— “so i took our snail for a walk and i had accidentally left my feet here to wash the dishes because the grass was blue.”

— huh? you could see him trying to process everything you just said as you explained, his lips parting and eyebrows furrowing. it took everything in you not to laugh. he does one of those blinks, the really delayed ones, one eye opens before the other…

— he’s half asleep too so the confusion is just adding up altogether. if chicken scratch wasn’t a writing term, this is literally it in words. its like the books back at home he picks up to read (derogatory) its, what, 4 am? dont do this to him😭

— you’ve never seen him so expressive💀 this definitely makes his eye and ear twitch at the same time. what type of fucked up fever dream is this?? its usually a blessing seeing you as the first thing he wakes up to, not when you wake him up with some bull strung up in a sentence with your beady eyes staring at him while he sleeps. he loves you, yes, but what does he even say to this…

— your forehead met with his chest as you struggled not to laugh at the uncharacteristic break in leona’s voice. how many cups of coffee did you drink? he asks you to repeat yourself even though it kinda a mind mush decision so you did and by the end of it, he looks absolutely restless.

— “that’s… yes. that’s great, herbivore. can we go to bed now?”

— you note that leona is surprisingly patient when half asleep

— “hiii, do you remember a year ahead ago when i had to go to the dentist to get my spine fixed and the cats were barking at the flying dogs because the sky was in the water?”

— bro feels like he just had a stroke💀 he’s blinking rapidly, rubbing nose bridge as you explain. he really wants to understand, he does, but wtf did you just say??? it was the innocent “hi” before you unapologetically bashed his head in with the entire dictionary. its so ridiculous he couldn’t help but laugh.

— “jack, this is serious.” even as you told him that, your voice was not steady at all which made his shoulders shake violently in silent laughter.

— “im listening, i swear. tell me one more time?” yk his ass is not listening. he pulls you into his lap while his thumbs idly rubbed your sides, responding to your stories with “uh-huh” and “yeah?” with a lovesick smile on his face.

— eventually holds your face and starts pressing heart squeezing, fluffy kisses all over your face which truly made you more tired then you were. you honestly start forgetting what and where the story was going.

— jack only pauses his kissing attack to respond when you take a small break but even then he doesn’t pull away fully, he’s just speaking against your skin

— “—and the duck had my arm while i was taking it on a walk because gran tammy was in a flying shopping cart.”

— “oh wow. and then?”

— he’s listening but he’s not, mostly because he’s like two seconds away from dreamland and his brain isn’t registering half the shit you’re saying. he wants to see how many stories you can jumble up.

— “yeah, i think it’s bedtime for us…”

— takes a quick look around before looking at you. “what happened? is it time to wake up leona already?” you shake your head and ruggie flops back, an arm draped over his eyes. “you scared me… come, lay down with me?” he held his free arm out for you and you did take your place cozied up against his side. to your surprise, you did actually scare the living shit out of him from how fast his heart was racing.

— “ruggie, yk i just found out you’re related to turtles, right? and i had to take uncle bobby to the vet to get a dna test because the fish drowned in air.”

— slow roblox turn towards you but instead its his head as he cranes it down to stare at you. you can practically hear the gears in his head turning and you literally could not look at him or you’d blow your cover.🧍🏾

— “i’m sorry,, what the fuck??”

— he’s genuinely confused, asking you questions about your story while his brain tries to put together the pieces. each question he asks, the more its harder to speak in full sentences other than wheezes

— “what are you laughing at, ya little shit? explain this to me!”

— “i’m trying!”

— and you are😭 its like when you have to explain the family tree really slow bc you cant say, “my father’s girlfriend’s son” without him like ???? and you’re trying to explain it to him slowly, eventually forgetting what you said in the first place…

✩ Ais raises a brow as the little puppy comes up to him wagging its tail.

✩ He looks down at the puppy and chuckles before looking back at his s/o. “Yours?”

✩ Ais looks slightly confused but he squats down bends down and lets the puppy sniff his hand before picking it up from the ground and holding it in his arms, running his hand through its fluffy fur.

✩ The puppy barks and wiggles around in his arms, rolling over onto its back, panting happily as he pets it. “Hm, it's cute… What's its name?”

✩ From that day onward, Ais found himself enjoying the puppy's company, even though he wouldn't show it. He'd secretly feed it treats behind your back and even play with it when you weren't looking, still keeping up his nonchalant facade.

✩ He was over at your place a lot more now, the puppy had grown attached to him (and so had he).

✩ The puppy seemed to absolutely adore him, following him everywhere like a little shadow and always coming back to him for affection and cuddles.

✩ Ais even started referring to it as 'his' puppy when he didn't think you were around, but again, he'd never admit it to you directly.

✩ Ais found himself talking to the puppy, though he'd pretend he was just "mumbling to himself", asking it how it's day was and telling it secretly how cute he thought it was. Despite his rough exterior, he had a soft spot for the little ball of fur.

✩ Princess, despite her initial dislike of it, actually softened up a bit upon meeting the puppy. She'd watch from a distance as Ais interacted with the puppy, often joining in on the fun.

✩ Ais would occasionally let the puppy sleep beside him, pretending he didn't mind the extra company.

✩ He even started giving it little nicknames.

✩ If you ever caught him, he'd quickly turn away and pretend he wasn't doing anything.

✩ “I've only known it for a day and a half, but if anything happened to it, I would kill everyone in this room and then myself.”

Leander

🗡 Leander's eyes light up as he sees the puppy

🗡 “Well, aren't you just the cutest little furball. What's your name, little one?”

🗡 He crouches down to the puppy's level and gently sticks out his hand for the puppy to sniff. “You are just the cutest little thing, aren't you? Is it okay if I give you a pat?”

🗡 The puppy starts bouncing around his feet, its ears flopping around. “You're quite the playful one, huh?” Leander chuckles and pats the puppy gently on its head, careful not to be too rough, scratching the puppy behind its ears. “Oh, you like that, don't you? You're a little bundle of energy, aren't you?”

🗡 Ever since that day, Leander and the puppy became i n s e p a r a b l e.

🗡 The man fell completely in love. Absolutely smitten. He treats the puppy like royalty, like his own child.

🗡 The puppy would follow him everywhere and Leander would dote on it constantly, spoiling it with treats and toys, playing with it, taking it for walks, teaching it tricks. and even including it in his daily activities.

🗡 Leander's s/o would often find them curled up together, the puppy napping in his lap as he worked, or them playing tug-of-war with a favorite chew toy in the back alley of the Wick.

🗡  He loves showing off her skills to everyone, proudly calling it his little "accomplished companion."

🗡 Leander finds himself more lighthearted when he's around the puppy, his usual demeanor softening in its presence.

🗡 Leander even began weaving the puppy into his magical practices, using it as a source of inspiration and energy that allowed him to focus his power more effectively.

🗡 He would talk to the puppy as if it understood him, telling it about his day and his troubles, finding solace in having someone to talk to, even if that someone had four legs and a wagging tail.

Vere

✦ Vere's attention is immediately stolen by the adorable ball of fluff.

✦ "Well, aren't you just the cutest little thing? Look at you, all tiny and precious!"

✦ He crouches down to get a closer look, his gaze studying the puppy with genuine affection. He reaches out his hand, making soft clicking noises to get the little puppy's attention.

✦ "Come here, you adorable little fluff ball. Let me see those big, beautiful eyes."

✦ The puppy, sensing Vere's energy, begins to wag its little tail and bounce around excitedly. It looks up at Vere with glossy eyes, its tiny tongue sticking out as it lets out a melodic yip.

✦ A soft chuckle escapes Vere's lips, heart melting at the sight of the little canine. "Oh, you're just so full of life, aren't you? Just a little bundle of joy and cuteness." He extends his hand further, gently patting the puppy's head and stroking its soft fur.

✦ Vere becomes enamored with the little puppy. He takes every opportunity to shower the tiny canine with affection.

✦ The puppy, in turn, becomes incredibly fond of Vere. It becomes his constant companion, eagerly bouncing by his side whenever he's around, jumping on his lap whenever he sits down, curling up against his chest for cuddles and naps, licking his face.

✦ “See darling? It’s obvious it loves me more!”

✦ Vere spends countless hours playing with the puppy, rolling around on the floor, tossing small toys for it to fetch, engaging in lighthearted wrestling matches and even trying to teach it a few tricks.

✦ During quiet moments, Vere would sit with the puppy in his lap, gently petting and scratching behind its ears. The pup would bask in the attention, nuzzling against him and licking his fingers affectionately.

✦ As time passed, Vere's usual aloofness and reserved demeanor melted away whenever the puppy was around. He would find himself laughing more often, his icy demeanor replaced by a softer, more carefree attitude

✦  He seemed to forget his own troubles in the presence of the puppy's innocent exuberance. Late-night strolls become a regular occurrence, with the puppy trotting alongside him, its paws pattering against the pavement.

✦ One day, Vere finds himself sitting on the floor, surrounded by a chaotic mess of toys and snacks. The puppy is sitting right in front of him, nibbling on a chewy toy and playfully tugging at one of his shoelaces. As Vere watches the puppy's antics, a sense of contentment washes over him. He realizes that he never had something so pure and real in his life before. The puppy doesn't care about his past mistakes or hidden truths. It simply loves him.

✦ “Ah, yes, this is my partner in crime. Don’t you dare touch it or not even Kuras will be able to heal you.”

I headcanon that Nightmare messed up a few times when trying to put Killer in Stage 2. After all, it isn't an exact science. Sure, he can take away his emotions or make it so they're harder to reach, but he has no way to know whether that will get him Stage 2 or if it'll trigger Stage 3 into coming out and protecting the body because he still is injuring Killer to do it.

So imagine the very first meeting with Color (the one before the comic about it) was interrupted in a similar fashion as the one in the comic, except before Color could manage to get through to Stage 1.

Except that time Stage 3 is the one that comes out. And, first thing it does, is tear off the tentacle stabbing it with its teeth. Then it runs off into the forest and Nightmare has to spend the rest of the day calling him back like people do with dogs when they run off. All while still sore from his tentacle being ripped off.

That old man deserves to have a miserable experience.

And that's why the next time it takes him so long to intervene, he had to give himself a whole pep talk before stepping in and trying again

That’s perfect, I love it.

And I’d like to imagine that in the beginning, before Nightmare could even begin trying to condition killer himself and get anywhere with it (such as no killing) he’d often have to struggle with and beat Stage 3 down in submission over and over whenever the reconditioning process started confusing and hurting Killer too much to comprehend —resorting to Stage 3 whenever he couldn’t understand which Stage he needed to be in and resorted to resisting and defending himself.

The rules Chara already established beforehand can’t just be erased or rewritten or replaced, but more like Nightmare has to try and lay his own layer of rules over it—pretty brutally and painfully, and the more Stage 3 loses or is recaptured, the more learned helplessness and hopelessness sets into Stage 1, feeding into Stage 2’s apathy and detachment.

I don’t know I just really love thinking about how how killer would’ve adjusted to life under Chara vs nightmare. Especially when he still doesn’t believe he has escaped and is free from Chara, parts of him still living by and following their rules (Stage 4) even as it endangers and contradicts what he has to do now.

(Underfear) Strider

Strider can usually be found in Snowdin forest, hiding in the tree line and stalking about. She is a malnourished dog monster with a genetic mutation that makes her look like this. She has an interesting option for the Player/Chara to do in their fight. One of the actions they can do under the Act button is Befriend. Using the seeing glass, her form is more broken; her jaw is hanging open with almost rotten teeth, she's missing patches of hair, and her skin is basically clinging to her skeleton for dear life. She is very friendly, though she forgets how big she is and what she looks like, so when she tries to befriend smaller animals, she ends up scaring them to death, much to her confusion. Her diet is mostly whatever she finds, that being rats, carcasses, deer, and at desperate times, she'll hunt monsters &/or humans.

Here’s the undertale dream I had

(Ramble below)

So this popular channel on tv was making a undertale series. Like, a kind of 3D/ animation thing. There was an entire sneak peak and all. Opened with the surface in a house, and Toriel walking into the kitchen with pie, being followed by frisk, monster kid, and several nameless monster children. Toriel reminded me of a fiber goat, very fluffy. Everyone was laughing and smiling, music playing, and then it cut to a dark bedroom, and there was a human in a bed with a soul over ‘em (chara probably) and Asriel half hidden in the shadows reaching for it. Then it kinda cut to a “sneak peak scene”. Frisk had this little tutu on and a bandanna that was like, orangish red around their wrist. They were going through snowdin forest, with this piano version of snowdin playing in the background, and you could see a bit of yellow petals in the bush near em (Flowey prob) until they heard this barking, and it sounded like a cute dog. They followed the sound, came to what looked like a huge castle gate. Before they could knock, a absolute huge armored hand grabbed the gate door from inside, opening it slowly to reveal a horrifyingly large suit of armor with a fluffy white dog head at the top, which borked sweetly. Like, dude was huge. It swung this absolutely mammoth of a sword- and frisk somehow dodged, and took out this plastic toy knife and slashed at them, slicing their sword in HALF as the world went dark, and four glowing buttons appeared in front of the small human-before it cut to the title; “UNDERTALE AND DELTARUNE”. I’m not quite sure where the deltarune is gonna take place, but okay. Immediately after I excitedly told my father that I hoped that there would be the three routes in the series as well, and he was just confused why “they were rebooting narnia”. Then they showed some designs. It was cool, reminded me of a mix of styles, and a bit of that one dragon from “The never ending story”. The kicker was, sans and papyrus? They weren’t in the new style.

THEY WERE LIKE, DRAWN FROM UNDERVERSE. LITERALLY. THE EXACT STYLE.

I woke up in a dead sweat when I tried to search up people’s reactions to that on tumblr.

I'm a little confused about the UT timeline. Are the two dogs like 100 years old or something?

It's likely they would be, since Toriel and Asgore split a long time ago and Chara didn't fall until 201X. It might explain their poor eyesight if you take them as elderly, though that would be the only indication of old age. Monster lifespans are kind of ambiguous, anyway.

Hi! I'm a big fan of Papyrus conspiracies, excpically as someone who LOVES to theorise about the mysteriously upbeat side character. I'm not sure if these things has been mentioned before but... I would like to put my two cents in.

No eyelights. Canonically, San's eye lights disapepar when he is too angry at the player to keep up his smiling mask. But Papyrus NEVER has eyelights, just a goofy human eyeball thing when he's being expecially silly. But. Never. Any. Eyelights. I feel like this is important.

If Sans was a scientist prior to everything else, wouldn't it have been strange to live in Snowdin? I mean, there is the River Person and San's shortcuts, but it doesn't make much sense. Sooo, at some point it would have been reasonable for them to have lived in Hotland.

The lack of astrick before the text when he talks. I don't know why it is like that but it just is Strange and I want to know more. WHAT COULD IT MEAN? I am sure it means SOMETHING.

Attracts cyrptids/time gods like flies to honey. The Annoying Dog, Flowey, the River Person that nobody else seems to know about. Flowey isn't the only one that seems to find this "naive child" strangely interesting.

As much as it is a crucial part of his character, it is strange that he forgives mass murderers. What kind of "brutal guy" is he to think even THESE people can do better? Or is it just that he remembers that they have proven that they can be?

The Gauntlet of Deadly Terror. Not enough talk about this in the Undertale fandom in my opinion. What the hell, Papyrus, why did you make that? He only realises that Undyne would be a better aduience than Chara AFTER he makes it. Golf. Harmless puzzle games. Confusing and vague "puzzle". GAUNTLET OF DEADLY TERROR.

I miss getting Papyrus theory asks, so this was really nice to receive. ;w;

I have seen some of these before, but it's really nice to have them compiled into an ask like this, anon. Papyrus has a lot of very unusual things about him, like Sans does. I love the asterisks bit because it really is strange that he's the only one who never uses asterisks. He also does attract a lot of god-like beings, and even Flowey seems fond of him.

My theory on the part where he forgives you is because he did something terrible in the past and tried to be better, but who knows? We barely know about his past. Even with Sans, at least we know he's a scientist.

I also think that the skelebros used to live in Hotland, something must have happened there which resulted in Papyrus hating Hotland.

I love the Gauntlet of Deadly Terror, I think that's why Undyne calls him a "brutal guy", because he's perfectly capable of making some pretty deadly stuff like that. ^^

Monster step out the room, look behind and around to see where did Albert went, till she heard a voice

"Not a movement madam."

It were the doctor, dr Wonka, the doctor we talked about that caused all this, it were holding Albert down, pointing a gun at him

"Or your dear brother pays it..sweetheart~"

Monster was in shock, don't know what to do, she hold jett behind her so it didn't shot him if it trys

"I see you met your boyfriend again..but now it's time to say goodbye"

"Never! You're not getting him"

Monster said in anger

Dr Wonka chuckles and speaks to Albert

"You so blinded to be on her plan dear.."

Monster got confused, how Dr Wonka knew the plan?

"How you knew that we were gonna break in? you were spying on us?"

Dr Wonka chuckles again and turns to her

"No no dear..spying is not my style, you see, I...oh wait! Albert, why won't you tell her?~"

Monster speechlessly looked at Albert while he were also looking at her with guilt on his eyes

Albert were in all guilt of his mistake and monster were speechless, Dr Wonka pushed Albert to monster and points the gun at them

"Enough drama, get back in the cell or not only you two but I'll also kill him."

Monster and Albert have no choice but get back in the cell, they thought Dr Wonka gonna ask them to put jett back and leave but instead Dr Wonka start laughing

"You know, I was thinking about jett would be a good guard dog..but I apparently don't feel like it anymore so...why not you two rot with him?~"

Then Dr Wonka shuts the door behind them, monster and Albert were shocked that Dr Wonka locked them there, Albert hold jett while monster start banging in the door

They can't believe the plan failed, cause Albert failed to hold on his anger, like on the past times..

Before Albert continue his words monster step in

"You didn't think?..you didn't THINK?!?"

Monster raised her voice at Albert, that caught Albert out guard that she start yelling at him

"Do you realize that you messed up a plan of saving someone we love because you didn't think?!? When did you ever thinked huh?? You never! You never gonna learn a lesson from your foolish decisions are you? You just gonna let your rage ruin people's lifes!"

╰┈➤ xiao has the MOST downloaded mod packs, shaders, and worlds. not very expensive mod packs most of the time but when they are, they’re always good. spends his time fighting off mobs at night, #1 totem holder. he even has his own custom skin!!! he’s kinda been waiting for you to ask so when you do play mc together, you already have your own room, but when you voluntarily move your bed into his room to sleep… he melts. xiao loves cuddling while the two of you play, he’d rather your arms around him than the other way around, feels more intimate. you have matching hoodies for occasions like this. he has the dragon mod pack and has his own golden and orange dragon named ‘li’. he doesn’t talk while gaming, curses silently when he gets hit, but other than that doesn’t talk. if you want to talk, he’ll listen, he likes hearing about your day :].

After the park and the free falling, the Undertale characters goes to visit a farm because why not.

Undertale Sans - He keeps going and coming back in front of the cow barn. One of the cow is laying in a huge pile of hay that looks so comfortable and cosy and man, he's already tired of walking. Once everyone is focus on the guide that's giving everyone a tour, Sans vanishes in the air, teleports the cow in another part of the barn and steal its place for a well desserved nap. He even moo when his people walked in front of his cowshed so they don't suspect anything.

Undertale Papyrus - After the tour, him and Undyne stole took some food to see the horses. That's when they entered an argument to decide if yes or no the horses are unicorns that lost their corns and if they can secretly fly. Then Undyne decided to prove her theory by jumping on a horse and scream at it to fly. Papyrus is panicking, trying to reason her. The horse panicks and knocks over Papyrus in the horse mange. He is... stuck. This is so humiliating. There's just his butt out of the thing, not even touching the ground. This is the worst day of his life.

Undertale Toriel - She is the good student of the band, taking notes and asking questions so she can use all the informations to eventually organise a school trip here later. She got a bit insulted when a male goat decided to take a look under her dress, but she kicks him so hard all the animals collectively decided she was scary and she never got annoyed again.

Undertale Asgore - He wanted to know more about apiculture, but turns out the big king is really scared of bees. Gerson teased him without mercy for the rest of the trip, saying that's hilarious he thought 2500 humans in the war without blinking but is scare of a tiny little bee flying too close from his face. Asgore might or might have not made him trim on his shell and let him struggle on his back for 20 minutes like he didn't see him on the floor sometimes later. Gerson sent him 20 hives as a gift once back home.

Undertale Undyne - After riding succesfully her unicorn, Undyne realised Papyrus is... Uh... Stuck. After teasing him for ten minutes, she finally decided to help him, putting her head in the thing to try and dislocate his big skull out of here. Except when she tried to stand up, she... couldn't. There's a long awkward silence between the two of them and then they both panick, trying to escape their prison. After 30 minutes of struggling they have to agree on asking help, both humiliated.

Undertale Alphys - She was having a nice petting session with the rabbits when she got a weird call from Undyne asking her to come see the unicorns. She got confused at first but realised she might be talking about the horses. She didn't expect to find her girlfriend and Papyrus head stuck in the manger, circled by curious horses sniffing their butt and trying to eat their clothes. Now, Alphys is maybe a genious, but she not really a specialist in that. So she calls Toriel who, after trying desperatly to free them, started to be a little desperate as well. But that's fine! They have Mettaton!

Undertale Frisk - They stopped following everyone the second they spotted a litter of puppies barn dogs playing in the hay. Two hours later, they are still laying on the ground, covered in puppies, and it's the best day of their life. They smell like a puppy so much Toriel will have to fight Mama Dog to get their child back. Frisk is screaming to abandon them here the all time, which doesn't really help.

Undertale Chara - They were visiting the cowbarn when they find Sans deeply asleep in the hay. Now, they're not in conflict anymore, but Chara can't miss an opportunity like this. She picks black paint and draws spots on him, like a cow. They then grab one of the cow bell and slowly tie it around his neck, before tying his new collar to a lounge and then to a pillar. Here you go. Sans noticed nothing (well, they thought, until they found a cow tail tied to their butt in the car later).

Undertale Mettaton - After a rich conversation with the farmer in a try to borrow the farm for one of his movies, Mettaton got a rescue call from Alphys. Well, they didn't expected to find the captain of the royal guard and his biggest fan like this, but that's ok, this is why he has laser eyes. As soon as he says that proudly, Undyne and Papyrus starts to panic, trashing and screaming to not do it, which may have hurt Mettaton's huge ego a little. Oh well, he's doing it anyway. Papyrus saw his life flash in front of his eyes when Metatton almost cut his head off. His scarf is ruined though. And a big part of Undyne's hair as well. She is not too happy about it. Mettaton, offended they are not thanking him, leave the place.

Undertale Gaster - He had the bad idea to pet a goat. The goat absorbed his hand, and now he is being entirely absorbed because he's goop. He's screaming for help, but, apart from Asgore who tried to avoid this and couldn't get a reach on him, no one came. He gets slowly absorbed while Asgore is watching sadly. Asgore tells him that's ok because if there's a way in there's a way out. Gaster begs him to kill him again.

Undertale Grillby - He wants to pet the animals but the animals are not too happy about this living burning thing trying to touch them. Since all the animals were running away during the tour, he got left behind to keep company to the sandwiches. Then a goose came and bullied him until he gives in the sandwiches to it. This is not the best day to be a fire elemental...

Undertale Muffet - She's here for business. She always need supplies for her bakery and what best than a farm for that. She is negociating a contract with the farmer after the tour, and legends said they are still not out of room as Muffet is tormenting them to have a better lower price and won't let go of it.

Undertale Burgerpants - He was having a philosophic conversation with a pig, then all the other pigs came to listen to him. Now he is crying and telling them everything Mettaton did to him and that it can't keep going like this. Toriel finds him later curled up in the enclosure, crying and hugging one of the piggies. Great.

Undertale Flowey - He's in the chicken coop, causing chaos. Eggs and feathers are flying everywhere as he is laughing hysterically, throwing pellets at the chicken to see them run in panic everywhere around him. Well, that's it until a turkey decided it was enough and charged him. Flowey realised he messed up really bad when the thing started to run after him in the whole farm, refusing to let him go. Flowey hates to do this, but he's definitely running to Mommy Toriel, out of reach on her arm. Toriel is wondering why this turkey is following them. What he doesn't know is that the turkey managed to sneak into the car too.

Undertale Gerson - He's giving funny names to the animals and stops to pet some here and then. He can see him live in this place in his old age. He just doesn't know how to tell the farmer they will buy the place when they're dead because he's going to live at least 300 years older than them anyway. There's no good way to say that.

Frisk, a curious and compassionate human, falls into the underground when he goes to visit one of the many mass graves to try to investigate the disease that endangers humanity, falling due to a slip into one of which turns out to be the underground. where the monsters that humanity had taken care of keeping locked up live.

Current "Plage Tale" goals: Frisk travels through the underworld, facing unique medical challenges while trying to avoid the plague that seemed to have reached the underworld one way or another. Him trying to find a way to advance a cure or treatment and at the same time trying to understand how some monsters seem to adapt to it.

flowey: lasts the first few minutes you save him from some rats and although he tries to attack he doesn't really cause much damage so you end up adopting him as a possible pet or emergency food.

Monster kid and annoying dogs: they are both like a dog that needs to be taken care of, you like them.

papyrus: I still don't believe he's the younger brother, he's energetic and very curious like a mouse. I like him but I feel like something is screaming that I have to have better dealings with him or I'll be dead.

So I think i've come to realize something that ALL writers must have and by Dog, Toby you mastermind. This is gonna get a little heavy though. I'm sorry for whistleblowing. He deserves love and support.

If it was to be explained all at once, well, I'd have a bad time. One where i'd be the monsters, er players', Chara, so uh, nah.

We know what the 4th wall is. A character who can tell someone is watching them. Flowey. Flowey is someone who can't understand anyone us well, completely misdirecting the player the moment it starts saying his "attack" are "friendlyness pellets"

After we get hurt, all the rest of the monsters "attacks" seem to just be that. But what if, that was just the way they communicated? What if they're just talking with us and are exuberantly expressive in the way they do, and we maneuver our heart, our feelings around it to not get hurt.

Well, what if we took that that literally with Omega Flowey? When OF first appears, we knows he's terrifying, but then we get caught off guard by his dorky fa- nope nevermind. Nightmare fuel.

If we take in Omega Flowey's appearance literally. Especially the TV head. Someone, behind a screen, attacking us. If we brought that to real life...

Omega Flowey's an internet troll. From flaming, somehow saving info, back tracking and finding thread or vine he can. Buzzing in your ears all the time. The bouncing thing with mouths, gossip?

All his attacks, that were so confusing and sometimes had nothing to do with him actually make a lot more sense now.

Maybe sometime long ago, Toby was harassed like this and felt like he couldn't do anything. Jokes on them he's laughing all the while now and made a game that captured so many of our hearts, it's amazing.
