What do we think, will we get Briar Valley Event somewhere in the future? And WILL WE SEE PRESENT PEEPAW ZIGVOLT? I wonder what Sebek meant that he looks older and I really wanna see Lilia and his relationship after retirement. What do you think?

god I hope so, I desperately want to see Briar Valley and whatever family member they throw at us. and if it's Baul I hope he's the exact same sprite but with, like, a mustache crudely pasted on. that's how he looks in my head and in my heart.

my entire KINGDOM to see one or both of Sebek's parents though, they are the best characters in all of Twst and they haven't shown up even once. 😭 though I think I might prefer his dad, because 1) show me the noodley dentistman, and 2) Mrs. Z is such a mythical figure in my mind at this point that reality could never compare (w-what if she gets a canon design and she isn't a hundred feet tall and could crack the earth by flexing her thighs, how could I go on) (jk jk she's so great that I would love her no matter what) (but also...)

disclaimer: there is like no way on this green earth that ibvs is going to update on time this halloween despite it being a halloween chapter. I feel like it would take a miracle and an adhd dove descending from heaven upon me to write that much of it that quickly. I can do my best to work on it productively, but the state that it's in right now (1400 words of drafting, 1700 words of actual writing) doesn't really make finishing it in so little time seem feasible haha

EDIT: Just occured to me depending on when her birthday is and how chapter 4 is early in the year while CCoWoV is near the end of the year this can still add up actually.... altough she´d only be 22 then or would need to be 19 already in chapter 4

#arknights #i do think being 18 during chapter 4 checks out with how she is portrayed as contemporary of frostleaf #but it makes no sense with how she is supposed to be 23 in the new event #i feel like messing up ages and dates is like the most common minor writing screwup

been thinking a lot about the structure of the comic lately and i wanted your guys' opinions on this:

#i think maybe i've been trying to keep everything categorized like this when realistically it doesn't totally make sense #with how i have been drawing the comic it means more eventful chapters (like 4) get up to 30+ pages alone!#where smaller parts like 5 and 1 only take a handful of pages #so i wonder if the numbering was ever even necessary at all #idk i wanna hear ur thoughts on this :) ur the audience so u should get a say!#feels weird to call y'all the audience but it's true 😅#also if ur wondering i didn't go with a moons-based system bc 1) i thought rveryone did it so not doing it would make me stand out #and 2) the kits were young enough that i figured they had yet to be taught how to calculate when a moon passes #so not using the moons system was like. an indicator that the fire not only took their family and friends but also their culture #anyways YES please let me know ur thoughts!#max moment
