𝗷𝗼𝗻𝗴𝘀𝗲𝗼𝗻𝗴 he is so so so sooooo embarrassed like he'll forget whatever he was up to when you accidentally let it spill that your latest post of him was doing so well. he will simply ask if you write about him and when you hesitantly admit it he'll be like okay great i hope you account does well??? he loves being the one you write for but he doesn't want to embarrass you by speaking any more of it. although from time to time he will ask for some updates on how it's been going.

𝗷𝗮𝗲𝘆𝘂𝗻 he is so happy you don't understand the level at which he is like platinum gem rank happy. he'll immediately sit with you beg you to show him your account and let him read through the fics, even the other members' he's just so curious he can't sit still. he'll read one with like heeseung as a secret agent and then tell you he would have been a better suit for it. then he'll read a spiderman one you wrote for him and then ask you if you wanna try the upside down kiss.

𝘀𝘂𝗻𝗴𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗻 he stopped working, system crashed. unable to believe for days that you got a fan account about him and on top of that you write things about him. thinks he's dreaming until you speak of it again and he's like you weren't joking?? will ask you things about it like what you write and how it works, if people like his fics and what aus you write him in and why you think of him as fitting for an au. a literal question bank, will inquire about every little detail but never look it up himself.

𝘀𝗲𝗼𝗻𝘄𝗼𝗼 he's like in disbelief but like in a happy really elated way so excited to see you account, your aesthetic, your follower count, your writing style. just about everything and he's so supportive like you go girl, he'll also most probably make an account himself and follow you. commenting on each fic and sending asks like 'guess who baby (⁠ ⁠◜⁠‿⁠◝⁠ ⁠)' he will also look through other accounts to come up with better advice to grow you space. will save the pieces you write about him to reread.

𝗷𝘂𝗻𝗴𝘄𝗼𝗻 the happiest kitty in the world, will leave everything literally drop it the second you tell him you got a writing account of him whether it's accidental or intentional. ask you the username and read all of your pieces about him in one sitting. definitely will get jealous to see others you wrote for and more if you someone else has more fics than him. will immediately give you new ideas like plan out a whole plot and then tell you, it's about him and you in an alternate universe so you need to write it.

“I told you I didn’t forget about you” Dazai spoke, his eyes locked on yours.

“I didn’t know you had all of these” You whispered, looking back at the photos on his fridge.

Dazai laughed softly as he walked over to you, reaching on top of the fridge and pulling down a photo, “You’ll be happy about this one” he smiled, handing the photo to you.

Atsushi leaned over to see the picture you were holding, “Is that Akutagawa?”

You nodded, it was a photo of you, Akutagawa and Dazai. It was taken shortly after you confronted Dazai about how he treated Akutagawa, and although Dazais behavior towards the younger boy didn’t necessarily change. He did try to be nicer when you were around, so when Mori offered a photo after an intense training session with the three of you, he couldn’t say no. 

“I can’t believe you kept this” You smiled, looking at your brother. “Aku still has his copy too”

Dazai hummed in response, glancing over to where Chuuya was putting away groceries. 

“Chuuya~ Could you please make us something to eat while my sister and I go talk? Atsushi will help!”

Chuuya didn’t bother turning away from the cupboard as he waved his hand at Dazai, “Yeah, yeah. Whatever, asshole”

Dazai smiled and turned back to you, “Are you ready to talk now?”

You nodded, “I think so”

Dazai led you to his room so the two of you would have a more private place to talk. You sat on his bed and watched as he leaned against the wall and took a deep breath, 

“I want to start by saying I’m sorry for leaving. There wasn’t a day that went by that I didn’t think about you. I didn’t want to leave you behind”

You sighed, “So why did you? Why did you leave without me?”

“A couple reasons, I didn’t want the Mafia coming after you and I knew I wasn’t fit to take care of you. I could barely care for myself. I knew Chuuya would watch over and protect you better than I could” 

“How did you know that though? Chuuya didn’t have to do anything”

Dazai looked at you with glossy eyes as recalled a conversation he had with Chuuya before he left.

“Chuuya~ I have a question,” Dazai sang, walking into Chuuyas office.

“What do you want?” Chuuya asked as he continued typing on his computer.

“If I were to go missing, would you watch over my sister?”

The typing stopped, “Huh?”

“You heard me”

Chuuya glanced up at Dazai with a confused look, “What the fuck are you talking about?”

Dazai clicked his tongue, “Chuuya is always so aggressive. I just want to make sure she’s safe no matter what”

“Uh, yeah. Yeah, I'd watch over her. But nothing is going to happen, Dazai. Stop being weird”

Dazai gave him a smile before exiting the office without a word

You blinked slowly as Dazai finished explaining, “So, did Chu know you were leaving?”

Dazai shook his head, “I wasn’t even sure at that point. I just needed to make sure you were taken care of before I thought of anything else”

“We could have hid together, Osamu. We could have-”

“No. You were better off with Chuuya and you know that”

You blinked back tears as you began speaking, “I missed you”

“I missed you too, but I’m back now, and I promise I won’t leave this time”

Dazai finally sat beside you on the bed, wrapping his arms around you. You placed your head onto his chest, letting the tears fall at last. You finally had your brother back and nobody was going to take him away this time. 

The moment was peaceful until there was a knock on the door, “Foods ready!” Atsushi called

You pulled away from Dazai, wiping the tears from your cheeks. 

“You okay?” Dazai asked

You nodded, “Let’s go eat. We still have a mission to go on”

Christmas Decorations and Cuddles

Loki x little!reader Summary: You come home from helping your mom decorate and all you want are some cuddles with your daddy. Wordcount: 664 words

When you opened the door to your apartment all you wanted was to be in your partner's, or even better your caregivers’ arms, cuddled up on the sofa and watching TV. Your day sucked. You were sick, had to help your mom get Christmas decorations up, and just wanted to be little but you couldn’t. Nobody knew about your little space except for your partner Loki.

“I’m back!” you shouted into the apartment while taking off your coat and shoes. There was no response from Loki. You quietly walked into the apartment, thinking that he might have decided to take a nap somewhere. Once you entered the living room you found him on the sofa with a book in his lap. He was so focused on his book that he didn’t hear you come back home.

He looked up from his book once you stood in front of him. "Welcome back darling. How was decorating?" He asked, patting the place next to them for you to sit down. "Was okay, mom made her living room look like a Christmas wonderland." You chuckled, your mom was absolutely crazy about Christmas, something you couldn't exactly relate to.

"What are you reading?" you asked pointing to his book. "Oh, just some book my mother gave me when I was still in Asgard." Suddenly even more interested in the book you asked him to read some to you. "But you won't understand anything darling." You shook your head "Doesn't matter, just wanna hear your voice."

He nodded, "Do you also want to put your head on my chest and snuggle up properly?" he asked to which you gave an enthusiastic hum and settled in on top of Loki. Once he started reading you started to feel smaller and sleepier than before. Loki noticed while reading that you left out small hums and giggles. You had also started to play with the shirt he was wearing, grabbing at random parts of it, and holding onto them until you let go to find a new spot. Loki had guessed that you were starting to fall into little space and kept on reading since you seemed to be comfy.

At some point, you wanted your paci and started pouting. Loki noticed your shift in mood and stopped reading. "What's wrong love?" He asked, putting the book down, looking at you. Feeling small and shy you hid your face in his chest and let out a grumpy whine(?). "Can you use your words and tell me what's wrong darling?" "Wan' paci" you mumbled and a smile spread across Loki's face. "Good job little one." he praised and conjured up your paci with his magic. Loki popped the paci into your mouth and you started sucking on it, a small smile spread on your face.

"Would you like me to keep reading darling?" Loki asked and you nodded "Yes, please.". He tilted his head, "Yes, please what?". "Yes, please Daddy." Loki gave you a forehead kiss and continued reading.

While he read to you one of his hands found their way to play with your hair, something that gave you lots and lots of comfort not only in little space. You hummed contently. Hearing his calming voice, his hand in your hair, and your paci were the nicest things you could imagine to relax and wind down right now.

Feeling drained from being sick and out of your apartment for most of the day, your eyes started closing and you started drifting off. Loki noticed you had started to drift off and by the time he finished reading the chapter you had completely fallen asleep on top of him. Your paci was on the verge of falling out. "How sweet and peaceful they look. My sweet little one." Loki thought to himself.

"Sleep well little one." He said softly and kissed your forehead after putting the book aside. He stroked your back and maybe just maybe he also drifted off after some time.

The Reason Why Golden Cicada was Banished from Heaven

Someone asked me a question about this fairly recently, but my answer appears to have been deleted. Anyway, I thought I would answer it again. In short, Master Golden Cicada (Jin chanzi, 金蟬子) fell asleep during the Buddha's sermon. But chapter 81 adds to the reason: accidentally kicking something and causing a single grain of rice to fall. This is explained while Tripitaka is deathly ill for a few days:

“You don’t realize that Master was the second disciple of our Buddha Tathagata, and originally he was called Elder Gold Cicada. Because he slighted the Law, he was fated to experience this great ordeal.” “Elder Brother,” said Eight Rules, […] “Why must he endure sickness [for two days] as well?” “You wouldn’t know about this,” replied Pilgrim. “Our old master fell asleep while listening to Buddha expounding the Law. As he slumped to one side, his left foot kicked down one grain of rice. That is why he is fated to suffer three days’ illness after he has arrived at the Region Below.” Horrified, Eight Rules said, “The way old Hog sprays and splatters things all over when he eats, I wonder how many years of illness I’d have to go through!” “Brother,” said Pilgrim, “you have no idea either that the Buddha is not that concerned with you and other creatures. But as people say: Rice stalks planted in noonday sun Take root as perspiration runs. Who knows of this food from the soil Each grain requires most bitter toil?
