I honestly haven't been feeling good as of late, so sorry for the lack of art... just October was really chaotic and while some parts were good! Most of it was really stressful...

I won't get into it too much but I haven't been playing CRK much anymore due to the heaviness of the Wind Archer event... and completely skipped the new event with Burning Spice. Made me really realize just how much I rely on CR for comfort and safety... and how it felt ripped away during the WA event due to its topics.

During the Mystic Flour event something struck a cord with me and Dark Cacao, I never was that big of a fan of him ( mostly due to his interaction with his own son.. ) but after the event I started getting thoughts of him with Peach Blossom... and ofc as you all know when this happens it leads to agere art and stuff with characters >c>

I didn't know how to really feel about these thoughts though... heck I wasn't even gonna post these doodles after making them, but decided to do so cuz eh, might as well...

I’m home from band camp, so it’s fic time! I didn’t even think about PV being one of his caregivers, but it honestly makes so much sense. (NSFW/Kink accounts DNI)

As close friends and allies in battle, Dark Cacao Cookie and Pure Vanilla Cookie knew things about each other that no one else did- deep secrets and just odd habits. Something that Pure Vanilla Cookie knew quite a lot about was his friend’s age regression, especially since he took care of him. Dark Cacao Cookie was hesitant about letting Pure Vanilla Cookie care for him, he didn’t like letting his vulnerabilities be known, but there was no fighting with Pure Vanilla Cookie. At the end of the day, the two were still peers and at least a little trust should be expected.

There was another meeting in the Pure Vanilla Kingdom, another round of arguments as everyone had different ideas on what should be done about Dark Enchantress Cookie’s advances. For some reason today, Dark Cacao Cookie could hardly handle the meeting and it was growing to be far too much for the old king. Pure Vanilla Cookie noticed his friend’s distressed state and cleared his throat to speak; “Pardon me, but why don’t we all take a break?” He began, grabbing the attention of the room, “These decisions are quite hard and require a lot of thought, we should all take time to ourselves to make sure our heads are clear.” He finished with an encouraging smile. The other cookies nodded and decided to disperse in their own ways without much question, leaving the two Ancients by their lonesome.

Dark Cacao Cookie buried his face into his arms, a soft sniffling sound emitting from him as his caregiver cooed at him “Oh, little one, I know. Times are very hard right now, I know.” He gently assisted Dark Cacao Cookie into his lap, holding him gently. Although he could hardly argue, Dark Cacao Cookie still tried to resist his oncoming littlespace.

“No, m-my burden to carry.” He protested, earning a gentle shushing from Pure Vanilla Cookie “It’s okay, little one. You don’t have to be strong all the time, you don’t have to carry everything on your own. Would you try to carry all your toys by yourself?”, Dark Cacao Cookie shook his head, “Exactly. You’d ask me for help then, and you can ask me for help now. I’m never going to get mad at you or treat you like a pain, okay?”.

A tiny smile spread on Dark Cacao Cookie’s face as he fully embraced regressing, he then buried his face into Pure Vanilla Cookie’s shoulder. Pure Vanilla Cookie chuckled and lovingly stroked the king’s jet black hair, “That’s my little one.” He said with pure joy and affection in his voice. For about an hour or two afterwards, the two would cuddle just like that; even when Pure Vanilla Cookie’s legs fell asleep, he didn’t have the heart to move or disturb his old friend. “Alright, buddy, how about I take you upstairs for a nap? I could even get your teether out.” Pure Vanilla Cookie offered, earning an immediate nod from Dark Cacao Cookie.

Although the trek up the stairs was rather difficult, the time they spent together was more than worth the tough journey. Sometimes even the strongest of Cookies have moments of weakness, of vulnerability, and that’s okay. Sometimes those moments of vulnerability lead to wonderful memories and the strengthening of bonds, all that’s needed is a little trust.

Yippee! I’m sorry this wasn’t super focused on the regression part of it, but I think focusing more on comfort was better for the story in general. That’s all, have a good one 🫶

Okay, other genuine complaint about Beast-Yeast Episode 4:

That ending was *extremely* anti-climactic. I know CRK's had a problem with hand-wavey endings beforehand but this felt like one of the worst offenders so far. It feels like they overstuffed Dark Cacao's confrontation with Mystic Flour with so much dialogue basically saying the same thing over and over that when it actually came time for the resolution (ha) to happen they didn't have enough runtime left to smoothly wrap things up so they just went for a cheap 'oh character wakes up and everything's back to normal' ending. With how Chip, Carrow and the other warriors were acting after Dark Cacao woke up and how they never brought up them fucking dying and at least a bit of the trauma that would inevitably come from that I was half expecting some lame-ass twist that the entirety of the story after they set foot onto Beast-Yeast was also an illusion and Dark Cacao was just mind-fighting Mystic Flour the entire time. Like, c'mon, they couldn't have at least given us a CG of all the crumbled Cookies being revived or something?

As the First Watcher of the Dark Cacao Kingdom, Caramel Arrow Cookie carried countless responsibilities upon her shoulders; cookies looked up to her and relied on her. It was definitely a lot, but there was nowhere else she would rather be. What the most rewarding part of this job was, however, was how deeply the King trusted her. Earning his trust was like earning the world itself! There were times she saw vulnerabilities in him that no one else was allowed to, but that only strengthened her resolve to remain a faithful Watcher at his side- he himself represented the balance that the Dark Cacao Kingdom was founded upon. Although, it did add onto the responsibilities mentioned earlier.

Caramel Arrow Cookie was standing watch upon the Great Wall, the breeze rhythmically picked up and slowed down, sending little flakes of snow twirling around the air like countless dancers. She breathed in, feeling a little sting in her lungs from the chill, she loved the feeling. Feeling the cold against her dough was like a reminder she was alive, and living the life she had dreamed of when she was young. She sensed another presence approaching and turned to it, reflexively kneeling when she saw her king; “Your Majesty,” she addressed him formally “is there something you need?” She asked, ready to do whatever he asked. However, Dark Cacao Cookie remained quiet and fidgeted with his hands, he swayed a little from side to side. “Your Majesty?” She inquired again, looking up at him. She was perplexed for a moment, but the realization struck soon enough.

“No need to say anything, come here.” She stood up and smiled warmly, beckoning Dark Cacao Cookie to stand with her. He took a couple steps and positioned himself next to the watcher, he looked like he was already more at ease, but he still felt a little pang of guilt tugging at his heartstrings.

”Sorry…” Dark Cacao Cookie said quietly, looking down at his boots. Caramel Arrow Cookie shook her head, taking hold of one of the little king’s hands, “No need to apologize, your majesty. It’s not a problem whatsoever.” She reassured him, but he still didn’t look entirely sure. “Hey, look out there.” Caramel Arrow Cookie pointed to the wilds, getting him to look at the snow covered pines and the grand mountains of the land, “Isn’t it so pretty from up here?” She said. The king perked up a little as he looked down at the landscape from the Wall, regardless of whether he was big or small it was a sight he could never tire of. His purple eyes twinkled just a little bit as he soaked in the environment around them; the world looked so small from up so high!

While getting caught up in watching the trees blow right alongside the breeze, the snow falling and kicking around playfully, and the rivers continuing to flow beneath the sheets of ice, Dark Cacao Cookie accidentally inhaled a snowflake. He sneezed and Caramel Arrow Cookie couldn’t help but chuckle at the sight; “Careful, your majesty!” She smiled “Don’t want the Ice Witch nipping at your nose!” She booped him, making him giggle as well. She shook her head a little, it was so sweet seeing him just a little carefree, even if it wouldn’t last too long. “You’re so silly, your majesty. Come on, I think you’re too little to stay out too long.” She tried to usher the king back inside, but he pouted and planted himself firmly into the ground.

Too bad the stubbornness just had to translate into his littlespace. “Now, now, you know better. Come on, inside.” She tried again, but he crossed his arms, “No.” he said. It quickly became a little jousting match of Caramel Arrow Cookie trying to reason with him, and Dark Cacao Cookie refusing everything she said no matter what she said. Admittedly, it was funny to watch. The watcher realized she’d never win this battle and threw in the towel, “Oh, your majesty… Fine. We can stay outside for a little longer, but you’re putting this on.” She pulled up the hood of the cloak he had draped around his shoulders, but, in true toddler fashion, he whacked it back off. “Your majesty!”.

End of fic! This was so fun and sweet to write. God I need a nap. Have a good one 🫶

Ever since I wrote the Hollyberry headcanons I’ve been thinking about writing some for Dark Cacao ever since, he’s my favorite Ancient and I honestly want him to adopt me. (Side note: SFW only! No NSFW! Get outta here!)

He was honestly apprehensive at first when hearing about your age regression, considering his history with children *cough cough* his son *cough cough*

At first he didn’t really do much, he just made sure you were okay and that was mostly it!

Eventually, he does start getting more comfortable with the idea! He’ll do small things like hold your hand as you walk or assisting you with things like tying your shoes or making food to eat

At his most comfortable he’s pretty much just a dad again! He’ll happily feed you, play with you, and do everything else that’s needed to take care of you (mostly because you remind him of his son, but you didn’t hear that from me)

Loves snuggling with you so much to the point where it’s a daily ritual! Every day you’ll have designated cuddling time with him, it’s simply a must.

The way you feel so safe with him to get so close and comfortable, even to the point of falling asleep in his arms or lap, simply makes his heart melt!

When it gets to the point of you calling him “daddy”, “dada”, “papa”, or whatever he will gladly wear that title as a badge of honor! And admittedly, the first time you called him that he was extremely close to crying tears of joy

Doesn’t spoil you as that’s not the kind of CG he is, but if you’re really good then who’s to say he won’t sneak you a sweet treat? Just don’t tell anyone!

Weirdly enough, I don’t think he’s THAT strict. Sure, he has lots of rules for you, but he’s more or less kinda lenient on them because he… How do I say this? Doesn’t wanna repeat the mistakes he made with his son

Like Hollyberry he is also big and strong so it’s guaranteed that he’ll carry you around and hold you

Occasionally, if nobody is around, he’ll allow you to sit on his lap in the throne room! But he is a really busy king and the throne room is often populated so don’t expect it too often

Impure regression? At first he’s kinda struggling to help you with that, he doesn’t really know what to do! Dealing with emotional issues is not his strong suit, but as a dad he is good at comforting those younger than him so soon enough he realizes what helps you calm down and starts helping you with that sort of thing.

Loves dressing you up… just throwing that out there.

Oddly enough, that’s all I got! You’d think I have more headcanons for him since he’s my favorite, but I guess not. I mean, he doesn’t exactly radiate as much CG energy as Hollyberry Cookie does so… yeah. Anyways, I hoped you enjoyed this regardless! Have a good one 🫶

Welp, it’s been what? Two whole days that I’ve gotten into shipping Affo and Cacao? Now I’m already getting baby thoughts with Affogato -flops- tbh I’m shocked it didn’t happen sooner :Y

🍨: I see Affogato being an age dreamer actually! Mainly since I see him finding it rather hard to fully slip into a tiny mindset due to his surroundings and work, but he greatly enjoys just taking a moment to relax and be babied 🖤

🍨: Since this is in my agere AU, Dark Cacao and Affo are together and also his caregiver when tiny ^^ 

🍨: Affogato age dreams in private in a secluded room connected to Dark Cacaos bedroom, so the two can always be nearby when Affo is tiny 🖤

🍨: Despite the kingdoms preference towards bitterness, Dark Cacao always makes sure to have sweet foods for Affogato to eat since his poor tummy can’t handle too much bitterness

🍨: Despite Dark Cacaos hard exterior, he has a huge sweet spot for Affogato,  especially when he’s tiny, and always coos and fusses over how cute his baby is being, in his own way of course

🍨: Affogato usually wears soft robes and cloth diapers when smol, just so he’s extra comfy when trying to relax

🍨: Affogato adores being bottle fed and Cacao always obliges, cradling him and keeping him close and safe in his arms, always preferring cookies and cream milk 🖤

🍨: Affogato gets very cuddly when tiny; which Cacao doesn’t mind one bit 

🍨: Affogato usually likes to just nap or play with toys when tiny, or cuddle with Cacao 🖤
