

She wet her lower lip as she threaded her free hand through Charley's hair. She tugged the chestnut hair as she pumped deeper into the other woman.

"Hi friends! I will try to make this short and sweet, like me . My name is Charkey, short for Charcoal and I'm around 1.5 years old. Hate to brag, but I'm a bit of a survivor. You see, most puppies born with a cleft lip or palate, are not able to nurse properly, so you won't see alot of dogs who look like me. Last year, my person was evicted and left me behind. I had to munch on the bag of charcoal as food, for a couple weeks, until the nice people found me and rescued me.

I have tried out a few homes, but they didn't work out for me. I have stayed with many dogs, but it turns out that I really don't like the other boy dogs that much, and the girls are cuter . I also prefer to dine alone, and my toys that my friends buy for me are mine, so please don't make me share. I LOVE humans. I have yet to meet a stranger. The little peoples are fun too, but sometimes I think it's fun to knock them over, and I'm the only one laughing."

Brooklyn Raga Massive - In D - having previously recorded Terry Riley’s “In C” they kick it up a notch (heh) for a tribute

"In D" is Brooklyn Raga Massive’s homage to Terry Riley, the legendary musician and composer credited with launching the genre of minimalism in 1964. It was inspired by the correspondence between Riley and members of BRM after the composer heard the group’s recording of "In C". The composition is based on a suite of 3 ragas that incorporates Riley’s concept of short musical cells that musicians can repeat and embellish at will. This is a single take of music, recorded by a diverse community of 25 musicians, all masked and 6' apart, in the midst of the 2020 pandemic in New York City. The performance was premiered at the Ragas Live Festival, the penultimate set of 24 hours of music, and was followed by a solo performance by Terry Riley himself. We hope that the joy we felt making music together for the first time in many moons emerges in these tracks and are grateful to Christopher Deputato and the Cafe Royal Cultural Foundation who made this dream come true.
