Point to Autumn. Cardio Core Fix is the first one I truly couldn't finish, even with modifications. Day 3 of #challengedejour Today was suppose to be Cize but I didn't have it so I substituted with fat burning cardio with hip hop abs by Shaun T. I thought at first that it wasn't really going to work anything but now that I've cooled down and I'm sitting here writing this man oh man can I feel it.
